I had a new roof put on in August 2024. After the roofers were done the roof looked very nice and the clean up was great.
The first time I developed a leak they were very prompt in taking care of the problem.
A couple of months ago I developed a leak in my garage and shed. I called and reported the problem and after another couple of calls a roofer called to ask about the leaks. After a few back and forth text the roofer wanted to come when I was going to be out of town and I told him that was fine until he argued about the shed without even seeing it. Because of that I told him he needed to come while I was home.
Since then I have made numerous calls and left messages with no response.

Louie (sales rep) and owner Jason met with me in person outlined all work that needed to be completed, coordinated with my insurance, provided an estimate and followed up with excellent workmanship. Speed of service was remarkable. Crew of seven showed up 8 a.m. and had my roof completed by 3:30 p.m. same day. Also, Our Neighborhood Roofer followed up to install high quality new gutters and window wraps professionally done. Enjoyed working with them and appreciated all of their work!

A hailstorm came through the Leavenworth/Lansing area in July 2024. The first contractor we hired really let us down. A friend recommended Tim with Your Neighborhood Roofer and boy was he great to work with. They negotiated with our insurance company and got the new roof and siding we needed. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. Our house is situated on uneven land, 3 stories on one side with a very steep roof...not an easy job. The contractors they hired were excellent and courteous. Highly recommend.

After 2 years of fighting with insurance while almost every other house on my street got their roofs replaced, Mitch from Your Neighborhood Roofer guided us through the process, including getting up on the roof to help the insurance inspector see all damage. The roofing crew was quick, cleaned up very well, and the few things that needed to be addressed after were taken care of quickly and professionally. I had a terrible experience with Your Neighborhood Roofer. After some storm damage, they came out and suggested I open a claim with my insurance company, which I did. Since then, it’s been nothing but frustration. They promised to handle everything but completely dropped the ball.

The lack of communication and professionalism is astounding especially from Cory. I regret ever contacting them. Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable roofing business.

I used Your Neighborhood Roofer for roof and gutter replacement and was satisfied with the results. The sales person performed an initial inspection and determined that we had hail damage. The sales person helped set up a call with our insurance company and the insurance company started the claim process. When the insurance adjuster came for an initial inspection, the roofing company owner was here to help with any questions that the adjuster had. The roofing team completed the roof replacement in 1 day. They cleaned up after the project, making sure that there were no nails in the yard or driveway. The gutter replacement was completed in 2 days. The gutter replacement crew was not as good with cleanup. I found nails on the driveway and on the patio and also scraps of sheet metal left in the yard and on the street.

A 5 star experience across the board! Jay was awesome the whole way through the process and I appreciate how much time was taken to explain everything rather than just rushing through. Roof issues are always stressful so working with a company you can tell really cares about their clients and work product makes all the difference. Highly recommend!
