Decided to try Zach and ZSF Enterprise to close our pool. If you own a pool you, know the importance of having things done right with the closing. Can’t say enough good things about how detailed and knowledgeable Zach was with all things related to maintenance and closing. If you’re considering making a change, you’ll be in good hands with ZSF Enterprise! Definitely earned my future business!
Zach and ZSF Enterprises are unreliable for pool service. He neglected to show up for a full month while promising to do so multiple times. His inattentiveness caused our pool to turn green after he opened our pool in April. The pool was not fit or safe for swimming on May 15, when our pool was supposed to be ready.
He acknowledged that his absences were his fault and promised to do better. This August, two weeks after taking the second half of the season's payment, he no-called/no-showed for a weekly scheduled appointment. Again, the pool had turned green and cloudy.
He also left behind several projects which he promised to address, including vinyl liner repair, winter cover repair, leak testing, and replacement of deck cleats for the cover.
He will charge you a premium price for service - in our case $3300 for the season for a 40,000 gallon pool.
Do not waste your money.
We love our pool and had the best experience with Zach. It’s one of the best decisions we have ever made.
