I needed a emergency repair done on my roof and he was there the next hour and fixed the problem.
Tom is the absolute best! He was very professional and knowledgeable and he fixed the leak in my roof same day.
Tom has gone out of his way to provide guidance and knowledge and has been incredibly helpful.
The entire staff was very friendly & professional from the beginning to the end of the project.

What Users Like The Least

If negative stars were possible, we would choose that. Our simple replace gutter guard work was not completed, after close to 6 months now.
We are getting no response. CHOOSE another business to avoid terrible customer service here.

This is the best Roofing Company around this area. He completed a pretty big job for me which a bunch of other companies turned down. What this company completed is a full set of Gutters along with a full Roof replacement, he also repaired some Roof leaks I had that developed over the past few years that severely damaged a portion of the interior Wood/Insulation!! Definitely give this Company a call you won’t be disappointed! Great pricing and service.

They are a family-owned Company Based km Chapel Hill, NC enjoy working together as a team, which made it much more pleasant to work with them. They did a Great Job from start to finish, They even planned ahead expecting a weather delay. Completely covered our roof. Came back THAT NIGHT to check on the tarping. Came back the following day and did the entire roof replaced in ONE day! Gutters were scheduled for another day. Same outcome Amazing . Great Job I highly recommend this team

We are glad that we gave Your Local Roofing and Gutter Specialist a call located in Chapel Hill, NC. We had several other companies out of Durham, NC come out to assess our situation with our Roofing and gutter system but not one of them could solve the issue #RoofLeak #CarrboroRoofer #GutterRepairs.
Tom and his team showed up same day an was very fast efficient and got the job done. The price was a little higher than we expected but no regrets on our end. We learned our lesson years ago.

If negative stars were possible, we would choose that. If and when our issue with TS Solutions is resolved, we will update this review. Our simple replace gutter guard work was not completed, after close to 6 months now, we are asking for a partial refund of money given for upgrades... we are getting no response. CHOOSE another business to avoid terrible customer service here.
