While doing insulation upgrades, they identified attic mold and they remediated it thoroughly. My air ducts and dryer vent were way past due to be cleaned – they took care of it without any mess. Pest control was magic on spiders and earwigs. Roofers caulked a leak by the ridge. Their contractor also installed two new interior doors and painted our office. He also conducted a comprehensive inspection of the attic and found signs of mold due to poor ventilation. The mold removal was easy and he also repaired one of the compromised joists.
