We dealt with Chris Moore and he was great. The price and service were fantastic. We could not have asked for a better experience. The roof looks incredible. They also installed a new skylight. Everything went perfectly and the entire job was completed in one day.

From start to finish, my full roof replacement job, covered mostly by a hail-damage homeowners claim, was handled professionally and efficiently by Luke. We had some challenging communication moments due to my lack of knowledge of the shingle choices, my need to understand the process, pricing, etc., and we navigated it all with grace and understanding. Luke was patient and supportive. It was a big decision for me, since I decided on an upgrade shingle from CertainTeed versus replacing the damaged shingles I had from GAF. The decision-making was more challenging for me, given the expense and my commitment to install solar panels on the heels of a new roof.
There was a delay in getting the Belmont shingles delivered, and when they were available, Woodel was ready to install as soon as the weather was suitable. Originally, they had said 3-4 days for the job. But, they were able to add more guys for the 1st day, and thus were complete in 1.5 days! Very impressive and much appreciated.
Very noisy: I had no idea how loud it would be. My dog seemed less bothered by the noise than I was!
I had concerns about clean up and debris; however, thankfully, my concerns were not grounded in reality.
The entire crew were respectful of the property, tidy, efficient and highly professional. The roof looks terrific and they cleaned up well post job.

Woodel Roof Systems did a great job replacing our 22 year old roof. Their salesman and their install team were thoroughly professional and conscientuous. When they were done, they cleaned up the area using magents to pick up loose nails- so well done I haven't found a single nail in my yard. They added ridge vents which should improve ventilation under the roof and lower cooling costs. I highly recommend Woodel Roof Systems for your roofing project.

Quality Shingle ..After talking to Walter, the shingle I landed on was the Landmark Pro... architectural shingle looks amazing and is thick and shows definition. VERY Satisfied with it I wanted a lighter look so went with the weathered wood color.
Quality Install ... Isaac and crew, that was the only crew I met, but they were super friendly and helpful
Responsive... Michelle, Joe and Isaac were the main ones I spoke with and they would answer. Isaac stopped a few times to explain things then I had questions
Ask Luke about the 3 star vs 5 star... he can explain that very well.

Woodel recently did some work for us, re-shingling half of the house. It was nice to have the job done in one day. We were able to schedule pretty quickly but then we were able to move up due to a cancellation, so even better. Tommy was our POC from the beginning to the end and we really appreciated gotta responsive he was as it took a little longer for us to get ready than originally planned, but they remained patient and never became impatient or pushy. We have recommended Woodel to a couple friends.

We just had our roof replaced and we could not be more pleased. The men were on time, cleaned up at the end of each day, and worked for up to 12 hours each day in sweltering heat. Their price was very competitive. We were told what would be done to improve the roof and how there would be changes to improve the ventilation in our attic. We would highly recommend this company if you need to have your roof replaced.

Woodel replaced part of my roof and replaced an old skylight with a new one. I worked with Tommy and he was honest about options and expectations for my unique roofing needs. They got the work done quickly, and I really appreciated that the crew took their time cleaning up the yard to make sure no nails or sharp objects were left behind.

We had Woodell recently replace shingles on the back half of our house. We worked with Tommy throughout the process who was very helpful and responsive most anytime we reached out via email, phone, or text. They were able to schedule the job pretty quickly and had a good experience overall. The crew showed up early and worked well into the evening to get everything done in one day. They cleaned up pretty well once they were finished and left the yard the way they found it as much as possible.

I called Woodel Roof Systems for an estimate following a windstorm and a limb fall that punched two holes in our roof. They were one of two providers recommended by our homeowner insurance carrier, Virginia Farm Bureau. We couldn't reach the other one right away and ended up calling no one else, because in addition to the referral, they had an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, got right back in touch, and came out quickly and professionally for the assessment and estimate. Also, their crew came out very quickly at our preferred time of day, did an excellent job, and cleaned up everything with no muss and no fuss.

We used Woodel for both our roof and siding. The company was great to work with, professional, on time, and the work is top notch. The work crew's attention to detail is noteworthy. Our neighbor recommended Woodel to us and we have recommended them to another neighbor/friend. When the crew left they took the mess with them, the job site was cleaned every day. We will be using Woodel in the future for window replacement.

We did our due diligence to get 3 quotes for our large roof repacement at the practice. Mr. Woodel came out and assessed the property and addressed all of our concerns with the current system and his solutions for repalcement. His was neither the least expensive nor the most expensive estimate. He took the time to explain to me the differences in the products and how his solution would finally solve the chronic leaking issues that we had with the existing low sloped area of our roof. The installation was a little delayed due to lack of product during COVID, but he always quickly communicated those delays to me ahead of time.
The first rain storm during the installation we discovered a small leak. He immediately sent someone out to repair it the same day.
We have had no leaks since and have been so thankful not to have to worry every time it rains/snows that the roof is going to leak.
He even came out personally one evening after normal business hours to look at the gutter system that we had in place, and recommended their replacement with an industrial-sized system that has solved the overflowing gutters we were experiencing.
I strongly recommend Woodel Roof Systems because of the personal attention I received and his willingness to take the time to answer any questions that I had throughout the process.

Then he gave us addresses of houses he had worked on so we could see what various shingle designs looked like (beyond the sample board).
