I reached out to John with Xpert on Wednesday Evening requesting someone take a look after the storms that evening blew off shingles. I received an immediate response & John was here fist thing the next morning. Not only did he put tarps down where needed to keep things safe until he can get the shingles we need to repair everything but he also helped walk me through what will be in our best interest financially. Having heard nothing but praise from friends that used Xpert & this experience with John leads to a desire to use Xpert going forward for all of our needs. Thank you, John!

I recently hired Xpert Group Contracting and Roofing , and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, their team was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. John provided a clear estimate with no hidden costs, and their workmanship was top-notch. My new roof looks fantastic and has greatly improved my home's curb appeal. Highly recommend their services to anyone in need of roofing work! Five stars all the way!

I highly recommend John Warner with Xpert Group. We encountered a lot of issues with our insurance, State Farm. They tried to say our damage was wear and tear after a large hailstorm and they also tried to say it was manufactured damage which was very insulting. After months of back and forth, pulled weather reports, and witnessing all of my neighbors having their insurances pay for their roofs, John stuck it out with me and met with 3 different roof inspectors with State Farm and was able to prove this was indeed from the large storm that came through. Any other contractor would have moved on but Mr. Warner helped every chance he could even knowing that he may not get the job if our insurance continued to try to find a way to not cover it. I don’t typically leave reviews but this company earned it. Everything was smooth sailing after it was finally approved and John was very thorough with explaining all the details on what to expect. This was my first time getting my roof replaced and if I ever need to again and John is still with the company then I will be a life long customer.

The guys at Xpert Group Contracting are professional and easy to work with. They made things super easy for me by walking me thru the insurance claim process and helping me pick out shingle colors. They completed my roof installation in one day and their team left the property cleaner than they found it. I highly recommend Jeff and team!

Absolutely wonderful job. The roofing company even helped me pick out the perfect roof that would look great with my house. The roof was installed the day it was scheduled and was done very professionally. Only took about a half day to complete the entire job. Absolutely great crew and there was nothing left to clean up once the job was finished. I was extremely impressed. Referred them to my sister who also speaks very highly of the company. Would definitely use them again and will be referring them to others as well. Overall: outstanding rating.

Xpert Group Contracting did an exceptional job replacing our roof after hail damage. It was a seamless experience from the complementary inspection to the finished product which we love! The roofers were very professional and did a fabulous job of clean up after it was finished!!!
