I am so appreciative of the quick response and required tarping of a hole in my roof due to falling limbs from the recent ice storm on 1/10/2025. Ark's personnel were responsive to my call and arrived within a few hours. Their crew swept-off the roof where limb debris was, temporarily plugged the hole that was causing a leak from the roof down to my bathroom ceiling, and then covered that hole and some area of the roof with a well-installed piece of roof tarp.

Now I can breathe easier because I don't have to worry about water sneaking-in while I wait for the insurance adjuster to visit the house later this week.

Beware of this company, they were paid by State Farm Insurance Company, because they had negotiated pricing from State Farm they tried to extort money from the customer, they stole all the furniture, appliances, personal items even all of my friends' clothes from the basement apartment and have refused to return until the they are paid. This has been going on 2 years and 1000's of dollars in legal fees and that are still mounting up. A second contractor had to be called in to fix everything this company wrecked.

ARK Restoration renovated my bathroom after a wax ring failure several years ago and most recently after a burst pipe, renovated my daylight basement. On both projects, everyone from the receptionist to the project manager to the workers and cleanup crew did excellent work. When there were delays, I was informed up front. When I had to delay the basement project due to another unrelated leakage issue, ARK waited until I was able to get it resolved and then quickly got me back on their schedule to complete the job to perfection. I couldn’t be happier with the results. In both cases, the results were better than what I had to begin with. Call ARK Restoration for your next renovation. You won’t be sorry.

I had to unfortunate pleasure of having the storm come through last Saturday Sunday night blue tree down landed on my house pulled up my chain-link fence, but I had the pleasure of having Ark Restoration come out and deal with me. People have been kind courteous, and very helpful. Everyone that I’ve talked to has been patient with me has given me all the help I’ve could ever ask for the first crew that came to my house. Had questions about what I had used to patch holes in the roof with where could they find it , this is probably one of the nicest companies I’ve had the pleasure of working with and I would recommend them to anybody in the world. They are good people. They are solid people and they are down to earth and they treat human beings like you want to be treated thank you for all your help , praise you and I will be glad to see you on the 17th when you guys comes out to finish doing the inspections and do the final estimate on repairing my roof. My insurance company recommended this company to me. I rated them one star my kitchen has been restored by them. The quality of the kitchen work is not up to par. I have called them out several times to make repairs to my tike and cabinets. They came out to do those repairs. I’m satisfied with that, but I noticed that my piping underneath my sink was leaking. I called them out. They sent somebody out to repair it. They didn’t fully repair the plumbing underneath the sink and my whole sink has fell apart. I do not recommend this company to anyone. And now they’re saying that my warranty is up and they cannot come out to fix my sink

Came to check my home for moisture. Found areas of moisture in my home even though they didn’t throughly check. Sent notice to the insurance company that they didn’t find moisture anywhere. I called and asked them about the area of concern they found moisture in a was told that a manager would get back with me. I have not heard anything back since.

Ark is an amazing company. The response time for emergency water cleanup was quick. The cleanup was thorough. Dry out was completed to the highest standard so there would be no mold. Best of all they were able to handle the repairs. The employees are professional and well trained! This is a company that knows their craft and cares about their clients. Excellent response time. We had an upstairs bathroom leak that travelled down to our garage. I contacted ARK and to my surprise they were at our home in less than 30 minutes with dehumidifiers and blowers. One week later, ARK sent Eduardo and Rodrigo to rip out the water damage areas and not only were they quick and efficient but they left ZERO dust/debris. I highly recommend ARK for residential emergencies.

At the end of July, I discovered our laundry room baseboard was turning brown. I immediately called ARK Restoration & they had someone out to assess the area. Turns out our refrigerator had been leaking, for who knows how long … Within days they had a mitigation team out demoing the mold that resulted in said leak. After a few months and battle with insurance, ARK & their contractors far exceeded our expectations with repairing everything ruined in the process. We practically have a brand new kitchen/house & couldn’t be happier! If you’re ever in need of a restoration team due to water, fire or mold - definitely contact them.

We had water damage from our A/C drain pan overflowing. Ark came out quick, took care of all the water damage. When it was time for the repairs they were fast, clean, and somehow incredibly quiet. I would totally use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Ark Restoration was sent out by our insurance company several hours after a big house fires. We were advised they will board up the house. So we waited for hours, thinking a boarding crew comes and secure the house. Instead of that, they came to see what business they can generate for themselves from our misfortune. The young man checked what can be restored.
Next day they finally boarded up the house, the boarding crew did a very expensive $ 901 for 3-4 board and a tarp but the job was good. But I don't want to do anything with this company ever again .

My Dishwasher had leaked and been leaking for quite some time and went unnoticed by me until the floor started to cave in. When I called Ark Restoration out they diagnosed all of the issues and walked me through what everything meant, what the steps We’re going to look like, time frame, expectations, and took care of me every step of the way. Kevin was Incredible. Thorough and meticulous. Arrived on time and did what he said he was going to do and did it quickly.

The entire floor subfloor and joist had to come out. Half my main floor was destroyed and they made it look like it never happened. Honestly the whole home feels upgraded.

I was taken care of from start to finish and the level of accountability they hold themselves to is unmatched. I heard from the workers, their supervisor Kevin and even his Boss Alex. Everyone was making sure I was happy as each step of the process progressed.

They turned my disaster into the best kitchen I’ve ever owned.

ARK did a great job fixing up an apartment that needed a full gut after a pipe burst. My project manager was very communicative with me through the whole process. Hopefully, I do not need to use them soon, but I sleep a little easier knowing that if anything did happen ARK would be able to cover it.

Sean Roper with Ark Restoration was easy to deal with and took care any issues that arose. Some workers broke a neon sign and Sean made sure a replacement was ordered and delivered to me personally to make sure all was good.

My insurance company sent them out, they showed up with their water meter to tell me i had water in ceiling and walls. Talked a good game on how they would put fans out and take out all the wet sheetrock. Well twenty days later never heard back from them. Would not reccomend to anyone. They want to make sure they get paid first i guess, they did however send some plumbers out here that tried to charge me $650 for a broken pvc pipe before they even knew what they were working on, ran them off.

Had water pipe leak in our crawl space that caused damage to flooring and kitchen flooring and carpet had to be replaced. Very quick to make repairs and replace flooring and carpeting. Very courteous employees from the management side down to the workers handling all the replacements. Special thanks to Sean and especially Justin.

Hurricane Ian left my home a mess. ARK provided emergency damage mitigation control. Was very impressed with quality of work, speed, professionalism, proficiency, cost and they left my home clean, I did not have to clean up behind them. At one point I started crying, just post hurricane stress, and Justin, the owner, was kind and sensitive and said look, I'll make sure you're not charged with any amount over what your insurance will pay; will that help? I said yes! And he kept his word. Awesome company with integrity (rare these days).

Kevin Couch was very nice and he and his team did a great job. They removed all the damaged items from water that burst and cleared out the water.

He brought different floor samples for us to choose from to replace. He did great job picking right paint color that matches the wall. And, he and his team place furniture back in their placed with care.

My name is Victor; It was just my great fortune to contact ARK Restoration within 24 hours of my washing machine going haywire and flooding my townhome. Tyler came in the very next day and over the next 48 hours or so they cut holes in my walls, ceiling, and hardwood floors. They did all the restoration work promptly; I was so genuinely impressed by their professionalism that I asked if they had an entity that would also do the repair work. Justin Smith was the PM and did a truly fantastic job of repairing everything to an extremely high degree of excellence! He painstakingly worked with me keeping me informed at every step of the pack out, repair, pack-in, etc., etc. Everyone was highly competent and professional. In fact, this is absolutely true, I negotiated an "upgrade" process with them knowing that I was shortly going to put my home up for sale. They were very fair in working with me to give me the best deal ($) I could. In fact, my home (18 years old) looked absolutely like a brand new home when they were done and I'm now happy to tell you that I've just sold my home for a very high dollar amount, in no small part to all the help and work that ARK provided! I really couldn't be happier to have found and used them. Needless to say, I'd absolutely and most highly recommend them to anyone in need of this type of repair due to flooding! Extremely Professional, all the way! Also, whenever I'd call they were extremely responsive and always got back to me in a very quick time frame. Their office, support staff was also extremely easy for me to conduct business with. This is really a TOP COMPANY!!!

After using them through our insurance company after our place burnt down I received THE rudest phone call from the billing department regarding an invoice she has sent me 1 second before she called me. This is the first I’d ever seen or heard of this invoice and the awful woman on the phone was immediately threatening to take a lien on our property if we didn’t pay it (our house that just burnt down). Considering the industry they are in they should really learn some people skills.

I am very impressed at how fast these people came in and tore out carpet fiberglss and sheetrock. They called and were on time and very responsive at getting my home to a safe level for my family. I have never herd of them but am rdlived they came as fast as they have because I was worried about the mold and smells from the carpet and water damages that occured duing freezing temperatures we occured On February 16th 2021. I am so relieved and it has been such a big blessing that they came when I needed them most.

The owner and employees of Ark have gone above and beyond. A water pipe burst in our home, the kindness, professionalism, and promptness was a blessing. ARK has to be one of the most impressive companies I’ve had the pleasure to do business with. In August we had a major flood in our home and insurance suggested them as a pack out vendor. Adam was our first point of contact and immediately he felt like a friend. He was genuine, professional, and over all a really great person. The ladies who packed and unpacked our belongings blew us away. The organizational process they have is seriously mind blowing. We couldn’t stop raving to our friends about how impressed we were. Throughout the entire reno they stayed in touch with us. At one point we even needed to get into a storage unit for an important paper, the guys went above and beyond to help us with that and even grabbed our Christmas tree for us so we could decorate for the holiday! Even after several move date changes (no fault of theirs, due to another vendor entirely) the whole crew was extremely accommodating and helped us get back into our house as soon as we got the green light. Ark has been my preferred mitigation and restoration company for my State Farm agency for about 4 years now. Liz and her boys are not only professional but great people to know in general. Anytime we call they are on it, reaching out to my clients as soon as they hear from us. My client always have nothing but the best things to say about their experience with Ark! We have worked with Ark Restoration after we had water damage at our basement. As they did excellent job on the mitigation and damage cleaning work, we wanted to continue working with them on the construction repair as well. However, our experience was completely different. First we have not received the estimate for almost 10 days. Then we were assigned a project manager who we saw once or twice. We noticed that every day there were different people working on things. As we noticed that they were not having any uniforms we realized that they were subcontractors or even subcontractors of the subcontractors. We did not receive any updates on the progress or when the work would be finished. With my frustration of the progress and how dirty the subcontractors are working, I got in touch with the manager of the repairs department. He was also not kind in our conversation and said why I do worry as the contract we have gives them 30 days for the repairs, no rush would be needed. Project manager was not actively communicating and did not really give me any impression that he cares at all. After the work was done I did not even get a call if we were happy with the experience, or walk through if the work was done for our satisfaction, but rather received multiple reminders to make the last installment payment. After all the trouble, at least they finished the work, arranged cleaning for all areas, and put the furnitures back to their places. As conclusion, I highly recommend to find another company to work for your repairs. Ark Restoration is definitely good for mitigation and damage clean up but stay away from them for repairs and construction work.

We have worked with Ark Restoration after we had water damage at our basement. We have been assigned with a project manager. He did excellent job coordinating the efforts, informing us in every action and kept us in the loop with each day activities. The other associates who worked with Daniel were very professional and clearly did know what they were doing. They worked the whole basement area cleaning up all the damaged dry walls, removing damaged furnitures. They did work with extreme diligence and left the basement very clean after removing all dry walls and damaged furniture. We were extremely happy with their professionalism, every day they came back with their uniforms and were very courteous. We extremely recommend the mitigation team of Ark Restoration.

Let me start by saying.... The service was performed during COVID times so I do realize it is busy times with people getting renovations done, but with that being said once the actual service started it was ok, not the best but ok. The flooring was good the only bad is glue is left showing from one of the seems. The painting was explained that I would only get 1 coat, and it doesn't matter that the paint they used was to cover a darker paint and needed more than one. We got an ivory color to cover a mint green that green is still showing in spots not really that visible unless you are really looking, but it is still there. All in all the service was okay, would I use them again probably not as I was considering doing other work around the house which they said they could do but the prices are not competitive and I got a better deal as I will be paying for this not the insurance company. With that said we had to pay additional fees because the insurance didn't pay for everything, the flooring cost in the one area was more than what we paid for the entire downstairs...but it looks nice.

The Ark team is very thorough and professional. We called them out, and they were very efficient and helpful. Daniel has great customer service and is very compassionate about anyone he meets with. I will definitely be calling them again if I need any other emergency assistance. I have recommended Daniel and his team to all my friends in need. When Tropical Storm Zeta came through and dropped a tree on my house, ARK was very quick to come remove the tree from the roof and tarp the holes left in our roof. The response was very quick despite the amount of people in our area suffering from the same problem. I am very impressed with their response time and professionalism.

I had a water loss in September and was not sure who to call, but was referred to Ark by a coworker. I called Ark & their response time and customer service was remarkable. I spoke with Ashley Craig and Adam Bailey, and they were as professional and awesome as they come.. super great people who truly want the best for your situation. They walked me through the process and gave me an idea of what to expect, and they exceeded my expectations by far. They completed my job from start to finish and were nothing shy of amazing through the whole process. It was very easy on my end due to their willingness to help and communicate with myself and my insurance company. Excellent company help me out with my Water Damage in my vacation home !! Would recommend to anybody I know without hesitation...

I decided to go with this company as a referral from my insurance company State Farm. I specifically stated up front that I’m a travel nurse & not in the state so PLEASE communicate with me at all time. In the beginning to “get my business” they stayed in contact with me... after I signed for them to do the work — I had to call them to see what was going on, they billed for services they did not provide & after I stated that they adjusted the bill. The manager Adam was RUDE & told me he WOULD NOT call me step by step (never asked for step by step just what’s going on the process etc) i requested to speak with the CEO I was told by him no he will not speak with me. I cancelled their contract & went with another contractor. This was my first time dealing with a water leak, this is my first home— I explained all of this so you would think some compassion would’ve been given! Nope! None given..... they also billed for 3 humidifiers claiming I had water leak in different areas, well the humidifiers WAS TURNT ON for 1 day less than 24 hours & they claim it was needed for 3 days!! I would not recommend this company! I would not recommend this company if you’re a single woman who knows nothing about this type of work/business.

April 2020 I had a builder issue with my toilet drain line which caused water to go down into my living room on the lower level of my home and 3 weeks later the same issue again in another bathroom Ark was very professional and did an amazing job both times I highly recommend this company THANKS ARK!

We had a water leak that turned into a total re model of the kitchen. Daniel Fernandez was the project manager during the demolition part and he was a awesome person to work with. Kevin Couch was the project manager during the re build phase. Kevin was also great to work with! Kevin was very dedicated and committed to making our kitchen beautiful again! Everyone that I encountered with ARK were very nice, helpful, and courteous. I’m happy the project is complete but I miss watching the progress and working with such a great team of people.

We had a large tree fall that unfortunately hit our house and damaged windows, siding, roofing, and some structural damage. Our Insurance company recommended 2 companies to call for repair quotes. Ark Restoration was by far the most professional, detailed and more punctual of the two companies contacted. Also, because of their attention to details, they were the least cost for the scope of the repairs needed. That made it a very easy decision to go with Ark Restoration. I was very impressed with their professionalism, attention to details and the quality of work performed. The scope of the repairs included some roof decking, roof joists, drywall, paint, siding, soffit-facia, and windows. A very good experience and outcome.
