Highly recommended. I love my new roof. No waiting, they got to my roof literally the next week after they inspected it. Jonathan did an awesome job, he was very professional and answered all my questions. Even after the job was completed, he was still answering my calls and making sure everything was done right. All the workers with Z Roofing Group were great!

I contacted Troy at Z Roofing Group recently to inspect our roofs (house and detached garage) for any potential storm, wind or hail damage.

Troy scheduled an appointment to come out the next day. He arrived on time, checked both roofs and advised we did indeed have wind and hail damage on both roofs that would be covered by our insurance. He took the time to assist me with filing a claim.

Troy is very professional, personable and informative with an absolutely 0% pushy or “salesy” approach. He has 35 years’ roofing experience and is GAF Certified (only 10% of roofers who apply become certified). He is extremely detailed, knowledgeable, and informative when explaining roof replacement. He took the time to answer my many questions and was always extremely quick to reply to my texts when I had any questions.

He was present during the insurance company’s inspection of both roofs to ensure the inspector observed all damaged areas.

Troy and his wife Kim (she’s the owner of Z Roofing Group) handled all the necessary paperwork and interactions with our insurance company. The only thing we had to do was choose the color shingle we wanted.

During the actual replacement of our roofs, Troy stopped by frequently to check in with us and his crew. They were professional and took pride in their work. They completely covered a large area of our yard around the entire house and garage, and covered our plants and bushes for protection. The crew did an awesome job of cleaning up and removed their dumpsters the same day. Extra care was taken to ensure any nails that may have landed on the ground were also removed.

After installation, Troy and Kim handled the remaining paperwork with our insurance company.

Our roofs look amazing and immaculate! My husband, afraid of heights and very resistant to me on a ladder, used his drone to view the new roofs up close. They couldn’t be more perfect!

We would highly recommend Z Roofing Group to everyone in need of a roof. The entire process was seamless and we couldn’t be happier.
