Used this company to power wash my house. They fit me into their schedule right away. The first time they came there was an issue with my water supply. They were very understanding and told me to contact them when the issue was resolved. They didn’t charge me despite a wasted trip for them. I contacted them when the issue was resolved. They came out in a few days and did an awesome job. This company is highly recommended.

Very professional and respectful. Showed up on time, work was efficient and done well for a fair price! Would definitely recommend and use them again myself if needed!

Fred was great! I’m so happy with the fencing job that was completed! He was responsive and professional. He wrapped up the project quickly with no lose ends. The quote was comparable to others I had received - and the service was definitely the better.

We had our home powerwashed roofing and siding. They were prompt with arrival time went to work immediately, we have 4 story home wanted top of roof cleaned Mr Zimmerman went up on ladder and took pictures letting me know it did not need to be done saved us $$ such a honest person.

We hired Zimmerman R&C to re-side our home after the siding was damaged by one of the Nor'westers last winter. I had Fred and his crew install 130 ft. of stockade privacy fence for the area around our swimming pool. Fred and his men always showed up at the designated time until completion of the job. I couldn't be more pleased with the work they did. I wouldn't hesitate to use Fred again for further projects.

Fred just pressure washed our home and it looks amazing. Phenomenal price compared to others and actually quoted us a price versus others that give a general range for services. Hard working and honest he delivered what he said and did a great job and really respected our property moving the grill and plants out of the way! Highly recommended!!!

They were able to fix my concerns and, when they realized the job was larger than initially thought, they made sure it was done well and at a fair price. While on the job, Fred was also kind enough to address some smaller issues inside my home (shaky banister) for which he charged me minimally. When working with Zimmerman Roofing and Construction, I feel secure that I am not getting taken advantage of and that I am receiving quality service.

We had some wind damage in which parts of our siding came off. I did call other places for estimates as well.
Fred however, came out after 5p.m. that same day I called him. So I'm thinking "Wow, this guy is dedicated." I was right. Fred did an excellent job on what was needed. He took our bent siding plus we had extra material from when the siding was first installed many years ago, and made it all look great. We were also concerned about our roof but he reassured us it was still sound. Such a great job that he is my guy to go to for any other projects we will have.

The entire crew was awesome. I was surprised at how detailed they were on the trimming and just on everything all around, outstanding job. The price was great for the job they completed. Do not fool yourself when they pull up and they may have equipment that's older, they just might be the ones that take pride in what they do. Fred does and his workers show it. Thank you.

Awesome job, Zimmerman gave us a great deal on roof snow removal at Apostolic Lighthouse United Pentecostal Church. We needed the job done quickly and Zimmerman was very flexible, coming the same day the service was requested. The Church will use this company for any roof repairs we need completed. I'm going to have Zimmerman Construction and Roofing clean my home's roof in the spring.
