I have a residential solar system installed by Yellowball. We were out of town and not checking our enphase app for production status. When we arrived home and checked, we found we had been off-line for several days.

I tried walking through the reset instructions on the app and was unsuccessful. I called Yellowball and left a message for Lance. He returned my call within 10 minutes and walked me through the process. Our conversation made it clear this was a larger problem than a reset. I was most impressed with his knowledge and quick troubleshooting.

Lance contacted Garrett, our local installer. Garrett came right over and within 2 hours we were up and running again. I can't say enough about their promptness and skill in accessing and fixing our issue.

Yellowball's (Patrick and Cody) is great company. They were truthful to us, they are always in communication with us, either through call, text and email. They are willing to answer questions even at off hours, where except it to be family time. The workers who did our roof was very polite and cleaned up very well. I would really suggest talking to them, and get estimate. Then decided, we are not regretting go through them. In two weeks we are getting solar's panel on.

I am so happy with the people that came and put in the system to the electrician that came and hooked it all up it was absolutely wonderful. They were so professional. They answered any questions I had and I just can’t explain how this makes me feel with being able to look it up on my phone and I would recommend this to anybody. We have been researching and pursuing putting solar on our home for a few years now. Multiple companies tried very aggressive sales pitches on us, often promising the moon while not getting into specifics or showing examples of their work.

Abigail was different. She came by and walked through everything: financials, install logistics, taxes, and how the system would work under their contract. That last part was a big selling point for us — they are also a roofing company that will ensure the integrity of the system and our roof.

The paperwork with the city took about as long as expected, but every other step was quicker and painless. Their install team worked their tails off to install our system properly during the middle of winter. They had to spend over three hours shoveling a few feet of snow and ice to make it happen, and they still did a great job.

And, they are saving us a lot of money. Our monthly payment is substantially less than what Northwestern charges us for electricity in the average month.

Getting solar was a financial no-brainer, and we are so thankful to have been taken care of by Abigail and the Yellowball team.
