Tom Garbati Builders replaced our home's roof almost two years ago. Based on being located close to the water, he did not recommend the cheapest shingles just to get the job, but the shingles that were best for heavier winds and larger storms. His price was more than fair. His team of workers were professional in every way, and they rarely took breaks. Job was finished quickly, and our property was left spotless after they left.

Fast forward two years to today, after heavy winds and even heavier rain, our roof had no problems whatsoever, but we had a few gutters that did come loose.
Tom Garbati Builders did not install the existing gutters, but I called him to come take a look to see what it would cost to repair the gutters.
He sent two great guys over the next day who not only fixed the broken brackets that snapped, but they also checked the other gutters to make sure there was not going to be any future problems. He did not charge us for the repairs as he explained that once we were a client of his, he wanted to show his appreciation for trusting him with our roofing business by helping us out with the small, but important repair.

We had a roof done on a home and Waterford on short notice. The team did an amazing job and we highly recommend them! We also had the gutters replaced to 6-in commercial style which came out great as well.

The price was fair, up front on all expenses and we knew exactly what we were getting.

Communication was smooth and showed up as expected.

After spending over 18 months remodeling my work shop I was ready to have the roof done. Of the three different estimates I got, two of them acted like they wanted to do it, one of which kept blowing me off and another wanted an extra grand because it was "such a small job" (as if that makes any sense). Tom Garbati Jr gave me a reasonable price, pieced it into an open day in his schedule, did a quality job including catering to my requests to add a few details and treated me with the same care and respect as anyone with a 4000 sq/ft house. They did an excellent job residing and installing new trim on he front of the house. It was the last side to update of a 3 year project to replace all the siding and trim. The trim work is exceptional quality. They communicated well with me and showed up as scheduled. I highly recommend them.

Phenomenal service and quality instillation.

Tom was a pleasure to deal with when I had a branch go through my roof.
He arrived right away after my call , sent one of his guys right over to repair the hole and helped me deal with the insurance company.
My full roof replacement came about a week later and his crew was in and out by the time I got home from work leaving my roof looking awesome and my yard spotless.

Thomas Garbati Builders did a fantastic job! It wasn't long after I accepted their quote that they were out here during one of the reasonable days in February and re-shingled our roof. It looks great, they were constantly working except for lunch, and got the job done quickly and beautifully. After the job was done, they went around and did a thorough clean and pick up of all remaining debris and nails. I highly recommend them and their pricing is great for a quality job.

The color shingle we wanted stopped being produced during COVID and was unavailable at usual suppliers, but Tom was able to find them and have them delivered to our house.

Our experience with Garbati was excellent start to finish. They came within 24 hours to offer a quote and called back anytime we left a message. The roof was completed in a day, and there wasn’t a sign of anyone having even been on the property except for the brand new roof. We were very pleased with the whole process.

I left for work in the morning and came home to a new roof, finished in one day. When they left it was like no one had been there. Everything was cleaned up in a professional manner. The owner quickly resolved some concerns I had. And was helpful getting them addressed. Very knowledgeable and professional company.

My home was damaged because of shingle failure and therefore, I had water stains on my dining room ceiling. Tom Garbati was recommended to me and he was excellent. He guided me through the repair process and went above and beyond to try to match my older siding color and style.

My roof is some what large (4500 square ft) and these guys stripped and reshingled my roof in 1-1/2 days. There attention to detail was fantastic. The roof looks great, the rows are straight and the shingles lay flat. There was no old shingles or nails left behind. Not only did they pick up the trash, they swept, raked and blew off around the house and driveway. The crew worked nonstop while on the job.
I would have them back for future projects and would recomend them to friends and family.

We’ve used this company on two separate occasions, once to replace our roof and then again to replace our windows and install vinyl siding. We were very pleased with the reasonable cost and the quality of workmanship. I recommend them often.

We engaged Garbati Builders earlier this summer (2020) to replace the roof on our 1300 square foot raised ranch home. The process was relaxed and professional. The site visit for an estimate was very straightforward, the paperwork was clear and sensible, and the price was quite reasonable. The crew was on time and non-intrusive. They completed our roof replacement in one day, leaving no debris or mess. The on site dumpster was picked up promptly on the following day. The new roof looks super. In today's age, it's very rare for someone to have a contractor communicate with them, be timely, do exceptional quality of work, meet your budget, cleanliness of work site, and not too mention, be very courteous. Tom and his team did a great job. As a customer all I want is for someone to do what they said they would do, when they said they would do it and for the price they said they would do it for. He and his crew understood the inconvenience of losing some rooms in our home and the interruption reconstructing them causes. These guys came early, stripped my roof, put new sheathing down and then the layer of shingles. They were done by the time I came home from work.

Did an excellent job of replacing our roof. Started earlier than expected and began at 8AM and were done by 4PM the same day, including an excellent job of clean-up. Very fairly priced, I would highly recommend them to everyone, including my friends and family.
