Stopped by to get a chip repair at the recommendation from my insurance company. Took me right in, 5 minutes later I was on my way.

Best in the biz and definitely the best in the boat! Jeff and Adrian have taken care of me so well every time I need their help!

Jeff and the rest of the staff at Neste went above and beyond to help my son replace his windscreen after it was hit by a flying rock. They even arranged for the brand specific clips to be rushed delivered from Denver so the replacement could be finished in time for my son to return to California. Everyone was so friendly and professional and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Customer service and efficiency was top tier. Jeff is a great guy, and knows how to get things done right. I was on a tight schedule. The crew at neste got my windshield replaced perfectly, and quickly. If could give them 6 stars I would.

Honest shop with great workmanship! Before calling, I researched the expected cost to replace my window, and their quote came in slightly below what I found. While waiting for them to complete the job, you can check out their awesome RC Hobby Shop upstairs—Jeff has built an incredible RC rock crawling course. One of the best I've ever seen. Awesome experience!

Honest shop!! Took my truck in to Neste about a windshield chip, and they let me know it was just an abrasion that didn’t need to be filled. Cleaned and looked over the entire windshield and sent me on my way. I’ll definitely go back for any glass needs.

Knocked a sunroof for a 2016 Ford Edge sport out of the park. Jeff was the only one in the area willing to take it on (even though it would be a first for him and his guys) and communicated that honestly.

In about the same time a windshield would’ve taken they had me back on the road. Highly recommend!!!

I got my windshield replaced by the lovely people that work there. Not only did a fabulous job but they even helped reconnect my windshield washer line that I couldn't reach. I never mentioned it to them so they went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. They also helped with my insurance company so it was hassle free on my end. I will be calling them for all of my work and personal vehicles in the future. Great people and great service.

An unfortunate rock slide shattered my sunroof. A local car shop told me it was no problem and to bring it in. When I brought my car in, he told me to either drive to Denver or wait 30+ days. It’s winter and there’s a hole in the roof of my car, so neither option was helpful. I immediately drove to Neste. Adrian immediately wrapped the sunroof in plastic, had the replacement glass in his possession within 24 hours and my sunroof was fully repaired the following day. We have replaced two windshields with them as well. Their customer service, communication, prices and dependability are all 10/10.

I highly recommend everyone on this team at Neste. They are so accommodating. Adrian and Jeff went above and beyond to quickly repair my window. I even had an inspiring conversation with one of the team members about how much he loves his job. Thank you thank you I really appreciate you all.

They went the extra mile to fix the rust spots at the edge of my windshield that were causing it to leak. So glad to have them in our small town.

We were on vacation, and a rock chipped our windshield. Our insurance recommended that we go here. We talked to Jeff and weren't going to get into town until late, but he took care of us right away the next day. Great experience.

Great experience at Neste. Arrived with a shattered back windshield and they promptly secured it with plastic film and strapping tape to stabilize it until I could get back home. No charge. Would highly recommend them.

Friendly and did great work replacing my windshield. Details like having me stop by in advance to be sure they ordered the correct replacement, and replacing my little oil change sticker, all added to up to an excellent experience.
Would highly recommend.

I smashed my side view mirror, and an auto parts store owner in town referred me to Neste as the best place to try for a short-term fix to get us back on our way. Sure enough, even though the mirror was cracked, the fellow at Neste was able to put it back into its casing and glue a simple flat mirror over it. Bottom line, we could drive safely until a replacement mirror could be ordered. He even showed me how to install the new mirror myself once it came in. Great service!! If you have any auto glass issues in the Steamboat area, go to Neste: they take good care of you and they do the job right!! THANK YOU!!!

Came into town from Denver. Had my rear windshield blow out on the drive up. He helped me get it patched up and got back on the road to help with getting no leaks in the back. Real friendly and kind!

Amazingly quick and perfect finish. A rock chipped my windshield. I drove straight to Nestle Auto Glass and they fixed it immediately. You can't see any imperfection. I highly recommend them.

Everything about this appointment was seamless. The gentlemen working there are informative, helpful and very nice. Dropped off my truck and it was done in about an hour. Jeff and guys at the front desk were so nice. It was a pleasure doing business with them and will definitely go back when I need glass repaired. All the guys were very helpful and did a great job for a fair price. No long waits or schedule issues. Going back for different vehicle cracked window as soon as the replacement glass comes in.

Super happy with Neste Auto Glass. I got a significant chip on my windshield coming into Steamboat Springs. The guys at Neste had it fixed in 15 minutes.

They fit me in to fix a windshield ding just before closing, had me out the door in 10-15 min. I had another older crack spreading a bit and they did their best to keep that from growing more for free. 100 stars. I’ll be back!

These guys saved me. I had a sunroof stuck open about an inch on a 2000 ford expedition, and everywhere else I called wanted to replace the sunroof for as much as paid for the car itself. I swung by Nestes and they were able to get it shut in 30 minutes somehow and for a very fair price... Idk how they did it, I was trying to get the thing closed for weeks!

Picked up a chip in the windshield and the guys at Neste did a great job sealing the chip at a fair price. You can barely see the chip now. Would definitely recommend their services. Two thumbs up..

Poor communication!
I have been calling them for weeks trying to get my windshield fixed. They say come on over and we get you in right away but when I get there they tell me to come back in an hr or two because they are too busy. I’ve wasted about an hr of my time driving across town several times after calling them to ask about availability. They seem to do good work if you can get them to work on your vehicle.
I’m going elsewhere with my business.
