Yost is a local, family owned business. Every interaction from the first to the last exceeded my expectations.

George Yost came to my house to give me a quote. Having the owner visit for the quote is huge plus. My house is large with 6 different gutter sections and 9 downspouts. He mapped it all out with a straight edge. In addition, Yost was willing to replace the rotted wood behind my old gutters. Not all gutter companies will do this.

The work was completed as promised and on time. Albert Yost, the co-owner, even was up on a ladder!

The price was about 10% higher than the lowest quote I received. I wanted to say yes as soon as George gave me the quote, but I got two other quotes for peace of mind. The two other gutter companies gave me a hard sell, but George was as professional as can be.

I could not be happier with my gutter replacement.

We have used Yost in the past to replace the windows in my mothers condo, replace the gutters on our last house with larger gutters/downspouts and leaf guards. They do excellent work! I called George about the new house we had bought that needed gutters extended, downspout moved and siding installed. He met me at the house on time, gave me a proposal right on site with a great price and got the work done in a short period of time which was amazing as you can hardly get anyone nowadays to even return a call. The crew was excellent, very professional, work looks fantastic and they cleaned up so thoroughly I could not find any debris anywhere. I will definitely call George and use Yost Home Improvement for any future needs.
