I had a plumbing emergency that caused major sewage flooding in the basement. XSI sent Andrew over very quickly and he got to work getting it cleaned up. After the plumbing was repaired, Greg worked diligently to get the basement back to it's original condition. These are the guys I want in my corner when things get messy.

XSI Disaster Services is the epitome of honesty, integrity and quality in workmanship. Greg and Andrew championed the repair or our storm damage as if it were their own house. Due to the nature of the storm damage to our house, our insurance provider covered most of the repairs and we covered the remaining portion. Greg's comprehension of insurance procedures enabled him to set realistic expectations for us as home owners at the onset and I really appreciated that. This resulted in clear communication and fluid collaboration with all parties involved. Greg was honest and transparent throughout the entire process and as a result the project team worked in harmony like fine clockwork. XSI clearly has a good working relationship with all of the businesses they partner with; they trust each other and communicate well without any drama. Our home repairs are now complete and everything looks phenomenal. XSI Disaster services and the businesses they work with are professional and straight forward; they're craftsman in their respective trades. I highly recommend XSI Disaster Services for damage repair.

First time google reviewer but long review reader.

So, this was the second time we had water damage/house flood but the first time we used Greg Day and XSI. And, I really wish we knew them the first time we dealt with water damage and a busted home. Greg and his team stuck with us through the entire two month process of dealing with insurance, directing us to the right set of contractors, construction, and of course consistently checking in with us to make sure the job was getting done.

Also, for those dads and husbands out there, you will appreciate this. Greg, his team and the contractors he recommended are the most professional and humble group of tradesmen/contractors/craftsmen/professionals I have ever had step foot in my home. Never once was I concerned not being home with my family. My wife would often call me just to say how incredible they were. At one point one of the contractors, Mr. “Twavis,” he recommended would watch my son and play “tools” with him while my wife took a work call.

And a special note. I got the full amount from the insurance company! HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF THAT HAPPENING?!?! Greg and XSI dealt with the insurance for me and gave them everything they needed. His second language is insurance and he is VERY fluent.

Some how XSI took a horrible experience for my family and turned into a blessing in disguise.
