I was very pleased with Troy Jarrett, a field rep for Restore Roofing, who was a strong advocate for me with our insurance company. He performed a thorough inspection of the roof and house for damage and assisted in making our case for a claim. The work was completed as agreed upon. I am very happy with our new roof and trimmed trees.

Came out for free inspection and showed me where leak was coming from (caulking was loose around chimney); roof was all good. They came back for free to repair caulking for me!! Integrity means a lot to me; this showed me that they are a trustworthy company that is not making up roof damage to get paid! Will definitely call them again if and whenever I need any roof repair. Very nice gentleman and excellent communication.

The crew were very nice and did a good job.Ryan was very helpful and knowledgeable and professional during the process.We wanted some minor fix in some areas and the owner came to talk to us very next day and got job done Place was clean after the job was done.

I realized some of my gutters came off and a few spots on my roof needed fixed from our last storm in Atchison Ks. Jesse helped with out hassle and even pointed out things I didn’t see. I reached out on Facebook for recommendations and was given several, so I went with Restore Roofing.

Both Nathan and Trevor were very helpful from start to finish. They handled the insurance end of things too which was a huge help. They promptly answered my messages and any questions or concerns that I had. Everyone that I came into contact with was friendly. These guys are AWESOME! Hunter knocked on my door one day and mentioned that they were replacing a roof on a home up the street and let me know to contact him if any debris blew down into my yard (it was a pretty windy day). I said "while you're here. . . " Hunter got up on the roof and did some measuring/inspection and let me know that there was some hail damage. While the damn insurance estimate came in about $200 lower than my deductible I decided to get the work done anyway. From the start, Hunter and the entire team were professional, respectful and left my home and yard cleaner than when they arrived. Communication was extraordinary even to little things like a text saying the roofers were going to be an hour late. Just an excellent experience all around. Oh, and by the way, we checked other roofers and had two other estimates. Restore Roofing and More was about HALF what the other guys quoted. I am beyond happy with the whole process. My roof was damaged by the hail storm this year, after researching and seeing all the great reviews for this company I decided to use Restore Roofing. At first the experience was amazing. They got back to me quickly on coming out and checking the roof, very nice and professional, and helped me get everything started with my insurance company. They were flexible and brought multiple people to ensure everything was caught and covered by insurance. If my entire experience had stayed like this I would have given 5 stars. Unfortunately, the communication started to fall off. I was very understanding at first as I know they’re probably incredibly busy. It began taking days for the person I was working with to text me back on questions I had, and then I’d have to follow up with him to remind him for an update. I had asked for a quote about painting services after he had informed me that they do painting as well. I asked a few times for a quote, he said he’d get one to me and never did. Again, I let the communication issue go at first, trying to be understanding to their work load. The roof was completed first and no one came out after the work was done to complete an inspection to ensure it was done correctly. The gutters were next to be completed a few weeks later. I knew there was some wood rot but I thought that would be addressed before the gutters went up since I’d asked about painting services, knowing that would include fixing any wood rot, and secondly they had informed me that when doing the work, if they found any issues they would let me know and talk to me about it first so we could correct it. I thought this would happen with the wood rot before they put the gutters up but it didn’t. They came out to put the gutters up, never addressed fixing the wood rot (yes I would have paid to have this fixed first), and then put up the gutters right of top of the wood rot. This is where my patience ended and I became very frustrated as I was trying to be as understanding as possible. I informed them of the issue and the guy apologized that they didn’t catch it before but then quoted how fixing it would cost quite a bit because they’d have to take the gutters down again to fix it. That wouldn’t have been needed if they’d done it correctly the first time. With the communication issue and lack of follow up it started to feel like I was being overlooked as a customer. This is my home, not only is it where memories are built with my family, but it’s an investment and these repairs cost a lot money. I would expect this company to understand that and prioritize taking care of their customers homes, but I didn’t believe this was happening anymore so I knew I’d have to address the situation. I asked about when the inspection would be done and they said it would be done the day they came to collect the money. That seems like a very poor business practice, inspections should be done right after the work is completed so it can be addressed and corrected immediately. Waiting until the day of collecting payment tells me they’re not going to do a thorough inspection and cut corners. Due to this, I hired an inspector to come out and ensure everything was correct. While it came out that the roof and gutters were installed correctly, the inspector did note that under no circumstances should they have put up the gutters over wood rot and he would have expected a company like this to have addressed that instead of cutting corners like they did. After this I worked to get my payment to them. When the guy came to get the check I mentioned the painting quote that was never given and he apologized and asked if I’d still like a quote for that. Even with the issues that occurred I was willing to give them a second chance. I said yes and asked for a quote still on painting. Yet again, it’s been over a week now and I have not heard anything back from the guy on a quote for painting. Guess I was right that they did not care about me as a customer or my home. Very sad and disappointed in how the experience ended.

What started out as a phone call because a tree limb has impaled our roof ended up being a full roof and gutter system replacement along with some window trim. Bradd was fantastic to work with and did all the work of contacting our insurance company and getting everything taken care of. We could not be more pleased with the experience or our new roof and gutters! Bonus is that we've had plenty of storms since the work was completed to test the new roof and it has been amazing. No more water leaking in our interior ceilings or in our basement! Thank you so much!

Restore Roofing did a good job of keeping lines of communication open between the homeowner and insurance company. Project date set well in advance and crew team delivered every phase of roof replacement as scheduled.

Project Manager Troy Jarrett did an excellent job of meeting with the claims adjuster and providing key details that may have been overlooked. His efforts resulted in speedy claims payments from the insurance company. Post roof replacement Troy walked me on the roof and took detailed notes of items that still required attention such as a damaged vent cap.

Looking forward to having the 2nd phase of the project (gutter install and soffit repair) completed within the next week or two.

Phase 2 completed as planned. Gutter install went well. Installers finished the job quickly without a trace that they had been there. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Ask for Troy Jarrett. Incredible work ethic and one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. He did everything he said he was going to do and did it when he said he was going to do it.

These guys did an outstanding job from their initial contact all the way through to the end of the job. Jake S came over to be on the call with me while we called our insurance company so he could explain things to them. He and his team came out when the insurance inspector arrived and assisted with all the documentation that was needed throughout the process. The work was all done within just a few days of our initial agreement to get the roof on. Can't begin to say how professional and personable these guys were. I highly recommend them. The roof looks great and the workers all did a great job working around what landscaping we have and cleaning up. Best contractors I've ever worked with.

We were approached by the team for a free inspection as they were doing work at a neighbor’s home. We took their inspection photos, submitted a claim, and qualified for a roof replacement due to significant storm damage. Hunter Miller was our project manager and contact throughout the process. He was very communicative, patient, and helpful. The rest of the team was very respectful of our home and made accommodations (like placement of the dumpster in the driveway).

I found out I needed a new roof after my home had sold but not closed. I contacted Hunter and my insurance agency around the same time. Hunter was very prompt in talking to me and then working with the insurance adjuster. Hunter took the time to explain the whole process to me and made calls to get it all scheduled and completed on time.
