I received approximately 5 different bid and referrals from other people that I know. I started with Western roofing for the bid. They have done work for me in the past and have been very good to work with. After comparing all the quotes they were all similar and very close in price. Western roofing was very competitive in their bidding process. I decided to go with them being that I was a customer in the past and was pleased. Kendrick contacted me immediately and started the job the next day and completely done. The roof looks great it was a complete tear down and reinstall. I am very pleased and surprise on how quick the response was. I was definitely not expecting that. great work and thanks.

We had to have some pipes repaired which required the final work to be on the roof. When the first roofing gentleman came at the requested time, the hvac company was not done with their part so he had to get to his next job. By the time everything was done, it was much later in the day. Robert Drinkard called me in the evening to make sure someone had gotten back out there and when I said they hadn’t, he came over himself. It was far past work hours yet he drove from his home to come finish the job for us that same day. Outstanding customer service and he is excellent at what he does! Thank you for going above and beyond!

Needed a new roof on a rental before the end of October. On a Monday I hired them. They came the same Wednesday at 6am, tore off the existing roof, replaced and we’re done by 7pm that night! Very impressed with responsiveness and quality.

We had our roof installed by Western Roofing about 17 years ago. Today, the shingles are falling apart and need to be replaced. Nothing covered under warranty! $14K cost to replace, which means I was paying $800 per month each of those 17 years to be able to cover this expense. No one told me that!

The Western roofing team was great. Had someone to help with each part of the process. I had to use my insurance to replace our roof. Brock and Chris helped us with each step or hoop the insurance company had for us.
The roofers worked extremely hard and were very diligent about the cleanup.
I would use them again and would recommend them to all.

We had a person install our roof a couple years ago. It was not done correctly. We thought we had a few leaks coming from our porch and wanted to get estimate on fixing them. Chris came out and looked at the roof and took pictures. We instantly got mad at what we saw. We ended up replacing the entire roof. The crew came out very quickly and did the job done right.

5 years ago we repaired a portion of our roof with Western Roofing, they did a great job but we knew we would need the full roof redone eventually. Recently after a storm we had damage to our roof which caused a leak. Our roof was 25+ years old, and shingles had come loose. We had 3 bids but decided on Western after working with Chris. He was knowledgeable, and I felt confident in him and his team. We were gone when they were going to redo the roof, and Chris came out and removed our Christmas lights himself so they could get the roofing done. He went above and beyond. I recommend Western Roofing to everyone!

Chris is knowledgeable and responsible about roofing repair. When we need his service, he shows up on time and help us out.

Western Roofing did a quality roofing installation in a timely manner and was plesant to work with. More importantly when an issue arose after installation, they were extremely quick to resolve it even though much of their staff was out of town on another job.

Rapid response to our issue and reasonable quote. Workers had minimal command of the English language but did good work.

Called Western Roofing about a leak and Chris came out that day and assessed the situation and scheduled his guys to come fix it. This was from a previous repair and they stood by their guarantee and resolved the issue. The repair guys that came, responded quickly and were knowledgeable, in that they verified what the issue really was and worked quickly to complete the job. Chris followed up with me and made sure the issue was fixed. I felt good knowing that if I have any future roofing needs I know I can call Western Roofing again in the future and they will take care of me.

Chris Stevenson with the residential sales department came out to estimate our water damage siding. We were very stressed about it as we found out insurance didn’t cover it. He quickly evaluated it and let us know it was not as bad as we thought and there was nothing wrong with our roof. He gave us the card of someone who does these types of smaller jobs. His honesty and knowledge were awesome and he set our minds at ease. It’s good to see businesses with integrity are still around. I would use western for any roof needs we have in the future.

We would have a tacky, patched up roof - or would be out thousands of dollars, had it not been for Steve S. at Western Roofing. We had all but given up on repairing or replacing our damaged roof after the 65 mph windstorm in March 2021. Steve returned our call, stopped by that day to assess the damage, and convinced our insurance company that the entire roof needed replacing. The roofers were very professional and extremely hard working, and our home was made beautiful again with the highest quality materials and expert craftsmanship. We personally rely on reviews when making all of our purchasing decisions - and highly recommend Western Roofing for all of your roofing needs!

My neighbors recommended Western Roofing when I had a serious leak come through my kitchen ceiling. Both had used Western to do their own roofs and they had done an excellent job. Because the previous homeowner had gotten a new roof done by "a couple of guys" (who probably weren't licensed/bonded), I've had kitchen ceiling leaks off and on for the past 10 years. Even though handymen have looked at the roof in the past, they were unable to see anything wrong. After one day of rain in June, there was a huge water puddle on my kitchen floor. Based on my neighbor recommendations, I called Western Roofing. Steve came out and did an estimate the next day. I asked him to replace only the roof over my kitchen, and even though it was expensive, due to the high cost of materials (as everyone in the valley knows by now), it was completely worth it. The guys stripped off the roof one day and came back a few days later to finish the job. They replaced all the vents and cleaned up afterward. Within 2 days we had another short, quick rainstorm and the roof held up perfectly. Recently we had another series of thunderstorms and no leaks! It's a relief it was fixed and I highly recommend these guys! As my dad always said, You get what you pay for! Thanks, Steve!

I found out all of the boots around my plumbing vents were completely deteriorated on a Thursday as I was cleaning my gutters. The company who had installed them less than 3 years ago was out of business so I called western roofing at 4:30pm on a Thursday to see if they could come out the next day (Friday) to fix them before a big rain storm was supposed to roll in this Saturday. The service dispatcher was very knowledgeable and professional. They came on Friday and did it very quickly. Steve Stanard was recommended to me by my neighbor. My home is an estate quality house in an established neighborhood. This would be a replacement roof. The first since the home was built in the late 80's. I wanted a roof which reflected the quality and architectural character of the structure. Steve was superb in guiding me to the right products. He listened and understood what I wanted and did not attempt to under or over sell me.

The work itself was done by a competent experienced crew who took care and time to complete the project. There were only a few minor glitches. (As there would be in any project of this size.). Steve jumped on these and corrected them right away.

When we inquired about their services, they were quick to return calls, answer questions, and provide us with information and costs. Professional, attentive service from start to finish on my home roof replacement. On their schedule quickly, crew was at work by 7am both days, did thorough cleanup both days and were verbally appreciative of choosing their company. I have heard good things about this company, but was very disappointed.

My company was looking for a roofing company to give us an estimate. I was told someone would call back with a time to schedule. So after waiting three days, I had to call them back as I had not heard anything. They said they could come out "next Wednesday" which was eight days after I had initially called. If I hadn't called them who knows when I would have heard when they could come out.

I assumed with such a well known company, they would have a system down.

So, with having such delays and miscommunication during the estimate process, I believe the installation will be just as bad and I would rather not take my chances.

I've never been more disheartened, dissapointed, and disgusted in my life than when dealing with Western Roofing. They are big talk and smooth promises and in the end they don't care the tiniest about you or about getting the job done right. 8 families (condo owners) had water damage afflict them during the roof replacement. Several of those required extensive or complete interior renovations. The replacement rendered the existing drain system useless and caused water to pour off the buildings every which way resulting in sheets of ice everywhere, gates frozen shut, mailboxes sopping wet, garages flooding, and way way more water damage/issues than ever existed before the roof replacement. They have now indicated they are unwilling to resolve these problems. We have many elderly or retired couples living here and their standard of living has gone down drmatically. IT WAS NOT WORTH IT. Brian Clark and Ken Kerley were the main people in charge of the job.

Very professional and respectful of our property. It was great they could schedule our shingle roof and single ply on our shop close together.
