This company is great to work with!! I received notice of my homeowners policy being cancelled because my roof needed to be replaced. This was determined by the insurance company use of a Google Arial view. Found this company with a Google search. I was afraid a roofing company would automatically advise on a roof replacement. Kevin with BP Builders was at my home within two days of the call. An inspection report with photos was completed and delivered to me the next day. The roof does not need to be replaced. Fantastic job on my roof. They came out, gave me a very responsible quote. I signed the contract and they scheduled me right away. After the roof was put on, there were nails left from the dumpster having a small openings so they sent someone the next day to come do a final check on it. They did a great job on our roof and gutters! Kevin was very understanding when we were hesitant to use the loan company they were using at the time. Then very patient while we shopped around for a loan.
Once we got things squared away on our end Kevin got us scheduled for the following week!
It had been a very windy day so there were some nails and shingles that had been blown around.
Brett called a few days after and asked if we were happy. We let him know about nails so he sent someone the following day to sweep the yard again.

The house went on the market and we decided to do the roof very last minute. Our real estate agent, Judy Halleran, had Brett take a look at it. We called him on a Weds. and his crew was there on Saturday. The crew was very professional and had it done in 6hrs! We also had him put a new ceiling in one of the bedrooms due to water damage. Brett's crew was efficient and did a great job. We have a pretty good size roof (35ish square) with two layers on. They showed up and were hard at work by 7:30 am. They had the whole thing stripped by the early afternoon and went to town laying shingles shortly after. They had the entire roof done, two dumpsters removed, and everything cleaned up by 6 pm the same day. Brett was great to deal with and I've already been singing their praises.

The contract outlined steps to protect our house during installation and thorough cleanup, including magnetic sweep and a pledge to return if we found any nails they missed.

They showed up on time, stripped our roof, replaced several damaged boards, and installed the new roof tiles all in the same day. It was time for a new roof and had BP Builders do it. Everything went fine. They were in and out in a day on a colonial style house. In addition, they made a new piece of flashing that had blown off along the eves and installed gutter straps to help prevent the gutters from pulling loose.
