Dave Raymond took a look at our roof today after we noticed a water stain on our ceiling. He was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnose the problem for us.

I cannot praise TaylorMade Roofing enough. My house suffered wind damage creating major problems both with my roof and interior. Mike and Marc were exceptional to deal with. Both were very knowledgeable and kept in constant communication guiding me throughout the repair process including the insurance claim.

The actual roof replacement took a day to complete (which as a property manager with much experience dealing with contractors is very RARE)

During the recent hurricanes that came through I had a roof leak that needed to be handled asap. From reaching out for a quote to the work being done, everything was handled in a timely and professional manner. Michael V. was a pleasure to work with and had great customer service. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be fixed. Their quote was also very cost effective and highly competitive compared to other roofing companies. I would highly recommend their services!

I was completely pleased with every step of the re roofing process. Their estimate was the best that I received out of four companies. I was very much at ease with Kyle, who was pleasantly patient as I “over-thought” a color change, providing multiple shingle choices and personal pictures of roof colors. All was done in a timely fashion and the men up on the roof were respectful, as were all others involved. They cleaned up expertly and I couldn’t be more pleased. WOW - really awesome! David from TaylorMade Roofing Inc was just wonderful! After heavy rains, I saw some leakage near the chimney and they scheduled me in almost immediately ( I know they must have been busy!) - but it wasn't even the roof that was leaking, but the chimney cap. David was amazing!!! He went up and took pictures of the cap for me, sent them to me, and placed a tarp over the chimney so more rain wouldn't damage anything. He was awesome and I am very impressed with how he cared. Very much appreciated! Thanks and God bless!

These guys are the real deal! I am doing major renovations and they were the first to start and by far the first to finish. They went above and beyond finding bad wood and replacing it. My experience with Marc Lajacono, Sales Assoc. at Taylor-Made Roofing began with a referral from my son in-law who is a satisfied customer. Marc and I established our hopeful customer relationship 2.5yrs before installation March 2024 (due to a home owners insurance litigation). During that time Marc and I checked in frequently on its progress. Finally everything came together. Marc came to my home, explained every step, timeline, shingle color choice, permits, materials, dumpster delivery, warrantee and assured me that the crew would do an excellent job. Everything stated was exact.

If I could do zero stars I would…..moved to Island in 2018 and realtor recommended Taylor made roofing. They replaced my roof including the flat roof on the back of my house. The roof had zero leaks it was just older and an eyesore so since I was renovating the house I got a new roof as well. Ever since my flat roof has been leaking! They have returned several times to just throw more goo on it and none of their quick fixes are working!!!! My ceiling is ruined on my porch and now just noticed it’s leaking in another spot that has just stained my sofa!! This roof needs to be taken off and done the right way as it should have been in 2018!!! They were told about the ceiling falling down and have photos but have never made any effort to repair it….but since the roof is STILL leaking That really wouldn’t make sense anyway! I guess I am going to have to find another roofing company to come out to fix what they did wrong!!! This is just bad business practice so please beware!!!

I had my roof Replaced
by TaylorMade Roofing In March of 2023.There were a few minor problems afterwards but they were taken care of quickly. We had a leaky boot 10 months later, we spoke with Ethan, and the response was quick and efficient. Thank you Ethan for all you did to make this less worrisome. You're great!

Taylor Made Roofing turned my night mare into a peaceful time. I was quickly informed we had to replace our entire roof, or else our insurance company would drop us completely. In FL you HAVE to have coverage. I reached out to the sales manager, Kyle. Kyle was prompt with replies, informative about what to expect, he damn near held my hand letting me know what to expect as I had never been in this position before. The company has a receptionist, Trisa, and Trisa was AMAZING as well. She emailed me documents, called to ensure I received emails, and was extremely polite/thorough with her messages. I really appreciated their love-to-serve attitude. If this wasn't enough, I later learned that TaylorMadeRoofing was actually WAY more affordable than others. (I went with them regardless, because they were the fastest to reply to me) but to learn later I actually SAVED money was amazing. I will recommend TaylorMade to EVERYONE I know that owns a home. They are professional, timely, efficient and respectful of your time and money. I LOVED EVERY MOMENT WORKIN WITH THEM!!!

Dave the sales manager personally came out and inspected our roof. While there he found significant wind damage from recent storms and helped us initiate an insurance claim which was covered under our policy. The crew was fantastic along with the project manager in getting the roof done quickly. Would highly recommend

Put a roof on my house in 2018 and did a phenomenal job. They were on my property for three days and kept everything very clean and tightened up. I would recommend this company to anyone and James the owner was a lot of help with picking out the right shingles and just very professional.

Still finding nails in the front yard. Today while cutting the grass I found a whole nail strip for a nail gun. The gift that keeps giving I guess. Also, I just noticed that the owner gave himself a five star review...

A company that seemingly cares only about the money they receive, and not the lives they affect. There's was no prior notice as to when the roofers may show up. Our property managers received a call after the roofers had arrived to deliver the shingles. With zero notice it's been go go go since they arrived. We've been either locked in or put out of our home most of the last two days as there is no SAFE entry or exit to the property. This has been an unprofessional mess since the start.

Edited 4/2024: Our 20 yr old roof needed replacing due to its age with the insurance company. Marc was very nice explaining everything & we felt comfortable hiring them. Some of their workers were not very careful and we had a couple issues where wood pieces fell through the ceiling and they had to patch 2 big holes. I will say that at least when I brought the holes to their attention they came out immediately and were very apologetic and did not leave until I was happy with the results. I understand accidents happen, so thumbs up to the Taylor family for their dedication to their company's reputation.

Beware! This company repaired my roof as a result of a buyers inspection report. Less than 90 days later we found an area with raw lumber exposed. They agreed it was poor workmanship yet refused to honor their warranty as the work was actually done for the seller but at our request. It became apparent they were not experienced with our type off roof and had hired a sub contractor to complete the work on their behalf. Additionally when I called them for assistance with a leak in a different area they aggressively tried to convince me my entire roof was failing. After speaking with other companies which were experienced with my type of roof I was told only a few repairs were needed And most of the work was to correct their work completed by Taylor made.I reached out to the owner and requested a phone call and he has not responded. I believe this roofing company has unethical practices and I would avoid it at all costs. This cannot be an isolated situation.

We had our 25 year roof replaced and have a steep pitch and difficult levels of roof. Marc was very professional and Carolito and his crew did an awesome job! I got 3 quotes and Taylor Made was the most reasonable!

We had to replace our asphalt shingles and we decided to go with a metal roof. We got a quote my husband met with Chris to get it finalized. I was told the boss was double checking everything and it was ok so I signed the contract with he quote. Then I am told the price is wrong that it would be more for a color. Then they sent me the wrong paperwork over and over even after having the correct papers sent to me at the notary office . I continued to tell them that the correct paperwork was sent to them. The job was not completed on time because they were short product. The site was no cleaned very well either. They removed the dumpster before the job was finished. I ask several time to make sure all the screws and things were picked up. My granddaughter was outside and it was a good thing she had he work boots on because one of the screws that they swore was picked up went in her shoe. They got the magnet and picked up the others. This was the most hair pulling experience I have had. No one seemed to know what the other one was doing.

I had 5 different roofing companies come out and give quotes on a new metal roof, 4 of the companies were just going to put on new metal roof over the existing roof, this was a red flag for me, however Taylor made roofing stated that they would only do the new roof after the existing roof was removed and inspected ,make any required repairs and bring the roof up to current hurricane codes. Now you would think the cost was going to be huge, but Taylor Made Roofing quote was only a few hundred dollars higher than two companies, and thousands less than the other two companies. I can't say enough about the crew that was here putting on my new standing seem roof, they cleaned up at the end of each day. If I or my wife walked out the door or going into the house they would completely stop working to insure our safety from anything falling off the roof. I could go on and on about Taylor Made Roofing. If anyone reading this would like to contact me feel free to call or come out and see the great roof on my house.

Easy peasy. Less than the insurance adjuster's quote. Salesman (Kyle) included rotten wood other contractors didn't. Installation crew tried to get it done around bad weather-worked a weekend. Cleaned up the mess. No problems since installation. Passed all inspections on the first time! Pretty satisfied-I've recommend them several times.

This company is awesome...They recently installed our new Standing Seam Metal roof. I was impressed the minute their crew arrived. They showed up early took one break midday and worked until it was dark. Everyone in the work crew was extremely professional and very friendly. They did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them. We had a few quotes that were cheaper. But we got the best bang for our buck with this company...top notch all the way.

Great company to work with. Mike, the supervisor, stayed with the job until I was completely satisfied. The company uses top ight materials - synthetic underlayment, with rubberized asphalt for leak-prone areas, and GAF Timberline architectural shingles. His 6-man crew finished the job in 3 days. The roof looks great and has water runoff much more evenly now. Their price was $2,500 cheaper than the competition. Highly recommended.

Roof was rotted out at a seam. Taylor came out and gave a good estimate and repaired it within a week. Excellent company to do business with. I highly recommend them.

Hurricane Irma damaged my roof and I called three different roofing companies and Taylor Made was the only one to respond to my request. Mike Ewing came out , took a look and gave me a reasonable est. for my roof and my shed's roof. The team showed up promptly this past Monday, Dec 4th and had the job completed the next day. The yard was cleaned up and my roof looks beautiful. I would recommend this company highly.

This experience was all that one hopes for. Mr. Taylor himself answered my call and assured me that he would do exactly what he said he would do, unlike the previous company I had contacted. He came out, gave a quote (under the first roofer's bid, I might add) and we accepted. The work was completed two days later exactly as promised. I would highly recommend this company.
