I have used Yares Renovation Services on several occasions at my home. Most recently they replaced my roof and gutters after a hail storm. They helped me navigate the insurance claim process making it seamless and stress free! My new roof and gutters were installed quickly by a very thorough and professional team! They also helped to repair the ceilings in my living and dining room after water damage. They do their work with great care which is why I would choose to use them again should the need arise.

Tony and his team have provided excellent renovation services at our home over the past few years including flat concrete work, window replacement, flat roof replacement, carpentry and tuck pointing work. Great communication, great value and extremely experienced and professional. We feel very lucky to have had Tony work with us.

Yares has done excellent work for us. They arrived when they said they would, worked efficiently and left the site in perfect order.

Yares Renovation Services has completed multiple projects for me, both large (commercial) and small (residential). I have been completely satisfied with the experience, including the communication throughout and the final product delivered. We have used Yares Renovation Services for several projects! Everything from insurance claims for our roof to complete bathroom renovations. A roof, 2 bathrooms a new portico, a new ceiling due to ice dam issues and some smaller randoms to be exact! Quality work every time with great communication. They also back up their work so if an issues arises from one of their projects they immediately get it taken care of and I highly value that trust.

Tony and his team updated our bathroom and built a bathroom in the basement. The remodeled main floor bath features a walk in shower with tiled walls and shower floor. There’s also a shower seat and hand bar to accommodate my spouse who suffered a stroke. The tiling is non slip. The bathroom floor is heated (which is wonderful). Our home is a cottage built in the late 1880s. And Tony managed to update beautifully. He also widened the hallway, bathroom and bedroom doors to accommodate a wheelchair. The hallway and bathroom lighting makes an otherwise dim space safe and beautiful. The downstairs bathroom is perfect. The Yares team were easy to work with, accommodating, and always professional. I recommend highly recommend them.

Yares Services has done quality work for years across a number of different projects, most recently a basement, where sewer backed up and they took care of everything. The tenant was very happy and they handled the coordination and restoration very professionally. Look forward to working with them again.!

Yares Renovation Services came to our rescue when a water leak wrecked havoc on our kitchen ceiling. After meeting with a slew of contractors, we went with Yares based on their detailed plan for how they were going to address the issue and get our ceiling back to its original condition. Tony and his crew did an amazing job finishing off our basement and updating multiple rooms including bathrooms (along with other ad hoc work). We really appreciated their attention to detail, especially when they proactively found and addressed some surprise water damage. Cooper was an amazing project manager, almost felt like part of our family at times and did a great job communicating with us (an underrated skill). We had quite a bit of painting as part of the project and Grant definitely delivered. Grant, and really everyone we worked with, did a great job cleaning up at the end of a days work, which was huge given the work was frequently happening in or near high traffic areas (parents with kids, like us, will appreciate this). We will certainly use Yares Renovation Services for our next project and highly recommend them.

We had a great experience overall with Yares. Our dishwasher leaked and we ended up having quite a bit of water damage in our kitchen, and we're glad we hired Yares for the rebuild - Cooper was our project lead, and we really enjoyed working with him. Between working with him, Tony, and the whole Yares team - we'd highly recommend Yares!

The team lead by Kelley was excellent. Their attention to detail was impressive and showed craftsman quality work. The knockdown ceiling was the best I’ve ever seen. All in all we thought the work was excellent in every way.

A tree fell on my front yard arbor so it needed to be replaced. Tony reused what existing material as could be salvaged and replicated my late husband's design perfectly. The work was done promptly and site cleanup was perfect. The best part of this job was the complete and timely communication between Tony and myself. I knew exactly what to expect and when it would be done. My questions were responded to very promptly. I have had Yares construction do other small jobs in the past, and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I was given a list of contractors from my insurance adjuster and Tony Yares was the first to respond.  I had water damage and subsequently a mold issue as well.

Tony came out to give me an estimate and his attention to detail was impressive. Whitney kept me informed and answered all of my questions promptly. She's great!

I had put off having this work done because of covid and I thought it would be a much bigger job. I imagined my kitchen and laundry room being ripped apart for weeks.

The job took 1 week due to Tony and his crew's expertise.  I've hired them for a future project in my bathroom.

Yates Renovation's crew roofed my garage promptly and efficiently. I had a cupola on top and Yares was the only bid that said they would handle that no problem. Not only did they remove it, but they repaired it before they reinstalled it on the garage. Thanks for the good service.

We recently worked with Yares after a water damage claim at my mother's home. They were recommended to us by her insurance company after we were not getting communication from the company we initially were using. Tony and Whitney were amazing to work with! Their communication was outstanding throughout the process. The quality of work was also amazing. We are so grateful that we found this company to help get my mother back in her home. Hopefully we won't need them again, but if we do, there is no other company we would consider!!!

We had Yares Renovation Services remove our old deck and build a new deck for us this spring. Tony and his crew Keith, Kelly and Tom (in alphabetical order) were always very professional. They arrived on time, asked questions about what we wanted (and listened to our answers) and always cleaned up before they left each day.

This past year we had a lot of water damage due to ice dams. From the start, we notified Yares and began working with Spencer and Tony along side our adjusters. Spencer and Tony were amazing! They were accessible, flexible, and highly familiar with the insurance process. Further, it was clear that they have immense experience in renovation, they gave terrific advice. As the work began we worked with Myles, Guy, and mostly Kelly. Myles assisted in the logistics and Guy assisted with the renovation work. Kelly was simply awesome! His renovation work was nothing short of spectacular. Further, he worked around our schedule, was friendly, gave us pointers, and was always willing to do extra. Simply put, very thankful for the Yares Team, their work, professionalism, and accessibility. We have worked with them in past and plan to continue working with them in the future.

Used them for rebuild after I had ice dam damage inside my house. Though they were busy, and the initial time was delayed, once they started they moved quickly and with quality work as well. Very pleased with the work that was done. Kelly, my construction person was efficient and respectful to me and my home as well.His attention to detail stood out and I was very pleased. I was always kept informed from Spencer to Miles as well.

Tony and Myles from Yares Renovation Services came through in a horror like situation - the awful water bubble bulging in the wall. They provided expert advice through each step of the fix, was prompt and kind in their responses, and really was looking for the best possible outcome for me. They patched the roof twice upon insurance's requirements, and finally was able to come and replace the roof, which had apparently been patched up to less than code in the past from a previous owner. We now no longer have a leak and will have a much better house. No more worries about the roof over our head thanks to Yares!

We worked with Yares Renovation Services to have our roof replaced after a storm. Our insurance adjuster recommended them and the communication between them and the insurance company was seamless. Yares was able to accommodate our busy schedule and get the work done quickly! Tony kept us in the loop the whole time and was wonderful to work with.

Our parent's water pipe broke during the cold snap this past winter on Superbowl Sunday. Yares was quick to respond and addressed the situation promptly and professionally when there was a very high demand in the area due to many homes being impacted by the subzero temperatures. Spencer, Tony and the entire team were excellent in working with our insurance company, pool table movers, etc. to get the job done. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

I recently purchased an older home needing some remodeling and clean up. Tony Yares and Yares Renovation Services was my first choice and there are no disappointments. Tony and his team are easy to communicate and work with. Anytime I had a question or concern I had an answer same day. The workmanship is superb from start to finish. Yares Renovation Services assisted with a kitchen and bathroom redo, full interior painting, flooring, lighting, tile work, appliances, etc. The place is adorable; all shined up and bright.
