WrightWay came right into my house after the upstairs condo flooded and worked their magic, this team is very reliable and went above and beyond. Calls were made everyday from the company and the professional staff are very knowledgeable! Thanks again guys for all your help!

I hired Wright Way to help me with the renovation process after my house flooded. I was very happy with overall process with Amberly and Eddie on the project. I was exceptionally happy with how they dealt with my home insurance too and negotiated in making sure my house was fully restored. I'm sure my insurance made things challenging.

I wish I hired Wright Way for the water mitigation as well because they do both ends of the migration/demo and reno. I bet my whole restoration process would have been a lot smoother had I went with Wright Way from the start because they would have made been most practical in when & where to demo vs try to dry and save.

We were away on a trip when a leak was discovered in our garage and our plumber, Chris Kukulka was able to trace it to the upstairs bath and laundry room. I called Wright Way and they immediately headed to the property to begin to remediate the problem. My main interaction was with Zak Hull until we returned home. I was then able to meet their team who included Erik and Bowman. I found each of these individuals to be courteous, conscientious, responsible, with a solid work ethic and demonstrated dedication to their jobs. Each time the demolished an area they took painstaking efforts to ensure it was clean. I would have no problem at all to hire these three individuals for any kind of project being dealt with in our house. As you can see by the pictures the removal of drywall, etc. is clean and tidy. Bravo to Zach, Erik, and Bowman.

I hired Wright Way to fix my family house after it got badly damaged by water. Amberly and Miranda have been amazing with their communication. They always reply quickly and make sure my needs are met. Since I use Traveler's Insurance, which they work with often, they even help negotiate things for me. Chris was great in doing refurbish for water damage, with tiling, plumbing, drywall, mudding and painting work all done quickly, cleanly and professionally.

We had a water heater leak that caused quite a mess. Our plumber recommended Wright Way and they were out at the house assessing the situation before he could even finish the installation!

Everyone I interacted with (Ty, Zach, and Bowman) in the moisture mitigation and damaged material removal process was incredibly considerate, super professional, and prompt. We had an issue with our dryer exhaust arise after the demo, and Zach immediately had someone out to the house to remedy the issue at no additional charge.

Best of all, Wright Way interfaces with my insurance company on my behalf to ensure the compensation for repairs is adequately covering the work that needs to be done. The part of Wright Way that handles the renovation has been just as professional and easy to work with. Eddie and Amberly are making sure everything about the job will meet my wife and my needs.

I really can’t recommend them enough. We have had such a great experience amidst a very pesky problem that could have been far more of a hassle.

I’ll post another review or update this one after the rebuild is complete but I have no doubt it will all be just as fantastic.

Fantastic work by the Wright Way Crew! Chris and Byran were fantastic and went above and beyond. I can't even tell where the water damage was before! Would 100% use them again!

We called Wrightway restoration when our bathroom flooded, and they were quick to respond and come out and assess damages! They allowed us some time to process what we wanted to do. Zach even left one of their dehumidifiers to start the process free of charge at our home until we came to the conclusion of what we were going to do next! Zach was very easy to communicate with and they were also so helpful in our financial situation and worked with us to make sure we were able to get the damages cleaned up and avoid any mold growth!! Zach and Nelson did an amazing job at coming in and removing everything to start the drying process! Bowman was also a pleasure to work with! After experiencing water damage from a previously undetected water leak, Wright Way Cleaning & Restoration came to my rescue! They did an excellent job removing all the damaged materials and basically rebuilding the interior of my house. They were always respectful, listened to my concerns, and responded promptly. I’m so incredibly happy that I worked with Wright Way after discovering a massive roof leak. From the initial tear-out, cleaning, and support from Bowman, to the restoration by Jerry and Brian, the quality of work and knowledge that these folks brought was top notch. They have incredible attention to detail and put everything back together like the damage never happened.

Wright Way restored our kitchen and flooring in our entire house after water damage from a leaking refrigerator. They got the work done faster than expected and did an excellent job. Our home is much improved from even before the leak. They pay attention to detail and I feel like nothing was skipped over and no shortcuts were taken.

I had the most communication with Chris throughout the process and he was very friendly, communicative, and did great work.

Wright Way is under new management and we have been very happy with the change. Beau and his team were quick to respond with a problem we were having after the old management and crew had installed flooring that would not stay in place. They sent a flooring specialist who figured out what the problem was how to remedy it. Chris, who ended up reinstalling the floors did a fantastic job and explained everything along the way and didn't cut any corners. He was very detail oriented. The wright way team was very quick in their response, and helped me fix my house after a leak. There was a lot of damage but the team and the project managers did a wonderful job wrapping it around in a few short weeks.

Wright Way took care of all the details to get a new garage door installed after it my old one was damaged. Great communication and follow through during the entire process.

Eddie and Mike and Amberle and the whole crew was great to work with. They did an outstanding job remodeling my mother's bathroom. Eddie especially went above and beyond paying close attention to detail. He is definitely a team leader with excellent communication skills, both to the client and his coworkers. Putting up the Christmas tree, I noticed what appeared to be water damage on my ceiling. I call Wright Way as they were the first company to come up on my Google search and they offered a free consultation and estimate. I could not be happier with my experience.

I called on a Saturday and someone actually answered (24/7 humans). The officer manager took down my information and said someone would reach out to schedule a visit. About two hours later, I got a call and an appointment was scheduled for the next day, Sunday (would have been same day, but I was busy on Saturday). Within 15 minutes of the call, the person confirmed via text message and asked a couple of follow-up logistical questions.

The Sunday appointment window (between 4-5pm) was getting close; I got a reminder text 30ish minutes prior to the appointment with a more precise ETA (a specific time 4:15pm). They arrived early, unloaded, and were at my door at 4:10pm).

Gear in hand and protective wear on shoes/boots, they quickly inspected the area of my ceiling and the bathroom floor in the room above. Thankfully, there was no active leak or water detected. They where honest and upfront with these results not trying to do work that didn't need to be done. I asked about documenting the visit for insurance purposes (incase the problem worsened) and getting a quote to fix the damaged areas. I was very pleased with how open and straight forward they were even though there would not be "work" from this specific call right away.

I was promised a quote for the repair to be sent to me shortly and given an approximation of the duration of the repair effort, when I should expect the formal quote, and the best/worst times to schedule if I wanted to do so in the future.

Long story short: quick response, professional people, thorough and patient explanations (even though no work would come from the visit right away), and one happy future customer.

PJ is on time on site, use two types of water damage measurement tools to detect water, and give me very honest evaluation. He provided valuable tips. His professional work and expertise on water damage mitigation save me a lot of time and money! Appreciate for his help and highly recommend him!

I found out that a leaking rain gutter had caused water damage and an infestation of carpenter ants that destroyed a wall and part of the sill plate of our house's foundation. I called Wright Way and Daniel the owner came out to consult with me about an approach to restoration and repair. His crew tore out the damaged area and I got several bids on the restoration work. I ended up hiring Wright Way to do the reconstruction because of his excellent customer service and attention to detail. His repair crew was very professional and the project was completed at a competitive price with no cost overruns, restoring my house to 'as good as new' condition. Highly recommended!

Updated review 2/11: I called Daniel to update him on another issue noted in our garage and he was super sassy with me. It was 100% a change in demeanor from our previous conversations. At the end of our last phone call he asked me to leave a review on Google and even gave me pointers on what to say. That's sometimes a red flag for me but I understand it's how businesses get customers so I said I would do it. Unfortunately after today's conversation I can no longer recommend this business and I won't be hiring them for our project.

Original from 2/10: We're in the middle of setting up a job with Daniel and his team and they have been great. He came out quick to assess our home and gave us a lot of helpful information. They have been flexible in the scheduling process and had availability to get the job done very fast.

We discovered a leaking toilet, resulting in damage from moisture in two bathrooms. Wright Way worked with us to demo, dry out and remodel both bathrooms quickly and at a reasonable price. Communication was the key. I do not wish this type of problem on anyone, but if it does happen, I highly recommend that you call Wright Way. In my opinion, based on my limited experience, some other companies see insurance dollars and tend to expand the scope of such projects. Wright Way is to the point and just the facts. I'm a real estate broker and had clients selling a home when we discovered water damage. Wright Way stepped up to the plate and got the job done at a fair price and worked day and night to ensure that the home would close in time for the new owners. Wright Way did a wonderful job helping us through back-to-back water damage incidents. All of their employees were kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. They even went above and beyond to try and help us with an insurance adjuster who wouldn't budge. Wright Way adapted quickly when it became apparent that our insurance wouldn't give us a dime (shame on you, State Farm) and came up with a new plan that would fit our budget.

I had a very good experience interacting with Dylan who helped with the restoration project of my bathroom after the leakage issue was fixed.
Dylan was very responsive to my calls, and closely followed up with the project. When I missed his emails and not responding, he would follow up with calls/text messages within a short period of time to make sure I got them.
When the plumber found out a faucet issue in the sink after restoration (the house is old and the faucet's not restorable), he wouldn't mind giving it a try to negotiate with my insurance company to see if it could get covered and it got covered.
He is trustworthy giving me helpful advise (helping me with questions about faucet and researched for me a brand with low VOC adhesive for my vinyl sheet) throughout the project. My interactions with other staff from Wright Way have been very pleasant as well, like Tommy and his teammate and Tina. They are always very polite.
Wright Way was the first company who responded to my quote and the owner Daniel immediately scheduled a time to come to my house to check the extent of water damage and explained the entire process in great details before other companies did.
Upfront, the owner set the expectation how long the project would typically take with the demolition and restoration so I wouldn't be surprised.
Overall, great experience with the crew from Wright Way, especially with Dylan since he's the one whom I spent most of the time interacting with.

I am writing to highly recommend to you Daniel Wright. He is a cut above, not one of those contractors out to gouge you. He was kind enough to test two of my houses and when he did not find any dry rot, gave generously of his time and gave me great advice on other problems going on with the property free of charge. There were a lot of moving parts to my job. Water mitigation, asbestos removal, drywall, cabinet restoration, and painting. I called Wright Way regarding a soaked ceiling in our downstairs bathroom. The owner, Daniel Wright, came quickly and began the process of identifying and starting the mitigation caused by the water damage. He was helpful in clearly indicating what the problem likely was and what the mitigation process would look like. He did not press me to choose his company to continue the work. After confirming I wanted his business to do the work, his employees began the work in the morning, worked diligently and were reasonable in explaining things when I had questions. Mr. Wright kept me up-to-date on the mitigation, and within several days the work was completed. My home insurance began working with the process, and I chose Wright Way for the repair process.

The repair took somewhat longer, primarily due to waiting on my insurance company. I also communicated to him we were not in a hurry to do the repair as we were considering some upgrades to the areas of damage. Once we were ready to move forward, Mr. Wright and his project coordination worked around our having a four month old with start times for the day, sent the necessary sub-contractors, and the work was completed in 1.5 weeks once they began.

Our family bought our home about 2 months prior to finding out we had a serious water leak downstairs. We had just spent a lot of money on surprise repairs and were not ready for this financial set back. I woke up in the morning to find a puddle of water around our water heater. The first company told us that the leak is from our water heater and so we bought a new water heater (which was costly). The leak appeared again shortly after and the next plumber said it must be coming in from outside. so he recommended that we dig a 4 feet hole below our water heater and start there. Frustrated, we found a very reputable plumber (Forest Ridge) on Yelp who referred us to Wright Way.

Daniel responded the same day and discovered where he thought the leak was coming from on the first visit (From inside a wall). His crew gave us a free consultation and then the official estimate. Based on the cost of the project and our limited budget, they recommended we look into using our homeowners insurance. Daniel was right and we found the leak on top of a pipe that runs down the wall and it was ruining our bathroom and laundry room walls and floor! Junelle did an excellent job working with our insurance to make everything get approved and to work with our vendors.

Now that we are just finishing the project, the two rooms look amazing! Even after we decided to upgrade a few things and the cost went up, Daniel made sure to take care of us.

I had a sewage flood in my condo and despite 3 phone calls it took 12 hours before the management co had a plumber here. Two days later I was given Daniel's name and his crew came and immediately assessed the damage (that night) making plans to begin drying in the am. Daniel fully explained the initial plan. I sometimes received several calls a day if key decisions needed to be made. It took time to deal with HOA and my insurance which was frustrating. But he kept me in the loop. He even took pictures of my many knick knacks while packing them to help us get them back to where they came! I trust Daniel and his decision making. He was a man of his word. Daniel and the other people at Wright Way were fantastic. We had a burst pipe that flooded our family room in the middle of December. Daniel came out on a weekend and spent 2 long days getting the dry out underway. He was able to get our family room to the point where we could use it during the holidays and was very good about working around our holiday schedule. The rebuild process was quick and the work was of high quality. Everything is back to exactly how it was prior to the flood.

Daniel has cleaned my carpets and upholstery many times. He is a very hard worker and stays until the job is done very well. He spent a long time cleaning my loveseat. It looks so nice. My carpets also look very nice. Daniel enjoys talking to people and is very friendly. Daniel was to be at my house at 1 PM. He called to tell me he was running a little late. In his line of business, I know those things can happen. I appreciated his call. He arrived at 1:30 PM and worked very hard until everything looked very nice. I will use him again.

I'm a home owner and unfortunately had my washer over flow and regretfully called this company. Daniel came out to my house and told me that he couldn't give me an estimate even though his website says "free estimates". He started work right away and me never having dealt with water damage I wasn't sure what he was going to do. During the process there was lack of communication of what needed to be done - now speaking to other companies they say that it was pretty crazy for just an overflow of a washer. I trusted the company and believed that these guys were going to do quality work from beginning to finish. During the tearing down of my ceiling the worker was kicking up dust everywhere and tossing things on the ground like he had no idea what he was doing. There were 2 incidents that Daniel fell off his ladder and tore down the plastic sheet that was hanging from the ceiling to protect my furniture form dust! My living room was a mess after.

After the first day Daniel pressured me to give him a copy of my key so he could monitor the equipment - I reluctantly gave him a key because I was promised courtesy calls before he would show up at the house. A couple of days later I was home and it was about 9:00PM at night, I had gotten out the shower just 10 minutes before. I hear my front door open and Daniel's voice and 2 other guys talking - I quickly put on a sweatshirt. There was NO call, what if it was 10 minutes before and I was in the shower??! I really didn't appreciate that. They even proceeded to help themselves into my garage to get MY ladder to do their work that night! What kind of contractor shows up without their own equipment to do the job?? And then uses their customer's tools without even asking?

Before all the equipment was taken out, there was a conversation that the company was going to do the build back and we were in verbal agreement with that and the insurance company. They even submitted an estimate to the insurance company! During a week of waiting around and not getting a call I decided to call Daniel personally to figure out what was going on...he took moment to tell me at that I need to find someone else to do the build back and that he was too busy. That is the most unprofessional thing I've ever encountered. How do you start and agree to a project with a client then BAIL?? Don't take on a new client if you can't handle the ones you already have. Also, I had to find this out because I was the one that called and not the other way around?? At least let me know if you couldn't do the project so I didn't waste over a week waiting for you to start. On top of all of this, Daniel kept my house key, so I had to pay to rekey my house because I was so done with him and he obviously was "too busy".

Beware of this company, they don't have enough man power and knowledge to get the whole job done and they will leave you for a bigger check! At the end of the day they took off $500 off my bill because they knew they messed up and acknowledged they were unprofessional - it wasn't enough but they aren't worth my time so here's my honest review and you can decide what you want to do.

We had some unfortunate water damage in our kitchen and Wright Way Cleaning & Restoration was referred to us by our plumber, and we cannot be more pleased with the professionalism, efficiency and work ethic that Daniel Wright and his team showed. He arrived immediately to do an initial assessment of the damages. He worked directly with our insurance company and made that entire process headache free. Daniel came to our house when the insurance adjuster visited, providing all of his documentation and photos in person. He helped us understand what we should expect from our insurance company in terms of covered items. Once that was complete, Daniel dispatched his team to start the cleanup and dry out process. They took special care to make sure that our cabinets and counter were saved. All of our belongings in our kitchen were carefully packed into boxes. They sealed off our kitchen for the dry out. Once the rebuild started, he took time out of his schedule to help us pick out flooring and tile. The rebuild process was very fast and it looks much better than before. Through every step of the process, he educated us on the specifics of the work being done and was always available for any questions or concerns. We truly felt that we were in the best hands possible.
