Tim with Zenith did a fantastic job helping with a repair after a storm.
During the repair he did an inspection and let me know the extent of the storm damage. He assisted with all steps of communicating with the insurance company. Now we have a beautiful roof and gutters again. I highly recommend Zenith for any roof and gutter repair or installation.

I found out about Zenith Roofing because they were working on our neighbor’s house. I got in touch with Jared and he was able to schedule a visit to check our roof right away. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to get us scheduled in just a couple of days right before Thanksgiving! Timmy and Richard came out and from Zenith Roofing and inspected our roof for free. We have a 12 year old home in City of Buford and had all kinds of storm damage. They worked with our insurance and made sure the damage was all chalked up for them to see and review. They were able to get our roof fully approved by our insurance, and handled all the workload. A few weeks later they sent out a crew to strip the old roof off, and put the new one on in a single day. Our roof is now up to code, and we have a better shingle that lowered our insurance premiums. The crew was managed by Derrick and he was phenomenal managing his team. They covered all the bushes around the house and replaced the plywood and shingles with wood rot we had from the original builder. They were amazing at picking up all the old materials, and leaving our yard as they found it before they started the job. Timmy and Richard were excellent at educating us on all the misconceptions we had about insurance and having a new roof put on. We are extremely happy we went with Zenith Roofing and highly recommend them to anyone in need of a roof. They exceeded our expectations fully.

I have been dealing with a recurring leak in my older roof for months after insurance denial of claim due to age of roof. I had sought the help of several companies as I tried to save the money to replace the roof and essentially stop damage in the meantime. They had put up tarps but had not located or addressed the leak. I live alone and am disabled. When I called Victor for help around midnight, he unhesitatingly came to assist, despite a distance of over an hour away. He knew my circumstances and really helped me out. I will be having my roof replaced soon, and Zenith will absolutely get the job. I appreciate Victor's professionalism, thoroughness, strong communication with me, and the company's compassion.

We had a leak at our rental cabin and reached out in a panic. We had guests arriving the next day and had to find somebody quickly. They responded immediately and was there fixing our leak within a couple of hours! Talk about amazing customer service!! Leak is fixed and we are so grateful for them turning a stressful situation into an easy process! I would reccomend hands down!

I contacted Victor to fix a problem I had with missing shingles on one of my ridge vents. He showed up on time (texted me in transit) and fixed the issue. While he was at it he checked the boots on my roof vents and alerted me to a potential issue with dry rot and suggested a cost effective solution. We scheduled a follow up visit and again he showed on time and fixed the problem.. I am very pleased with he and his team’s work and will not hesitate to use him in the future.

Zenith recently worked with my insurance company and replaced my entire roof. Izzy, Zack, and everyone at their company was friendly, professional, knowledgable, and trustworthy. They got our insurance company to replace our entire roof with Class 3 performance shingles + drip edge and all the gutters with 6" stainless. All we had to pay was our deductible. They succeeded with our insurance where another roofing company had failed.

I can't say enough about how impressive Izzy and his team are. They inspected our roof and had the replacement on and paid for within a week. The actual install took 1 day for everything but the gutters which were completed another day in about 6 hours. Their work is of exceptional quality and they go above and beyond, including replacing my window screens and reinstalling my gutter guards as part of the insurance-covered job. Probably the most impressive aspect of their approach is the reliable availability and communication. If I ever needed anything, I could text or call them and they would answer.

I had wind damage from the high winds around Christmas 22. Called Allstate and they inspected it and sent me money to have it fixed. I interviewed 3 roofers and picked Zenith. They came over and said it wasn't repairable and to let them work with Allstate with replacing the roof. Zenith did everything that Allstate asked and Allstate allowed a new roof. All upgrades were made on roof and it looks great. Thanks Jarad for working direct with Allstate and getting us a new roof.

These guys are truly overachievers. They came out and surveyed the damage that I had on my roof from the last cold storm and wrote up an estimate to my insurance company for replacing it. The insurance company granted the coverage based on their detailed observation. Zenith came out immediately after scheduling an appointment with me, to choose my roof color. They gave me a time within the next week, in which they would come out and replace my roof and put their equipment and?supplies. My driveway was carefully covered before a dump truck was delivered for all of my old roof material to be put in and they literally took down and put up the roof behind it. So, it was complete in one day. The material they used was high quality, but at a very reasonable price and it looks absolutely stunning on my house. They also completed my work shed roof at the same time and even put a new roof on my birdhouse for me as a token of thanks! I have referred them to my neighbors my church and anyone else who says my house looks so good now. You will definitely be happy you chose Zenith Roofing Plus. I would honestly give them a six star rating, if I could..

I would highly recommend working with ZENITH ROOFING WHO AUSTIN AND JARED. They worked with my insurance company to get the check for replace to my roof. Even I didn't have to arguing with my insurance company for all of the work. I really don't like to not keeping my commitments on time. But they were always on time! Zenith was an absolute pleasure to deal with!!! I initially called a different company to come out because my roof was leaking. They quoted me $2,500 for a repair. That didn't sound right, so I asked Zenith to come out and give me a second opinion. Izzy told me that the original price for the repair was about right, but he believed that we could go through the insurance, and I could get a whole roof for only my $500 deductible. Well, he was absolutely right. Here we are, a few weeks, and $500 later -- I have a brand new fully upgraded roof for five hundred dollars, instead of a $2,500 patch job the other guy recommended. Izzy made the whole process easy and answered all of my questions I had. I highly recommend this company!

Granted, this is an emerging company you probably wont find by yourself, on internet or what not. We are referred by another contractor on leaking problems. They did inspection and found roof damages worse than we thought, and recommended replacement with insurance. Things moved steady and fast with home insurance company's approval.

I had a small leak in my living room, so I called them out. Turns out our old roof was missing a lot of shingles, including one which exposed an area of the “builder gap” (I think that’s what it’s called). Anyway, they came out and did an inspection for me, and after a couple of weeks, there was a check for me in the mail from Allstate. My brand new roof looks great, and I can’t believe how professional and honest these guys are! They even took the time to do some extra work for me!!! (Moving furniture, cutting up a fallen tree, and re-caulking my windows. ALL FOR FREE!!!)
