Maple Ridge, Sunday, after a week of unusual freezing temperatures below -11C during the day, heavy snow fall, ice and freezing rain, we woke up to a leaking roof; the water was dripping through the cathedral ceilling straight into our living room. It was emotionally draining realizing the challenges we were facing in those rough weather conditions. The roof was still covered in snow and ice…

Aaron is a wonderful person, full of energy, confident, fast, and so good at this job. He literally placed his tall lather right in the heavy snow, and in no time he was right on top of the roof. He is magically good! His inspection found the source of the water ingress, he took pictures, and did a temporary fix. The leakage stopped! I can’t describe how relief I felt. The emergency service cost was very reasonable, thank you.
Despite his super busy schedule, Dan made the time to provide complete details on Aaron’s findings and to discuss the upcoming scope of work for the permanent fix. Dan and team came out and repaired a leak in my roof in short order and did a great job. He came to me with the best solution for the fix compared to others, matched my roof tiles exactly and left the place perfect. Very happy with the results.
