I saw a Cab Construction sign in our subdivision where they were replacing a roof. I didnt think i had hail damage but figured id give them a call. John Montag called me to setup an appointment at my convenience. He inspected the roof and saw damage i was not aware of. We contacted the insurance company to set up their inspection. We got approval for a new roof. John was very helpful and professional and handle everything including final inspection. I did have 1 very minor problem, and they were prompt in getting fixed. All in all it was a great easy experience and id recommend them.

I was very happy to hear that my roof does not need replacement! When Steven and Woody came out to inspect our roof, I was impressed with their honesty and not just selling me an entire new roof. They will just be performing some repairs.

I was very happy with the work done by CAB Construction. They were professional and efficient. We all know what kind of workers we would get, but these workers are discipline enough and well trained to complete a roof in a day. They masked the entire house to avoid damage. When they finished the roof they patrolled several times looking for nails and after they left, I found less than a handful of nails. That's pretty remarkable for a roof contractor. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof

CAB Construction is a great company to work with. Their estimates are very competitive and the work they do is excellent. The sales representative, John Montag, is knowledgeable and thorough. On my project, the work was done on time in less than a work day. CAB uses quality GAF roofing products and their installers are experts. Clean up after the project left my property in great shape. They have a quality control person who inspects the work after it is done and any minor things that have to be done are taken care of quickly. I highly recommend CAB for roofing projects, done at a reasonable price.

CAB Construction got the job done fast and friendly. We had hail damage on our roof and John Montag of CAB came knocking on my door. I told him I didn't think that enough damage was done for a claim. He said he will give a free inspection and tell us what he finds. Well, low and behold we not only got a new roof but also including sheathing. He works directly with you and on your behalf with the insurance company. All my neighbors were impressed with their crew and how fast and clean they were. Rather than just sell a requested service for roof raking for icicles, they requested pictures of my situation. Their company’s honest appraisal was that I wait a few days as the temperatures would soon warm up & might negate the need for the service. But they said to let them know immediately if I noticed a leak. No one wants to spend money unnecessarily. I much appreciated their honesty.

We worked with Jeremy who explained the entire process for us, helped us battle the insurance company, and made it a painless process. We interviewed numerous roofing companies and had a hard time finding one we trusted to do a good job. We were a little defeated and decided to look at a couple more companies and CAB really impressed us. Owen walked us through the whole process of what to expect and why their products are high quality. How their workmanship is high quality. We were pleased with communication through Owen. Cleanup after the project was really good which was important to us. Would recommend.

The owner of a property and I had you guys come out for a quote and were told "I'll call my boss when I'm done and we'll let you know what we can do. I will talk to one of you when I am done" Then the field guy that was sent out leaves without saying anything like he said he would, and sends us to voice-mail when we tried to call after the fact? Awful.

Cab and Owen Masters were great! They replaced the roof, gutters & downspouts on one house and gutters and downspouts on another. Their price is competitive and quality is exceptional. Owen kept me apprised of the progress of each job by sending me photos and drone video. I highly recommend working with Cab and Owen!

CAB installed a new roof, gutters, siding, soffits and facia following a bad hailstorm back in 2014. The installation went smoothly and the team worked very quickly which was impressive considering that we are built into a hill so our home is 3 stories tall in the back. In the following years we had a couple of things that need attention (a small piece of siding coming off in a windstorm and a gutter issue) both of which were handled quickly. Most recently I contacted CAB to re-route a downspout and repair a downspout strap that the screws came out of (that was 20+ feet up). Chris showed up with a smile and a warm greeting. He inspected the job to be done and quickly got to work. He did a great job and obviously took great pride in both his work as well as the company he works for. Another good job by CAB! I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family that need work done on their homes.

After the storm damage we had last spring and dealing with various roofers, I chose to go with CAB Construction because of the first person I met from that company, Owen Masters. He was incredibly professional, friendly and efficient. He handled everything from start to finish. Whenever I contacted him I knew I would receive a quick response and he always followed up to make sure that I was satisfied with the job they were doing. Each group of workers was very friendly and worked so hard and efficiently and cleaned up beautifully. I highly recommend CAB Construction Co.

In 2021 we got a number of quotes on having our house roof replaced. After talking with a number of good roofing companies we were most impressed with CAB. They were not the cheapest but yet we’re not the most expensive quote. We chose them for the quality of work and product that they provided. Also dealing personally with Andy (owner) was also reassuring that we were making the right choice. From start to finish Any and his staff were always available to answer any questions. From start to finish they met all our expectations.
Now in 2022 we had no need to get any quotes other than CAB for our 45x60 shop roof. Again dealing with the staff at CAB made getting this project completed was a breeze. Again dealing with Andy (owner) was a pleasure and we couldn’t be any happier with the quality of work and professionalism that CAB offered on our 2nd roofing project within 1 year period.

Had hail damage and decided to go with CAB after reading positive reviews. The planning process with them went well and there was good communication regarding the schedule. The roof replacement took 1.5 days and went well. I was really impressed with how clean the property was after they were completed. I haven't found a single nail and only a very few pieces of trash. I was worried about this but they did a great job.

Had Cab Construction recommended to me by a former employer of mine. Dealt with Owen who was very professional and walked us through everything after some wind had damaged our roof. The entire experience was so simple and we couldn't be happier with the results.

We had hail damage in 2014 and 2015. CAB did an excellent job in 2014, but in 2015 their work was not good.

When CAB tore off the roof in October 2015, I heard stuff falling down the range hood vent. Because the range hood sounded awful after this, we replaced it and found 2 nails and big chunks of old shingles inside. The chimney caulk had to be redone. There were blobs of silver caulk near the top of some of the roof vents, as if the workers used the vents to scrape the extra caulk off the caulk gun. In June 2016, I noticed my roof was leaking through the range hood. CAB looked at it and didn’t find anything wrong with it. When the leaking began happening more often and to a larger degree (1” in a bucket on my stove after a rain storm), I hired an independent contractor to fix it. He ran a hose to see where the leak was, which CAB did not do. He discovered that water was getting under the vent. Additionally, the vent was rusting and the nails on the top edge of the vent were rusted. All my roof vents were rusted in 2017. CAB said it was a manufacturer defect and repainted them. I have since repainted them and the chimney flashing due to rust. I later discovered my bathroom fan ductwork was not attached to the roof vent. Though this has probably been like that for a long time, the wood around the vent is soft, and no one mentioned this to me or suggested replacing the wood when redoing the roof.

I was hesitant to get new gutters because ours were only 2 years old. I was assured that the company doing the gutters, Pinno, was very good. I really regret replacing the gutters. My new gutters drip at places where my old ones didn’t. Debris gets caught in the corners near my front roof peak – this didn’t happen before. The gutter caulk is pretty sloppy, and there are a couple of screws laying in caulk in my gutter. One downspout was not going into the splashguard at a good spot. And one gutter was not pitched correctly. Initially Rich told me there will always be some water in the gutter and everything was good. After voicing my concern, again, when I had ice in the gutter, he agreed it wasn’t pitched correctly.

Pinno came back to fix the pitch, but I was very dissatisfied with their work. It was sloppy, and in some places, it appeared they used whatever random screws they had available and a gutter bracket was missing a screw. When I tried to address the lead Pinno worker, he blew me off. Andy, from CAB, came out to address my concerns and told me Pinno was no longer working for them. However, the following June I saw Pinno working on a CAB job. When replacing my rain barrel diverter in spring after it had cracked, I discovered the screws they used were really long, going to the middle of my downspout. This blocked leaves, which appears to have led to the cracking of the diverter. This year (2021), I noticed at least half of the screws in my gutter hangers are rusted off or missing. Melanie said it they probably couldn’t do anything since it’s been 6 years, and sounded like a manufacturer’s defect and not workmanship and promised to get back to me. I never received a return call.

A number of windows were rescreened due to hail damage. When we initially got them back, one had a dent in it and another was scratched. CAB did have these fixed.

I will not use CAB or Pinno in the future and highly discourage anyone else from doing the same. Though they did fix a number of issues, there shouldn’t be issues that need to be fixed after a job is done, and try to put the blame elsewhere. Communication could have been better. I don’t think our issues were specific to our rep, as we’ve since worked with other CAB reps as Rich was no longer with the company. I learned that the permits weren’t pulled with the city and had to ask them to do so multiple times. If you do work with CAB, make sure that all work is completed that they said they will do, and be sure to check on their work.

I would highly recommend Cab Construction for any roofing and siding needs. Owen Masters was professional, and extremely skilled and knowledgeable at helping me decide on my roofing and siding needs. Always communicated with me throughout the entire process. If I had a question, all i did was contact him and he would get the answer for me. I couldnt be more happier with the work that Cab Construction has done on my home.

They came out three months ago to give us an appraisal and contract to fix our roof. Three months later, communication is nonexistent, nothing but broken promises and finally they just said that they can’t fix it now. They still have our deposit. Do not use this company! Very unprofessional

Cab construction removed all of the ice dams in all of my rain gutters
and cleaned out the leaves that I didn't get last fall. They took only 4 hours to clean all the gutters from my 2000 sq. foot home.

CAB Construction came to our rescue and removed a huge ice dam today in horrible freezing weather. I had hired a guy to do it and he brought an ice pick and axe to do the job. He went half way down the roof line and stopped. Andy was helpful and empathetic.

Eric worked with me and my insurance compay on getting my home resided, reroofed, and new gutters installed. At first they didn't approve the garage for siding but Eric managed to get it approved. My experience with CAB construction was fantastic. It all started when the ceiling in my daughters room collapsed because of an unknown roof leak. My insurance company sent a different company out to survey the damage from a recent hail storm to see if that caused my leak and interior damage. The inspector found hail damage but it was not was caused my leak. My flashing had been bad for some time and water had been coming in over a period of time. I had bad decking all around my chimney that needed to be replaced and I could not afford to replace the roof. After many weeks of being ignored by local roofing companies because my job was small, a well known competitor of CAB came to my house and gave me a quote on my small repair. The salesman, however, was extremely rude and arrogant towards me and my wife. I explained we don’t have a lot of money and asked what the best price is that he could offer me on a total roof replacement would be for future consideration. He was actually offended by my question and proceeded to tell me the price is the price and that his company sells itself and if one client doesn’t buy, he has a whole list of people who will. When he left I was angry. I had waited weeks with a torn up bedroom and leaky roof to finally have someone come over and this is how I was treated. I wanted to smash this girly-man’s face in. So I figured what the heck, I’ll try one more time to see if I can get another quote. I searched for local roofing places and CAB was top on the list. I don’t know why earlier searches didn’t produce a hit but there they were. And they were local!! So I called and to my surprise a very nice lady answered the phone. I told her my issue and she was horrified at how I was treated and sent a man out the very next day. She asked if I had hail damage and I said yes but it was denied by insurance. She explained that her salesman was a certified hail damage inspector and would provide his opinion in case I wanted to appeal the decision. The next day, Brenden Cirillo showed up on time and looking professional. I explained my situation and he began his inspection. He was very thorough and explained that my roof was badly damaged by the hail but agreed it did not cause the leak. He said because of the damage I may be able to file an additional claim for a new roof. I contacted my insurance company to discuss options and they said Brenden was correct and apologized that their inspector didn’t explain that I had options. Given the extent of the damage I decided to proceed with a claim as I don’t want any future roof problems. All I needed to pay was my deductible and my rates aren’t going up. My new roof is amazing and I can sleep easy knowing I won’t have any more water damage. Thank you Brenden and thank you CAB Construction.

From start to finish, this is a great company to address your house's problem area. Our's was our roof. We set up a meeting with Brenden, who went over everything, including the things we didn't know we should be asking. Not once was there a traditional sales pitch, however, there was information for us as homeowners to make a valued and thoughtful decision on what was best for us and our home. In fact, when we were presented with all options, we found value in an alternative colored shingle (midnight blush) which is gorgeous with our gray siding and burgundy trim. Additionally, we opted for the Golden Pledge Warranty, which is transferable to a new home owner in the event we end up selling our home sooner than anticipated in the future. Melanie, who works behind the scenes, is also wonderful to communicate any questions or concerns and very professional. We will absolutely be using CAB construction for any future projects in our home! Stop your search and give them a call, they are worth it!

My nightmare began after a pleasant roofing experience. I was pleased that I referred friends and family. Thinking that the job would be done in the same manner,I decided to get my home resided. The weather had been wet,so to get the job going I was told they would year off areas and reside that way. The workers didn't follow the plan and my home was exposed to some heavy downpours. The worker threw their uneaten lunches on the lawn and driveway daily. Some rotten osb board was discovered during the test off and the company owner came out to look. The next day I was held hostage toan additional bill of 750.dollars to fix. I fixed it myself for a cost of 50. dollars. I called the office to inquire about the high price and that's when they began never returning phone calls about issues I had. On July 4 I got a call from a youth who was working with the siders as he was the only individual who spoke English. I had to leave a family picnic to find they broke a water line in my basement pulling on the outdoor spicket. My basement was flooded and I spent the afternoon mopping it up. They kicked a hole in the side of my home to reach in and turn the water off. The next day a call to the office, the girl didn't believe me and made me feel like I was a complaining costumer. She said an investigation was required with me providing photos to proof of damage.The siders were careless and tore holes in most of the home screens. After finally getting someone to hear my complaint,she at the office actually said she doubtedit was done by them. I'm so happy I had pictures after the roof was completed that showed my screens not ripped. I would seriously consider other contractors if you are reading my review.C.A.B. loves you and is so attentive to getting your business only till you sign a contract with them. I got nothing from them for all the cleaning I did in my basement and no apologies
