Thrilled to work on a community project with Zaino & Associates: they were knowledgeable, helpful and extremely generous to our non-profit organization. Highly recommend the staff at Zaino & Associates to others considering them for engineering and general contracting.
As a fellow member of the community, a big positive shout out to Zaino and Associates for helping our students, staff, and faculty. I am thankful and encouraged by your professionalism, expertise, and assistance. Thank you.
Working with Zaino and Associates was one of the most frustrating and costly decisions we've ever made. The project was plagued by poor planning, mismanagement, and unprofessional behavior from the very start.
The engineering plans were riddled with errors and had to be revised multiple times—each revision causing delays and extra expenses. Their lack of organization and accountability forced us to replace our original contractor, who quit midway through the job due to the chaos caused by Zaino’s team.
Frank, the owner, was consistently rude, dismissive, and arrogant. Rather than taking responsibility for the issues, he doubled down and made communication even more difficult.
The delays alone cost us thousands of dollars and months of unnecessary stress. This company’s lack of professionalism and quality control is shocking. We would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you value your time, money, and sanity.
