The mobile service is incredible ! The technician Haden was amazing and communicated well. He serviced my truck and even rotated my tires right in the parking lot of my work. It is so convenient! He even washed my windows which was a nice surprise and a great added touch!! I am so grateful for this service! Thank you so very much !

I spoke with Cody in the service department and told him we needed an oil change before Friday due to a trip we had to make for medical reasons. They did not have an opening In the shop, he said they could send a mobile van to my house to change the oil and do a full check on our Pick Up before we left for the trip. A couple of days later Hayden showed up with their mobile van serviced our pick up and did a thorough check on everything to make sure we did not have to worry about any mechanical issues. Just happened across a F 150 Lariat new 2024 with 32 miles which just happened to not have a sunroof (hard to find) so I decided to look a little deeper. Left a message at 11:30 on March 5th and got a text back on March 6th from one of the sales staff so I called back and the salesman was very helpful so I bought it on the spot without visiting the dealership. Made an eleven hour drive to Rexburg on March 13th to pickup the truck arrived in Rexburg at around 3:00 filled out paperwork, traded in my 2017 F 150 Lariat, went to a bank got a cashiers check and was on my way home around 5:30 on the 15th. Everyone that I worked with or talked to while I was there was amazing. I’ve spent more time at car dealership waiting for the salesman to get back to me with a price from his manager than I did Woody Smith’s arriving and leaving with a new vehicle. It was a very refreshing experience. Thanks again guys

Service personnel are very friendly and knowledgeable, they don’t make promises they can’t keep, and fulfill everything they say they’re going to.

Easiest and most pleasurable truck buying experience. Called Jake on our way into town. Placed a deposit on the truck 5 minutes later. Stopped by the dealership a couple days later where Jake and all the guys there had all paperwork ready to sign. No pressure, just service. Oh did I mention that I called on Christmas Eve and picked up my new truck on the day after Christmas.
I don’t live in Rexburg but I will be buying all my truck from Jake and Woodys from now on.

Long story short, I found an issue with my car that was caused by a mechanic almost 4 years ago. Woody Smith Ford was quick to get me in their schedule and get it fixed as fast as the parts were able to be ordered in. Great people to work with, they treat their customers with honesty and integrity.

23 days ago, my 2022 Ford Maverick threw a check engine light. Because I was unaware of my warranty benefits, I towed to a dealer in Idaho Falls (closer to me).

Long story short-after 22 days, they didn't have a diagnosis. All "possibilities" were major, catastrophic even.

Because there was no diagnosis, Ford would not put me in a loaner/rental. I have been on my ebike running errands in the cold and dependent on others-which I hate. But I am a one car household.

Then Ford Customer Service told me I could have it moved at their expense to another dealer. On a mechanic friends advice, I called and talked to Shane.

Where does one start to say OH MY GOSH, THANK YOU??

The vehicle arrived in their service department, was diagnosed, repaired, and even delivered to my home all within 24 hours!!!

I was informed every step of the way. I was super relieved it was nothing as catastrophic, and the other dealer kept telling me it possibly was.

Its a bit out of the way for me (35 miles), but I will be using them for all my Ford Services now.

I purchase a couple vehicles every year for my business. I don't like dealing with car dealerships and salesmen. That being said, my interactions with Woody Smith Ford was completely different. I was from out of state and the initial phone interaction with the salesman Colton was relaxed and friendly without any pressure. I had a trade-in and Woody Smith beat all other dealers by thousands. Not only that, but when I explained I had a budget I wanted to stay within after my trade, the salesman Colton went back to the manager to get me the deal I needed. They were the only dealership, after talking to several on the phone, that actually worked to make this deal happen.
Once I agreed, I drove to the dealership and the process was quick, smooth, and painless.
I now know my first place to go for my next vehicle.

We recently bought a truck from woodysmith & very happy with the process! Derek worked with us on the sales end gave us a great deal & answered all the questions we had during the loan process and everything about the truck. Darin in service was able to get it set up so that all the extras we added to the truck were done before we picked it up to avoid the hassle of having to come back! Highly recommend this group! I wish could say I felt taken care of but my negative experience with Woody Smith Ford confirmed my apprehensiveness to do business with a dealership. I really liked my original salesman but they switched salesmen on me halfway through the deal. He did the “four square” valuation with doesn’t show me a breakdown of the value I’m getting. They promised to replace the windshield and repair the front bumper valence but after I paid for the truck I went to get in and the glass was still shattered and the valence was still dangling from the truck. I had to keep holding their feet to the fire during the entire purchase and felt taken advantage of.

I don't actually believe I have been to a more useless service center.
I brought my truck in during the summer because the AC didn't work and I couldn't figure out why. I wasn't working with a ton of money and hadn't decided yet if I wanted to get it fixed or deal with the heat for a summer to save, so I explained on the phone that I'd like an AC diagnosis and even wrote on the drop box envelope for them to please do a diagnosis only and call to let me know what the problem is so I can decide what I am going to do.
Well they figured out that the refrigerant had in fact leaked out somewhere. BUT instead of calling me to tell me that was their diagnosis they proceeded to just dump $300 of refrigerant back in it knowing it would leak out so they could find out where it was leaking from. I was so flabbergasted that they just did that and told me I owe them $300 without them even getting my approval to do this that I didn't even know what to say. I found out after the fact from a friend that they aren't even legally supposed to do that without owner approval.
They didn't wait until the next morning to check with their UV light to see where it could be dripping out from, they just let me drive it home and realizing the whole way that I was getting blasted with hot air, so it only took one day for that expensive refrigerant to leak out again and I had to drive it back the same day.
They figured out it was the accumulator that needed to be replaced and they could get me a quote for how much that part would be. I then waited several days and never heard from them. I had to call them to find out the price of the part just to find out they had already ordered it without even calling to give me a price and see if that's what I wanted to do. Ended up having a friend willing to chip in and help me with cost so I told them I'm going to go forward with the repair. They said they would call me when the part arrives to schedule me to come back in and get it installed. Well several months later I NEVER heard from them. They totally blew me off and since I already had been having a lovely time with them I did not call to see what happened. Ended up having my friend order me an accumulator, we installed it together over a weekend, and a friend of his helped re-top off the refrigerant.
I don't think I'll waste my time with this place again.

Had my fiance car for a year , said it was drive able to dive 5 hours 5 minutes down the road it blow up again. Don't take your car to have them fux anything. Never called he would have to call them to see what was going on with the car

Woody smith has always taken exceptional care of our vehicles. They are prompt, and careful in their service and informative as to findings and needs. They just, at their expense, replaced my defective tonneau cover so that I didn’t have to deal with the problem while waiting on the warranty replacement. They really care about their customers… to me it is worth the 40 min we drive for the care we receive.
