Together with Juan - his capable, quite and disciplined right hand man, Eli has amazingly upgraded my house! This includes remodeling basement kitchen, installing new/additional wash dryer tower in main level (by surgically tearing walls and ceilings, creating new electrical, water and air systems with a beautiful tower top shelf and finish), installing new window blinds to all my windows, painting most parts of the house, beautifying main bedroom’s bathroom, changing doors’ locks, assembling a variety of furnitures, etc. They did all this awesome works with amazing speed, care, and very fair price.

I truly feel happy every time I see all Eli’s (and Juan’s) excellent works in my house.

Y&Y fixed a clogged problem at my work place. They were persistent in find the access point which was covered with drywall by previous tenants. Eli is very professional and handy. I truly recommend their services.

Eli and Y&Y Services have been fantastic to work with. They did a collection of smaller jobs for us (drywall repair, deck and fence painting, replaced rotten wood around our front door, repainted our bath tub etc.), but still paid such careful attention to every single job no matter how small, and did such fantastic work on everything. Eli took the time to explain different things about the jobs and made it clear that he has a lot of expertise and really knows what he’s talking about. Plus he’s a super nice guy! We look forward to using them again for future work and have already recommended them to others.

I would highly recommend Y&Y. Eli and his team built custom built-in shelves and a storage window box. They took our requests, but used their extensive experience to add details to the final product that we wouldn't have even thought of. They caught a prior hidden problem and fixed it quickly for a reasonable rate. They were very responsive, and followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied with the final product. I heard about them through word of mouth from prior happy customers, and I'd recommend them very highly!

Eli (Y and Y) has 95% remodeled my entire 3-story townhome. Work had done in stages, starting with main floor, basement, then upper level. New walls, floors, ceilings, lighting,; paint, tile, drywall, the works, complete demolition and restoration.

Y & Y (Eli) is the best contractor that I have ever worked with. We started to work with Eli 12 years ago when our new puppy started to damage our house. We originally had small jobs around our house and now he has done many major renovations for us. Y&Y (Eli) has renovated our master bathroom, our kitchen, the “kids” bathroom has been doubled in size along with bedroom renovations. Walls have been torn down, and new walls have been installed. He has re-stained hardwood floors and also installed new hardwood floors in areas that did not have hardwood. We decided to make our family room more cozy by lowering our vaulted ceilings and thus creating a new room (the loft) on our second floor. Eli has been there to provide help with ideas from paint colors to materials selections. Most importantly, Y&Y always provides TOP NOTCH work, Eli does not provide work that is just “ok”. His work is always thorough, completed the correct way (even if that takes longer than a short cut), and follows local code. I trust Eli with the key to my house and he takes care of it like it is his own. The men that work with Eli are just as thorough, skilled, and trustworthy. I have referred him to my friends and family and everyone has been happy with his work.
