We recently replaced a very large patio canopy with a fixed roof design that blended into the existing roof line. We had architectural drawings made and obtained bids from Contractors. We chose Brennan Roofing because they presented the best explanation of the work to be done and presented alternatives for the best cost estimate. The work included re-roofing the entire house which aided in blending the roof lines. The work has been completed and looks very good. Very professional Contractor. Constant supervision on site for the whole job. Uses their own container on wheels so there is no damage to driveway or grass. Any and all questions were answered and/or addressed. Crew was very professional and the clean-up was phenomenal.

Brennan, roofing did an A+ job on our roof at a great price . When I called for an estimate, Patrick got right on it. We had gutters, and some wood rot that needed replacing. They did an excellent job on everything. Communication was excellent, and all of our concerns were answered. Cleanup was thorough and complete.

Had my roof done by Brennan Roofing July 16th, 2024. Patrick took the time to examine the old roof beforehand and explain every detail regarding the materials and installation steps for the new one. Left samples of the different shingle brands for me to look over. Once I accepted his bid he arrived a few days later with a 9-10 man crew and got the ~3000 ft square roof, with hips, valleys, and four roof windows and a chimney to reflash, completed in 12 hrs on a day with the temperature hitting 95 degrees. Very competent, professional and polite crew. Left the yard cleaner than when they arrived. Very pleased with the results, new roof looks great!

In January, we called Brennan Roofing to repair water leakage from the roof sections above our three dormers after several wind-driven rain storms. Patrick Brennan promptly replied to our request and came to our house to look at our roof. As soon as the weather permitted, Patrick Brennan came to our house with his crew at the time that he stated; they determined where the leakage occurred and promptly repaired the roof above each dormer at a very reasonable price.

After moisture remediation work was completed in the interior of our home, we observed water leaking through the sides of the three dormer windows during another wind-driven rain storm. We called Brennan Roofing and they came out right away and replaced the flashing around the dormers, removed the siding on the three dormers, cut out all the rotted sheathing and 2x4's around each window, fixed the framing due to wood damage around the three windows, installed new flashing and seal tape around each window, and re-shingled around the dormers. We now have no more water leakage!

Brennan did a great job on two buildings for me. These guys are really into the details of roofing and everything that goes with it. The roofers arrived on time. Done a professional job of removing the old shingles and replace with 50 yr warranted shingles. They done a super job of cleaning the yard of all materials and nails. I would highly recommend Brennan Roofing.

A recent storm, placed part of a tree on my roof and took out my gutter. I called and left a message at Patrick Brennan of Brennan Roofing & Contracting LLC and in less than one hour Pat called me back and in less than three hours Pat was on-site accessing the job. When the insurance adjuster arrived a few days later, Pat was there. The adjuster deemed that a new roof and gutter system was appropriate and within a few days Pat and his team of installers arrived at 7:00 a.m. and by late that afternoon the old shingles and gutters were removed and a new 36" Ice/Water sleeve, roof boots, full synthetic paper, drip edging, and 50 year Titan shingles were fully installed. The entire mess was removed and the area was left as clean as could be. The next day the gutters, downspouts, extensions and Bulldog leaf guards were fully installed.

The severe thunderstorms and high wind in late April 2023 tore numerous shingles off of my roof. Patrick was referred to me by a friend and immediately took control of the entire process of negotiating with my insurance company and ensuring a positive outcome. He met with my insurance adjuster, fought for the full amount that I was entitled for, and offered me a very affordable out-of-pocket shingle upgrade. His staff of highly trained roofers stripped and replaced my roof in less than a day and cleaned up all debris from my yard. I highly recommend Patrick and his team.

Brennan Contracting replaced the roof on my house (plus the sub roof) and garage in May of 2022 and I had a great experience. Patrick communicated very well. He was easy to reach, responsive and dealt with the insurance company, which was paying for part of the job. The crew finished in one day and Patrick stayed on site almost the whole time, except when he needed to get more supplies. My house is very close to my neighbor’s and they took great care to make sure that no nails or any debris was left in my yard or my neighbors. Not least, my roof looks great!
