what seemed to be a simple shower replacement ended up being so much more. we had problem after problem and my shower would not function for several days. tim always picked up the phone and came back the next day to try something different until it finally worked! tim is super reliable and dedicated to getting the job done. i can’t thank you enough for your help through this ordeal.
