Xavier performed a very thorough and detailed inspection for us. He emphasizes communication and transparency. We really liked how he took videos during his inspection and was able to clearly explain issues. We think Xavier caught problems that most other inspectors would miss. We will be using Xact Home Inspections in the future, and we highly recommend you use them as well.

I recommend Xavier and his team highly if you want an inspection that focuses on the important issues in a home purchase or a maintenance check. All inspectors can tell you if you have a faulty plug or a water leak but Xavier gets into the issues that require knowledge of what is and can go wrong and how significant it can be to a homeowner.

Home inspections are really nerve-racking, but he made the whole process really easy and calmed our concerns by being extremely thorough and detailed. After sending us the report (which was done very quickly) he took the time to review things over the phone with us since we weren't able to attend the inspection. Xact came out to do a pre-sale inspection for us at the recommendation of our realtor.

He was very detailed, checked the interior, all of the crawl space and actually got up on the roof.

Our last inspector, when we purchased the home, did not actually get on the roof.

Xavier with Xact found a minor problem on our roof, flashing, which we were able to correct. And an issue in the crawl space insulation, easily fixed.

Getting this done prior to sale and having it ready made our listing much smoother!
