To management. Train yourselves and train your employees on customer service. If you have trained them as you should have the you are not supervising them. If you are going to hire gen z then you will have to train them on customer service. Greet, ask how you can help, help, and thank the customer.Its not rocket science. Do better. Also i spoke to the manager and he seemed clueless. Do business with local stores.
Good selection super helpful employees with a passion for customer service. Excellent teamwork and one of the cleanest stores you will ever visit. If they don't have what you need they will tell you where to find it. The carry several lines of tools and also have free popcorn. The Woodward Ace is a step above the rest and are improving continually. Stop in and let them help you with your next project.
Very unhappy with today’s experience at Ace. I was in a hurry, went in after 2 items. Picked up one, went to cashier because the other item was outside. She was very slow, I asked for 2 bags of black mulch, after I paid she called to tell them what to load and said 3 bags. I told her I only wanted 2, she said she heard me say 3. Instead of taking time to go thru refund process I said I’d go ahead and take the 3. She told them what rack number to load. When I got home, 30 miles away I discovered I had been given brown mulch. Not happy at all.
