Rick was amazing. Dog ate our vacuum cord and he came out to put a new plug on. It was a snow day and he was very patient and kind to his "helpers", my kids. Confirmed appointment and showed up on time. Did the job quickly and really well. Took a look at another issue I had and although we couldn't fix it without more tools gave me suggestions on what to do. Very friendly. Very professional. Will absolutely use again.
