Best experience ever! Everything was seamless getting my new roof. From getting the quote to the clean up, Zaim Roofing was amazing. My roof is beautiful and everything was cleaned up perfectly. The team was very professional and understanding when I had a few changes that needed to be made. Honest, fair, and hard working is how I would describe this great team!!

Zaim Roofing replaced our roof in 2015 and recently we noticed a small water line coming from a canned light in our living room ceiling and contacted Zaim. He immediately responded by sending one of roofers to fix the problem and they went above and beyond what was asked of them and inspected the entire roof and put new caulking around all of the pipes. When I inquired about what I owed him, he said that it was covered under warranty (finally a company that honors their work) and that I owed him nothing!!! We have also referred Zaim to others over the years and they have been 100% satisfied with his work and have also found him to be fair and honest. We highly recommend Zaim Roofing!!!!

Zaim and his crew were ontime, competent and very professional. His bid was hundreds less than the other two bids I got. I was very pleased with the quality and speed of their work. I wish all contractors were as easy to work with as Zaim has been.

Unfortunate experience! They delivered the trailer, parked it on my sidewalk making it so I had to squeeze between the trailer and my garage. They left the trailer for 5 days before they came back (no it wasn't snowing). They left nails and trash all over. I wouldn't even bother to write a review, because they are less expensive than some of the competition. However they unplugged equipment in my garage, expensive carpet cleaning equipment that unfortunately froze because it was unplugged for a few days. When I called Liam to discuss the problem he hot mad and blamed me.
I would advise spending a little more money with a company that will stand behind the service they provide.

Day 1. Zaim rescheduled because it might rain. It didn't. Day 2. Showed up for work in the afternoon.
Day 3.Left the trailer unchecked in the drive held in place only by the trailer jack.
Jack broke the rolled down drive on the toughn. The crew left. I had to help jack it up to get it moved.
Day 4 finished roofing. Left all of the trash.
and left the cooler moved and unusable.
They were hired by my sister. I have never seen a more unprofessenal job in my life.I have been building for 30 years. This company sucks!

We had obtained many bids and Zaim roofing came highly recommended. This roofing company beat all bids and they were extremely professional. We love our new roof. They were very clean and had the good finished in 2 days. I would recommend this company to anyone. The Green family.

Zaim roofing did a phenomenal job on our roof! They were exceptionally fast and throughor without cutting corners nor to mention they give a fair price. We had four bids and they beat all of them. Zaim the owner is incredibly nice, competent, and his team is very cordial & hard working. I would recommend this company to anyone!

These guys did such an incredible job! They were thousands cheaper than anyone else and I had a brand new 2,000 SqFt roof in 2 days, they replaced rotten plywood boards and even cleaned up all the random vents and satellite dishes on my old roof! I can't recommend Zaim enough!!! They also cleaned up after they were done!

Ziam and his crew are AWESOME! They got here this morning on time and ready to work. They did a tear off, they replaced 18 + sheets,felt and shingled all in a days work. These guys are lightning fast,very efficient and the clean up well that is just wonderful. They left our yard looking better then they found it. We would recomend Ziam Roofing to anyone who wants and needs quality work at a fair and honest price. I could go on..... Thank You Ziam and crew! We now have the best roof in the neighborhood!!! Zaim was amazing! He showed up on time and completely had our roof torn apart and put back up in a day! Great quality and great work wonderful company.

My house needed a completely new roof, I looked around and got four or five bids from roofing contractors. I'm convinced roofing is a racket, all the roofers I got bids from seemed way overpriced so I asked my neighbor who he used, he gave me Ziam's number. I called Ziam and he met me the same day and gave me a bid for roughly half of what the other guys were quoting. I was a bit hesitant but decided to take the risk. I can't believe this guy doesn't have more Google reviews, he was amazing.

Once I called and told him I wanted to use him for my roof he said he could be there in two days. Two days later he was at my house with a full crew at seven in the morning. His guys worked hard and were very efficient, they worked all day until seven each night and finished my entire roof in three days including tear off, new plywood, and shingle replacement. The work was top notch and Ziam was great to work with, he even stuck to his bid price despite some unexpected items that came up during the roof construction.

I would highly recommend Ziam to anyone looking for any type of roofing need, I've found my roofer for life. Keep in mind, Ziam has a very thick accent and is hard to understand on the phone. Get past that and he's a great guy to work with, such a rare find in the contracting world.
