WorkshopL exceeded our expectations.

We came to them with a big goal: to bring the level of design and quality usually found in larger homes into a relatively small space—and they delivered. The home was very outdated and needed a full transformation, including plumbing, electrical, structural upgrades, engineering, and an exterior design overhaul. It also needed a new personality, and WorkshopL brought it to life in a way that feels both modern and timeless.

No stone was left unturned from start to finish—from navigating a very complex permitting process to final details before move-in. Their design work, attention to detail, and communication were all top notch.

In the end, it’s the people behind the company that make WorkshopL special. It was a pleasure working with such a thoughtful and talented team.

They did a wonderful job designing our house. We live off the grid and they thought of everything from what our neighbors might build and how to protect our view points to how to heat our house with the sun in the winter and keep it cool with shade in the summer. We had some very unique parameters and Erik did a wonderful job designing a beautifully functional and low energy consuming house.

Exceptionally disappointed. Would advise to stay away. In addition, anyone who expects to get paid for doing no work at all is a highly questionable professional. The project in question was cancelled with less than 3 hours work completed, but decided to keep the entire retainer. Good riddance, won’t be part of any future projects (of which there are many).
