We are over the moon with this project and the team that made it happen for us! Aaron and Jen are incredible, from communication to being on time, leading their incredible crew (shout outs to Hugo and Mario), and overall pleasant and above-and-beyond type of attitudes. They made the experience a professional and pleasant one at the same time! We love the covered porch and plan to hire them for more projects in the future. If you are on the fence about who to secure for your next project, don’t be. These guys are the best! Highly recommend.

Affordable Painting and Remodeling did a FANTASTIC job on our whole house remodel. They took our 1976 brick house and brought new life into it. The project was a massive overhaul, but they saw to every detail before the project was completed. Their team and sub contractors are top notch, and have been there for anything I have needed even after the renovation was complete. We are so happy with the work that they did for us, that they are coming back soon to do our deck! We can’t wait! Hands down, they are one of the best!

When we were looking for a reputable, reliable contractor, I counted on friend's suggestions. Several people told me about Aaron's work. His crew, Todd, Hugo and Juan removed our old 20 year old, beat up, worn out decks and replaced them with the most beautifully crafted and solid decks. I could not have imagined a more perfect deck and patio. These guys went above and beyond, were on time every day, communicated about their schedule and completed the job in a timely manner. Complete satisfaction is what comes to mind when I think of reviewing my experience with Affordable Painting and Remodeling. Aaron and his team are exceptional, extremely knowledgeable, dedicated, and very hard working. They get the job completed in a timely manner with quality craftsmanship. Our deck project consisted of a complete tear down and rebuild with a pitch roof and catwalk with steps. His crew was in and out in 11 days and some of those days were rainy. Most crews would call it a day if the rain came. Aaron’s team literally went to their trucks, waited it out, and got back to work right after. That’s dedication.

How is the communication with Aaron you ask? He never misses a beat. As the owner, I know he jumps from site to site, but he truly takes heart to each of his clients and treats them with upmost respect and gratitude. It’s amazing to me how he is so in tune with each of his projects and can juggle each one with such ease.

His team is very respectful and will stop every single time you interrupt them() to ask a question. They will answer it, and then probably give you even more knowledge of what they are doing than you asked for.

If you are thinking about hiring out a project in your home, you would do yourself a disservice to hire anyone but Aaron. From the first phone call, you will know he is your guy. Aaron & his team with Affordable Painting & Remodeling are amazing!! They recently rebuilt our deck, extended our roof (which we were told by other companies couldn't be done), and installed underdeck. Their price beat competitors by a long shot! There were no surprise extra costs at any time, they showed up when they were supposed to, and they finished the job as scheduled! They were polite and respectful of our home & property. Our finished porch/decks absolutely exceeded our expectations! Hugo removed our existing deck and built back a bigger, sturdier deck as a covered screen porch plus a ground level deck below. We are so impressed with their craftsmanship and the quality of their work! Aaron was one of a few contractors we had come to discuss what we needed done and was by far the most straight-forward, knowledgeable, and most fairly priced - we are so thankful that we chose this team and are enjoying our new outdoor living space immensely!

Edit* Oh. Sorry. Not a month. 2-3 weeks with no response until I reached out again to the company. Who knows how long it would have been for them to reach back out to me. Clearly they don’t like being called out for bad business practices. If they forget about their customers like this then I wouldn’t want them doing work for me. The point is they left me hanging.
Definitely don’t recommend. I can’t comment on the quality of work, but I reached out to this company for a quote and they asked for my address. One month later I reached back out and asked if they came by to be able to quote the job. They responded with “that address doesn’t show up in maps.” A whole month had gone by before they ever mentioned this. I then told them that was bad for business especially a business who is begging for work on Facebook. The people blocked me on Facebook for giving them my opinion, instead of apologizing for never following up and leaving me hanging. Bad business practice if you ask me.

They were so reliable and even finished ahead of schedule. The price was great and workmanship phenomenal. And Aaron is so honest as well…we had taken something off of our original quote and I almost paid him too much. He pointed it out when he saw the check I had written. I will never use anyone else for our home projects.

Absolutely the greatest people you will meet in this industry! I am always so scared when hiring new contractors. As we know it is an industry that earned a reputation for cutting corners and overcharging. Everyone has a horror story.
