Mark and Geo came out to our home the SAME DAY we called for services due to a clogged tub. Both guys were friendly and patient. They really took their time trying to figure out how to fix the issue. I would definitely recommend booking with Wood's Rooster Service, especially if you are looking for a quick response.

If I could give more stars I would. I had a clogged pipe and first Brandon and his team came to see what the problem was and explained what needed to be done. Then shortly after Andrew and Alex came with the right equipment and solved the issue. They were so nice and explained everything and awnsered all my questions. Andrew was very knowledgeable and did his job with a smile. I'll definitely be using them again for all my future service needs!

Very responsive/professional. After contacting my landlord, Joe was at my building within 20 minutes. He was able to find the issue and solve the problem promptly. I thought the issue would last for days! Joe was able to clear the plug and explain the source of the problem. I’m very thankful for the quick response and positive attitude Joe showed at such an inconvenient time. I work in claims, if all on call plumbers/rooters were as good as Joe my job would be easier!!

Devin and Brandon were so professional and kind! They arrived, assessed the issue, replaced a faucet and cleared sediment from the shower. Now all items work efficiently as they should! I will only be utilizing their services and recommeding them to anyone local to the area! Thank you!

Excellent service especially when you’re in the situation I was in. A clogged drain pipe stuffed with paper towels and thick toilet paper!!! Devan came out promptly and addressed the situation very quickly and resolved it, he even put a new wax ring on toilet and secured it as well. These guys get an A+ from me.

I called Wood's for a proactive review of my plumbing on a new home to ensure no issues. They could easily have "made up" problems but told me everything is good, I had nothing to worry about, and didn't even charge me for the consultation. Had an urgent plumbing issue and WRS was very responsive, arrived within an hour of me calling. Issue was complex so Steve had to come out himself to diagnose the issue. Quickly did so, no extra charge and the issue was quickly resolved. Fair and transparent pricing, very happy with the service, highly recommend.

This is the second time I called Wood's. Had a huge problem with flooding over the past three weeks in my basement. We called them previously and they came right away. They came today and used a camera and determined it was a root clog they broke up. They showed us on the camera exactly where it was. They referred us to a restoration company and didn't charge us anything since they were here before. Fast service, very respectful and wouldn't even leave without cleaning up. Real people who care. That's the only people I do business with. Definitely will call them in a year to make sure the roots don't regrow. Honestly would give them more but 5 stars is the limit.

Derrick and Brandon fixed a broken pump inside my main bathroom that was causing us a problem for a month or so. They came the day I called and immediately identified the problem and gave me a solution. Was given a fair price on the repair and overall a great experience with this two.. would recommend and use again.

After giving another company more than a decade of business & thousands of dollars for less than satisfactory work I happily discovered Wood's. These guys were unbelievably prompt, professional, informative, the most affordable I've encountered & absolutely thorough. For the first time in over 10 years I feel like my drainage issues were assessed exhaustively. I called Wood's when my ejector pump in the basement stopped working. They were very responsive, very professional, and just good people. Nobody wants to have to call a rooter service, but if you have to, definitely call Wood's. They made the process as quick and easy for me as they could.

We had a problem, called Wood’s (based on the positive reviews), had our call answered by a human who said a truck was nearby and would stop by shortly (late afternoon on a Friday). After a little more than an hour, Derek and his co-worker arrived, and within the hour of arriving solved the problem. Bth men were professional, polite, informative and didn’t mess around. They got the job done quickly and showed us the new parts they were installing before finishing and closing the lid to the system.
