Shawn Smith has always provided me with great work and care with his team. He is very honest and prompt on getting what you need.

Except for forgetting to call me to tell me ordered warranty parts had arrived at Taylor so I could schedule the warranty repair, everything went perfect and the repair was done quickly.
The repair is still holding.

Justin in the service dept is great. I am traveling across country and was having an issue with my alternator. Justin told me to be there at 8am and he would work me in the schedule even they were busy he got me right in and got me out quickly.

HAD MY TRUCK IN TO TAYLOR CHEVROLET TODAY FOR ITS SECOUND SERVICE. TAYLOR CONTINUES TO BE AMAZING. THEY INFORMED ME THERE WAS A RECALL FOR A FUEL INJECTION PROBLEM. I HAD NO IDEA. THESE PEOPLE ARE ARE THE BEST.

I took my car in for a repair after getting rear ended, and the service was amazing! The process was quick and easy as they handled all the insurance and scheduled my car in quickly. They did a wonderful job with repairs and detailed my car before I picked it up. I highly recommend coming here for any work you need done!

I was treated with great kindness. Shawn was quick to respond and easy to talk with. He has a great understanding of how to fix cars.

07/26/2025. Everyone I've worked with at Taylor Chevrolet in Rexburg Idaho appear to have the experience where treating customers is considered #1. They gave me the truth on a 4 tire replacement. The price was what I expected. They work with you in getting what you need. The customer service is above as expected. Being personable helps and the employees at Taylor Chevrolet are getting it done.

I went in for a general oil change and they informed me about recalls and other maintenance that need completed. They performed all the maintenance and recall work in very short time. They kept me updated on progress throughout the process.

Taylor Gillins was so helpful and made sure I was taken care of during my car service. It was quick and they even let me bring my doggie!

Great service However it took a while to get an appointment. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Waiting room clean an inviting. Wished you had a car wash service.

Very disappointed with the job of oil change in our sequoia. we got a cut on the front tire, and bad attitude. Very messy job, that doesn’t reflect your professionalism to all customers. You guys should be proud of doing a job where the client is happy no matter who it is.

They were super helpful and everything looked great when our vehicle was fixed. Sean was nice and the cost ended up being cheaper than the quote which was great since it was out of pocket.

I had an electrical issue with my GMC truck. Within hours they correctly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and had it replaced shortly after the part arrived. Thanks Kelly and Taylor Chevrolet.

I had a wonderful experience working with Taylor Chevrolet, especially Shawn. They took care of my badly damaged truck and you can't even tell it was ever damaged. Great people to work with, if you are looking for finishers, Taylor Chevrolet will be the one.

I had taken my car to another repair shop to have the engine code reader but they were not sure what was wrong with it. If was fearing down rough at stop lights. The check engine light kept coming on. Taylor Chevy diagnosed it with no problem. The y were friendly and very professional. The replaced the need part and fixed my issue with the remote start all under the quoted price and time .

I was on a job up in the foothills and after backing up in my truck, the truck was stuck in reverse and wouldn't allow me to put it in any other gear. I called Jose at Taylor Chevrolet and he told me what he thought the problem might be and that he will send a tow truck right away. It was 4:45 pm and he had the truck back to their shop shortly after. His prognosis was correct and their mechanics had the truck up and working the next day. While they had the truck in the shop they also found issues with the breaks and were also able to fix them as well. Taylor Chevrolet service staff and mechanics have always been great to work with and we will continue to take our vehicles to them.

I had a simple oil change. It was uncomplicated and efficient. While I was there I got some great information from helpful staff members about clear coating. They cleaned the truck inside and out. These guys are really nice to work with.
