I had always heard amazing reviews about Snow's Painting and working in the homebuilding industry I have recommended them to countless homeowners. When it was time to have my downstairs, two story foyer and hallway repainted after an intense 5 month remodel I didn't hesitate to only call Snow's. Scheduling was great, meetings prior to the start of the job were also fantastic. Then I got the call that they had a cancel and could squeeze me in. From there everything was a major disappointment. I was told that every "issue" I had would be fixed... nail pops, drywall imperfections, a ceiling that had been re-drywalled during the remodel and a light an electrician had moved. False. The first day there were 4 workers in my home, the next day 3 workers and from there just 2. After the first day they were never on time, took countless breaks, were in and out of my home leaving the door open countless times, etc. That would have been fine if they could have completed the job well and in the 5 days as promised. Day 5 was the absolute worst. They didn't even come in my home until about 10:45 am even though they were sitting outside a bit past 8:30am. Trim wasn't complete, windows weren't complete, the patch for the light hadn't been worked on yet.... so then it was a complete rush job. I never had a walkthrough prior to the job starting because staff was sick or on vacation. The owner stopped in on a day I wasn't there. The supervisor stopped in the last day of the job, Friday. It was very, very clear that they were doing an absolute terrible job and the conversation did not go well. I was asked to add sticky notes to all the issues I saw and they would come back to talk about it Monday. Monday was a much better conversation and we worked out solutions to get the job fixed which I appreciated. Another worker came back a week later for two days and he worked extremely hard to fix all of the errors from the first week. Can I tell you that they sanded my banisters and railings and then painted OVER all the dust without wiping it off. Who does that? I have been cleaning paint of my brand new floor for days and also found a nice surprise of a big splotch of the blue accent paint on my also brand new loveseat. Our new black dining room table wasn't covered so it received a nice dose of white ceiling paint splatter. I could go on and on. I wish I could say that things look great now but they don't. My ceiling through the first floor and hallway looks like a toddler may have painted it. No care was given for my home, I still have nail pops, I have streaks on my ceiling where there was clearly too much paint on the brush, paint on my new recessed lights, etc. No one called or set an appointment at the end of the job to see if we were satisfied. The fact that I had to point out all of the imperfections when they were clearly visible still astonishes me. Two stars is fair only because everyone with the exception of one conversation was very kind.

We hired Snow’s Painting twice this year. First, to paint the entire exterior or our historic home; and then to paint several interior main areas, including cabinets and fireplaces. Both projects were completed PERFECTLY and on-time and on-budget. And, each crew was a pleasure to work with! We highly recommend Snow’s Painting!

Snow’s Snow's Painting Service, LLC. Recently painted the sanctuary, narthex and entryway at The Presbyterian Church in Dover. This was a massive job requiring some moving of pews, using a scissor lift and working on 16 foot ladders. Snow’s was well equipped to handle this job. Team members were prompt, courteous, and helpful. They protected the furniture walls, lights and floors and cleaned up after they were finished. They were super helpful answering questions about what to expect and gave advice about another project when asked. I highly recommend this company.

Snow did a great job on painting our cabinets. White on top & blue on bottom. I purchased the handles that they installed. Some adjustments were needed on handles but that worked out. Some adjustments on hinges were needed. My neighbors & friends loved how it came out. One of my neighbors is going to use them too.

Snows Painting is great! I saw many recommendations for them on my community Facebook page and reached out. From the beginning they were easy to work with and friendly. We had our kitchen cabinets painted and it turned out excellent! Travis and Joey were great to deal with and I could trust them being in my home while we were at work. Snow's painted the interior of my entire house. Initially, they were recommended by the designer we had hired. Snow's did a very good job and were professional and accommodating. Snow's did such a good job that we decided to paint two rooms in which we were going to install wallpaper. Snow's also asked us if we truly wanted certain colors we had selected where they had concerns before painting entire rooms. They were 2 for 2 and we ended up changing those colors. They could have painted the entire room and charged us to paint them again. They did not. And Snow's gladly went and picked up the new color the next day. You cannot beat that knowledge and professionalism. Snow's also returns for any necessary touch-ups promptly. I would definitely recommend Snow's Painting.

We hired Snow's Painting largely based on their local reputation. Our experience was not "bad", but it was mediocre. Though the final job was satisfactory, I would have expected a more thorough job of caulking. I would have also expected that Snow's would have done their own inspection of the work and not relied on my having to do it. So....not the exceptional experience I expected.

Snow’s did an excellent job painting two bathrooms, a bedroom, and dining room. Nail holes, cracks, dings in walls were repaired prior to painting. They took great care in moving and/or covering all surfaces not to be painted.They arrived on time and cleaned up beautifully before leaving. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

I recently used Snow’s Painting to install crown moulding and to paint several spaces in my home and they did an amazing job. Snows painting just finished painting almost our entire home and did a fantastic job. Very friendly and respectful painting crew. Cleaned up every day and were there until the end of the work day for two weeks straight. They also stained our foyer staircase and it is immaculate! Fantastic help selecting colors! We drive through Felton daily and there's an amazing Victorian home on the main street through town that had struggled for decades to keep paint on it. Some years ago, I noticed Snow's Painting was painting it 3 or 4 different coordinating colors and it looked gorgeous. I've kept my eye on that house ever since to see how the paint job was holding up and it's still just as beautiful as the day they finished it.

Since they did such a great job on that house, when my mom needed some drywall repair and her entire home inside painted, I suggested she use Snow's. We got estimates from them and 2 others. Not only did the cost of their estimate come in under the others, they were doing more work for us than the others were, so we picked them for the job.

We are absolutely blown away by the quality of their work, their timeliness in getting us on their schedule and getting the job complete, the clarity in their communication, their professionalism, and their crew's friendliness. They protected our floors, wood trim, 140 year old doors and mantles, our cabinets, and our countertops. Their lines are crisp and clean. No smudges or smears. No missed or thin spots. It's absolutely incredible.

I'm a real estate agent and see many, many poorly painted homes, my husband and I also flip houses and own rentals and we have had the hardest time over the years finding contractors who meet our standards. We have used Snow’s Painting for several services both inside and outside our house and recommend them to anyone we can! We have used them to paint 2/3 of the inside of our house and were so impressed with not only the detail they take in their preparation of the surface to be painted but also the care they take to ensure the furniture, floors, ceiling fans, etc are fully protected as well. Outside we’ve had them paint our porch, sunroom exterior and trim over the garage and windows, and again they took the same care. Additionally we used their power washing services and were completely satisfied!

The upstairs hallway and ceiling had some water stains on them from a previous leak in the roof and they treated those before painting. We had a great experience with Snow's Painting. Workers were courteous, timely and clean and did a great job. We had them paint cathedral ceilings, family room, foyer, hallway. Price was fair and comparable. Communications were excellent between office, crew, etc. I highly recommend them.

We would give Snow’s Painting 10 stars! Not the first time we’ve had our rooms painted but never to this quality! They fixed nails pops, holes where pictures were hung and any tiny imperfection they found! We felt bad for a minute, with all the repairs, but when the painting was completed, our walls were more perfect than the day we moved in!!!!! We had our ceilings and walls in six rooms painted, two coats on all! No streaks, no shadowing! We are going to bring them back, after the holiday, to paint 3, possibly 4 more rooms! We feel like we have a brand new home! It’s amazing what a change in color will do! Highly, highly recommend Snow’s, you will love the quality of workmanship!!! We had our bedroom and bathroom painted. Mark from Snow’s Painting transformed these two rooms. He painted the ceiling, walls and all trim and doors in both rooms. He also painted our bathroom vanity from cherry red to white. Mark was very professional, courteous, friendly, very timely and went above and beyond to us happy.
