Jason was very polite and friendly and explained the process before getting started. We had them do the attic inspection and thankfully found insulation damage and poor airflow. They did the insulation removal and attic insulation repairing with a great amount of attention to detail. The team also focused on the attic maintenance and did a great job restoring the attic. After the attic restoration and other airflow improvement, our upper rooms are cooler and feel great. They cleaned after they were done and left it clean. I am very satisfied with the service we received and I will certainly recommend ZND-AK to who ever is in need of attic services.

Ethan was courteous and on time for the initial attic inspection, proceeded to check the ventilation, etc. He immediately distinguished some frozen condensation along the roof line which did indicate mold, and explained the process of mold remediation. He also did a slight insulation repair on the attic that had to be replaced due to the mold. The attic ventilation was now clear and the attic is fresh and sanitized.
