We found Roofers Complete when we needed a small roof repair done when selling our previous home. We called him right away after having ice damming with our current house. He gave us some suggestions free of charge which we valued so much. Once the weather warmed up he was able to come out and give us a quote on replacing our low pitched shingle roof with a rubber roof. We used to have a lot of leaking in that room and now with the rubber roof the precipitation is able to run into the gutters properly and no leaking! We wanted a specific roof installed which was Certainteed Grand Manor which is a heavier shingle meant to look like slate. After contacting several roofing companies which either quoted a really high price or said they would not install due to weight of the product a friend said give James a call at Roofers Complete. I found Roofers Complete via Google. I live in Nebraska but needed a roof replacement for some property in Wisconsin. I called a number of contractors on a late Friday afternoon. James was the only person to call me back within 24 hours. He came out and gave me an estimate for the replacement. His bid was extremely competitive to the other four (4) bids I ultimately received. I chose Roofers Complete. Roofers Complete started the job promptly and it was finished in a timely manner. As I was not able to be physically present, James kept me updated and was extremely responsive to any question I had. The final product was of the highest workmanship. James came in with a quote that was similar to all others. Our home is fairly large with many different peaks and valleys, not an easy job. He gave me a window of when he would start and kept in touch with me regularly until the day he started which was exactly when he thought he would.He kept the sight clean and organized and never damaged any of our many flowers and plants(which simply amazed me)A quality job on time at a reasonable price by friendly labor, what more can you ask for?
