Contacted this company to patch missing shingles on our roof. Told us that the shingles they had would be lighter we asked to match as close as possible. Said they would go check would be back on following Monday or Tuesday with a lift. Monday & Tuesday came and went and no phone call. Contacted them again, more excuses. Never heard from them again. If you can't do the job just say so, don't leave a customer hanging.

Asked about a roof repair they got back with me the same day and had it done three days after I talked to them very fast responded right away very nice professional and did a very good job and cleaned everything up!

We called and scheduled an estimate on gutter and downspouts. They were cheaper and wow, what a great job. Looks great, they cleaned up the old gutter and downs, and hauled it away. Very polite and hard working. These guys knew what they were doing!! Thanks Guys, you were awesome!!

We hired them to do a job for us last fall. They continually had excuses for not showing up. They finally texted and said they would definitely show up the week that it was forecast to be 20 below windchill, and promised that we were next on their list no matter what. That was the last time we heard from them, it was 4 months ago.
Honesty works well. If they didn’t want the job, they should have told us instead of stringing us along.

Smith & Young did an amazing job replacing my roof. They were fast and efficient. An unexpected rainstorm even crept up and my roof was covered in tarps and safe within minutes. I love my new roof. Thank you, Smith & Young, for a job well done! I will be having them back to do siding this year!

Very poor work. Most of the flooring is coming up and broke. When we call they either don't respond and if they do they don't follow through with what they say they will do. I would definitely NOT recommend this place. If i could share pictures I would love too
