I would definitely recommend Woods & Water Powersports in Hamilton. Kyle, Morgan, and Riley were very professional and friendly. They were knowledgeable and ensured the purchase went very smoothly and quickly!! Also, they have very accommodating hours for working people!

The whole experience was super easy. Filled out credit app yesterday around 12 and by 1 Kyle contacted me and said everything was good to go. Went in this morning to pick up the machine ordered windshield and roof while there. Kyle went through the paper pretty simple explained the warranty and they went over the machine with me. If you’re looking to get in a sxs or any power sports definitely give these guys a shot. Will continue to use this store.

I was very hesitant to give this place a try after the terrible experience I had with the previous dealership that was in this building. But I am glad I gave the new owners a shot. They beat the price and service against other dealers I was working with on a new Can-am Outlander. The sales reps are very friendly people, and Justin Walker met all my expectations as well as took care of me during my purchasing process. Just purchased a 2018 Polaris Ranger 570 From Hamilton Al. store. Never went to store. I talked to Phillip about the Ranger, he made me feel at ease about not going to see the Ranger. Made the deal with him on Wednesday. Phillip had the Ranger delivered at my house on Thursday morning. Everything was as he said it would be. If you ever looking for a ATV or UTV ask for Phillip. He will not lead you wrong.

The people here all seem kind and helpful. I went looking for stuff to service my Yamaha 4 wheeler and Dustin got me fixed up with everything I needed fairly quick. It is the place to go for sure.

Wow! Talk about a true exceptional experience. I stopped in with my family on Saturday just to check them out. Well.... I bought two, a Polaris ATV and a Can-Am UTV. Everyone there was awesome to the entire family and took the time to understand what we needed. Woods and Water also provides white glove service with pick up and drop off service after the sale. A++ Thank you gentlemen for taking care of me and my family!

The employees up front were nice and quick with getting me the help I needed. But when I got back to the shop area the employees acted as if I wasn’t even there and then when I finally was recognized, I was talked to as if I was a burden to them. I don’t know any of the employees personally but just because my name isn’t on the door doesn’t mean they have to be so rude.

Had to share my experience with this dealership. Stopped there on my bike and when I was ready to leave, bike would not start. Phillip and Rocky came out immediately to assist me. They spent about 45 minutes checking stuff and came to the conclusion the solenoid was bad. They did not have the part to replace but volunteered to push me off to start the bike to get me home. I can't say enough good things about these guys. They turned a bad day into a joyable visit. Thanks guys!

I would like to say I'm not saying that people don't get scammed every day. But this place insulted My husband and myself after spending $2100. They accused us of trying to scam them and basically called us liars over a piece of plastic that probably doesn't cost no more than $50 if I would have known the piece was broken when I took it up there. I promise you. I would have asked them to replace it along with the other $2100 that spent trying to stay local and keep the money local. But thanks to his attitude and calling me a liar and a cheat. I will make sure I take my money. And anything else and go to tupelo, mississippi, and make sure that they get any money any more And what started it was because we had noticed a piece that was not on the side by side when we were about to leave. So they went to track it down and found out that the guy that tried to do some work on. It was fired because he'd only been there 2 weeks and couldn't do his job. But yet we're the ones that got burnt in the deal So thanks for insulting me and my husband again

Went to MotorSportsSuperStore in Hamilton, Alabama for the second time in two days and was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable Donny Harden.
Mr. Harden asked how he could help and quickly took me to the exact Scag product I was looking for.
He was able to answer all my questions about the product and are clearly not only a dealer but a full-service shop as well.
He had input and helpful advice about use and care of these lawnmowers. I told him the number of acres I was cutting and persuaded me to look at instead of a SCAG but
Gravely product. He is a true professional and can help you to make an excellent decision. He was right I brought the Gravely and it is performing outstanding.

We bought a jetski from there, and they were super great to work with on it. Liked them so much we bought a side-by-side from them, too. They are very friendly, and their service department is quite speedy! Customer service like theirs is so rare these days.

Props to the friendly staff at Motorsports Superstore! I needed a part for my weedeater and they had it in stock. They also have a huge selection of atvs, motorcycles, mowers, and watercraft. It’s always a pleasure doing business with them. Highly recommend!

I had only 1 issues with the bike that is it wouldn't start, I took it to them it took over 2 months to fix it and they never called me when it was done I had to keep calling them for any updates, after I got it back I decided to over look how long it took but after I got it home I noticed my bike was leaking oil and shortly after that my chain fell off I didn't have any of these issues when I first had the bike wich j mind you was brand new and now its falling apart. Never take anything here if you value your vehicles.

I bought a gravely 0-turn lawnmower and a can-am defender pro xt side x side from them. Haven't had a bit of trouble out of either one of them. The staff was very helpful and I got accessories added to them for a fair price and in a timely fashion

Recently relocated to the area and went in to buy a new zero turn mower. The sales person was helping other customers so my father and I just browsed the showroom inventory. Once he was done with his customers he acknowledged us looking at the mowers and said, “ Did y’all need something”? I explained that I was buying a house here in Hamilton and was going to be purchasing a new zero turn mower to which he replied, “well there are some in here and some outside...”. No offer to help, no questions regarding the use, nothing. He could care less that we were there. Needless to say, I spent $5,500 in Tuscumbia at Shoals motor sports. I would have much rather spent my money right here in Hamilton. Now we are looking at purchasing either a four wheeler or a side by side, and I am not even going to waste my time at this store. I’ve talked to some people around town and apparently I’m not the only one that has had this type of experience here. I understand this is owned by Fikes Chevrolet. That’s a shame because I am also in the market for a new vehicle for me and a used vehicle for my daughter. Very disappointed that I feel the need to look elsewhere than the town I live in to spend my money....
