I had the pleasure of working with ZND-DIR in Augustine, for both an attic insulation and roofing inspection, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. From the start, Tom and his team were professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to thoroughly inspect every part of my attic, roof, and chimney, providing a detailed report of their findings. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, including their recommendations for improvements.

The attic insulation they installed has already made a noticeable difference in the comfort of my home, and I feel confident knowing that my roof and chimney are in top condition. The entire team was courteous, and I appreciated how they cleaned up after the job was done.
