Ryan was an excellent project manager and took excellent care of us. He was always updating us along the way which was appreciated. We ran into an issue and it was taken care of fast.
The crew was great and worked through extreme heat and did an excellent job. We were very pleased with the whole process and would recommend them to others.

The team from CoMitted 365 just completed roofing, siding, and gutter work on my home following damage from a hail storm. And I can’t speak highly enough of them. It began with Mitch coming out to the house to do an initial assessment of the damage. He then worked with the insurance adjustor and also took care of multiple follow up contacts that were needed with the insurance company. Mitch took care of absolutely everything. Having never filed an insurance claim before, I was nervous about that aspect. But Mitch explained in great detail what was going on, what was needed, and how the whole process worked. He was amazing, and the communication was great. He took care of all of the insurance stuff and put my mind completely at ease. Jeremy took over once the actual project work started, and like Mitch, he was great. Excellent communication. Incredibly fast responses to any questions or concerns I had and with thorough explanations. Jeremy was on top of everything. The work itself was also outstanding. All of the crews that worked on the roof, siding, and gutters were very efficient, skilled, and friendly. The cleanup on all aspects of the project was exceptional. Again, I’ve never gone through a major project like this before, and with insurance to boot. This was like working with a trusted family member or friend. Mitch and Jeremy were outstanding. I couldn’t give them a higher recommendation and would work with them again without a second thought.

Overall I had a good experience with CoMitted. Admittedly, I’ve been one of their biggest critics throughout the whole process. I’m picky, careful with money, and want only the very best for my house and family. If I were solely rating off of the end results of my house, I’d give CoMitted a 5-star rating. However, I did have mixed feelings prior to the physical project starting. There were no harsh feelings, though, and I’d even recommend them to friends and family. Jeremy (project manager) was an all-star come project time. I told him my concerns: lawn not getting ripped up, cleanliness of the crew, and how picky I’d be with the final results. He addressed each area of concern for me and I can gladly say that he delivered. Please look at my pictures as they speak for themselves. This was a 95% refresh, give or take. White house is the before picture. Main area for growth? I’d like to see better communication between writing the check and the project start date. Right or wrong, there was a whole lot of “We’ll get to you soon”. If it helps your expectations, our storm damage occurred first week of August 2024. My project wrapped up yesterday, April 16th, 2025.

CoMmitted 365 & specifically Cody (one of the owners) was awesome to work with during my roofing & siding project. I am a first time homeowner & this was my first experience navigating such a big insurance claim. Committed 365 made it much easier to manage & make sure I was taking the right steps. On top of that, my home is a 1939 "fixer upper" that we were unsure what might pop up when the project started. They helped navigate old rot that was found, a second layer of siding that previous homeowners left on & plenty of other "surprises". Their crew was really respectful & preformed high quality work. I also have gotten compliments from neighbors on the project since finishing. I would absolutely recommend CoMitted 365 to anyone in need of a new roof or siding.

From our first meeting after our house was hit by a huge hail storm to the final walk through of our completed house, CoMitted 365 exceeded our expectations throughout the entire process! It was so nice not to have to deal with the insurance company; they took care of everything! We not only received continual updates along the way as to what was happening with our home but also received superb quality of work from the different crews! After some major repairs, I literally found 1 small handful of debris after walking around our entire house. We had roofs replaced, siding, garage doors, gutters, etc. I seriously can not say enough good things. What sold us most was their initial first professional approach on simply leaving a pamphlet so as not to disturb us vs. the MANY people knocking on our door. You will not be disappointed with this company! A+

For full transparency, I cannot speak to the workmanship of this company, but I can comment on their sales/solicitation process as that's still reflective of their business.

Despite having a no solicitation sign visible on my property, the sales executive seemed to think it didn't apply to her, and still knocked on my door and left a business card (which disturbed our dog and sleeping baby).

Whenever I need help finding a service, I look here on Google and a 5* company would be one of the first that I'd call, but a lack of simple respect (and obeying the law) here means this one would not be on the list.

Had Mitch come out for a tree branch that went through our roof. He advised and coordinated with the insurance company and was extremely helpful from the start through completion. Mitch went above and beyond to male sure we were satisfied. Would 100% recommend to anyone. Totally exceeded our expectations.

Cullin and Jeremy did an excellent job walking me through the process and advising me on what was needed and the process. They were here checking on the project. The workmen were great, courteous, professional, very hard working. Everything seems to be well caulked and finished. They did an excellent job cleaning up after. The results make it look like a new house.

Great work done on my house, the production manager Jeremy Nordlund was phenomenal. He was always punctual, and very knowledgeable. My before and after pictures show the great work, that was done in a timely manner. They even came out during some of the coldest days. It’s like I have a whole new house, I am very impressed by their work. They definitely went above and beyond my expectations!!

Mitch and Jeremy walked me through everything, as I had not had to go through the experience of replacing my roof and siding before. They worked with my insurance company to get the best results for me. The job was done in a very timely manner and my house and yard left spotless. They definitely went the extra mile to keep me informed and happy with the end result.

From the moment Mitch/Committed 365 stepped on our property, Mitch was detail oriented. He was thorough and explained the process of making a claim to our insurance company and what to expect. Even when the insurance company wasn’t communicating well, Mitch was. He saw us through the process.
The production process was incredible! Mitch had a crew available the day before Christmas Eve and promised to be done in a day. The promise was met. The crew was crazy good, efficient and friendly. My husband has a critical eye and found the workmanship to great.
Probably best of all, when we signed off on the project Mitch made it clear that Committed 365 wasn’t going to disappear into the sunset. He would be available for questions and concerns with the job any time.

I needed a rebuild on our chimney at the top of a two-story steep roof. Mitch and CoMitted 365 did a great job. Everything was clear before we started. A hail storm went through the neighborhood and unfortunately damaged the roof of my house. I contacted Committed 365 to work with the insurance agent and perform the repairs. I am only giving 2 stars for certain reasons: while the quality of work on my roof was good, I didn't like how I was just passed from contractor to project manager to billing dept. Once one person was done with their 'part', it was like it was a nuisance for me to follow up with or ask any other questions. I don't care to be treated that way. When the work was all said and done I also had some questions on billing and other things. I was told I would be contacted by somebody higher up in management who could answer these questions. I was never contacted. Very upset over this and will not be going back to Committed 365 or recommending them for anyone to use.

When I first called into CoMitted I had a deadline of 3 months to get the whole process completed. Our first sales person seemed a bit new to the industry and things started off a bit slow, but once Chase and Mitch took over the project it went from an in person consultation and roof inspection to completion within just 3 weeks. The roofing crew did the entire tearoff and new roof in just a few hours and now the project is done an entire month early. Very happy with the roof, the professionalism and a timely turn around.

I had to have my roof redone after some bad storm damage and the team at comitted was awesome to work with. They always made sure my questions were answered and gave really great time line updates from getting insurance approval in the fall to project completion this summer they communicated every step of the way. Once the project got started it went SO FAST! They did the singles all in one day, facia replacement the second day and put on brand new gutters the third day. We ever need roofing done again and we'll be calling comitted for sure

We were the epicenter of 2 hail storms, our damage was a mess. Chase came out several times and worked tirelessly with our insurance company to make sure we could get all of our damage covered, he made sure he covered all of the bases and was in constant contact during this process. I know my insurance company was a battle and CoMitted fought for me and told me not to worry they got this. He kept me updated even when there wasn’t an update to give, just to let me know I wasn’t forgotten. Then Jeremy our project manager took over, he came out and walked me through the process and what we should expect once work began. The crews came in and got the work done quickly and efficiently, they involved us in possible changes that would look better and accent our home with no extra cost, just minor adjustments of what they were already doing. All were very informative and happy to answer any questions I had during the process. Mitch popped out and also brought in someone to help remove our security system before siding could begin so we didn’t have to worry about it, he had them return and put it back up once they were done. From the very beginning, every phone call I made to the office to Jeremy’s final visit to make sure everything was done correctly, I truly felt like I was the only customer they had. When I called the office, the ladies knew who I was, who my people were and where I was in the process – I was always quickly connected with someone who knew exactly what I needed to know (and it truly felt like everyone knew what was happening with our house). I’m almost sad to see them go, they were an amazing company to work with. Thank you for leaving my house better then it was before the storm!!

After a hail storm did some damage to our association’s roof we were referred to CoMitted 365 by a resident’s relative. Cody, Kevin and everyone at CoMitted 365 was helpful, patient and responsive to questions we had and decisions that were needed to be made. I would 100% recommend this company and use them again!

Should be an option for zero stars. Probably the worst service I've ever received. Cullin (who I was informed no longer works there) came out in July of 2022 to do the inspection and we started the claim process, signed all the insurance paperwork, etc. We don't have major damage, claim was around $6,000, plus we are going to add gutters to our house which they quoted at $1,275 so all in all, project is a little over $7,000. Now I get a call today (April 13th) saying they don't do piecemeal work so will not be completing our repairs. So I guess I'm back to square one to get on the bottom of someone else's list. Maybe they should have told me they wouldn't do this size of job back in July?? They even took it as far to submit for a supplement which would lead me to believe there was intent to do the work. But the supplement didn't come back high enough to make it worth it I guess. As someone who works in a service industry, I don't generally leave negative reviews as I understand how difficult things can be, but this was ridiculous.

Top notch crew. Getting roofing and siding done these days is not a simple task with amount of storms and juggling of contractors. However John, Mitch, and their team pulled through and delivered a great and product. I would highly recommend them for their integrity and Hardwork.
