We had a bird stuck in between the flue and the fire wall. There was no way to get to this bird without cutting into the fire wall. We had a raccoon mama and babies in our chimney ☹️ Austin was amazing! Polite, knowledgeable and skilled at his profession! He showed up to assess the situation and placed the trap on the chimney (in the rain ) within just a couple of hours of my call for help! Even though mama raccoon outsmarted the trap, she is gone now and Austin was able to remove the FIVE babies and place a temporary screen over the chimney until our mason can arrive. Now we can move forward with our chimney repair with Masonry Restoration, LLC.

I've had to call these folks on two occassions due to some troubles with raccoons at my house, and both times, my problems were solved quickly! Shoutout to Tyler for being the guy to come out both times. We even (accidentally) caught a cat during the second service, and he came back the same day to let her out. :) The openings were also sealed (albeit temporarily, because that's a SEPARATE issue we have to take care of) so that we won't be pestered again. But if we are, I definitely know who to call!

Jared came out because I had a raccoon problem in my attic. He initially trapped and removed the Mother and her two babies, and came back the next day to remove another baby that was trapped far down in the wall ( no easy task!)
Jared was very knowledgeable. He accomplished the task in a manner that was cost efficient and humane.

I had a critter of some kind in my chimney. Austin came out within an hour. It was difficult to get to whatever it was. He ended up opening the flue and leaves dropped out, along with a starling. He took the bird out of the house right away, and cleaned up the mess. Great job!

Jared did a great job taking care of our squirrel problem. He set traps and a camera to figure out where it was entering the house. He caught the squirrel and is going to repair the gaps in the soffit to prevent any more squirrels from getting in.

Austin is the best. He has helped me several times. I’ve had an ongoing squirrel problem for several years. My house is almost 100 years old, and it is surrounded by several big trees. I hope this time will take care of them for a while. Austin is polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive. He checks the traps regularly, moves them when needed, and keeps me in the loop. I reached out to Buckeye Wildlife Solutions after realizing a squirrel had found an entryway through my soffit/fascia and had made a home in my attic. Austin came out, checked out my attic and came up with a plan to tackle the issue. He set two traps and within a few days, the squirrel was captured. The squirrel was retrieved (alive/humanely) and Austin put up a screen to prevent the same issue happening again in the future. Austin was friendly and helpful in answering all of my questions. I appreciate the thorough communication and more importantly, the successful resolution of my issue.

The staff are friendly, responsive and very knowledgeable. Jared explained the service thoroughly and answered all my questions. He came out the same day for a longstanding problem with groundhogs. Within 20 minutes of him leaving our home a groundhog was trapped and he returned soon after to retrieve it. By far Buckeye Wildlife is the best company I've worked with for pest control. We unfortunately had a squirrel caught in our basement (thinking it came through the chimney into the fireplace). We called a few places, none could come out until later in the week. Called here and Jared said he could come out right then and help out. Couldn’t find it right away so he set some traps. The squirrel got caught almost right away, and it turned out we also had a Starling in the basement as well. He caught that also for us. Totally worth it to have them come out and take care of whatever situation you have. Jared was nice, friendly, and got the job done. Hopefully we never have this problem again but if we do, we know who to call!

We had a bat in the house, which prompted me to call Buckeye Wildlife to come out for an assessment. They first did an external examination and then went to the attic. They pointed out some potential entry areas right away and described all work that they would do to prevent entry. Within a few days, I received some quotes (one for bat exclusion and another for attic cleanup and insulating). I opted for the bat exclusion work only at this time, and they came out about a week later. Between the guys and Cassidy, they are excellent communicators and answer every question you can have. I am really impressed with their work ethic and knowledge of their craft. I would highly recommend them for any of your wildlife solution needs.

I am in phase 1 of Raccoon Removal from my 2 story home where they have created a love nest. For the past 2 plus years I have been attempting to rid these unwanted tenants on my own. I was starting to feel very confident with my efforts but approximately 3 weeks ago. I heard what sounded like King Kong on my roof. The next morning, a section if my soffit was torn open. I was depressed and angry. I called the first company and just to show up with no extras was $600.00. Buckeye Wildlife solutions was my next call. Cassidy got me scheduled with Tyler. I love this young man. He inspected my attic and assured me there were no signs of these varmits in the attic. There is a trap set at the main entrance and now we shall see. Next step is for Tyler to return and seal up what we believe are around 4 entries and exits. He will also get my roof vents protected to prevent any invites to these unwanted guests. BWS was prompt to take care of some raccoons that had gotten into our attic. Jared thoroughly investegated the situation, determined a solution, professionally set the traps and followed up. After trapping and disposing of a couple he then determined that there were no more left in the attic and proceeded to secure the soffet where they were entering. Jared was very professional, informative, friendly and took pride in his work.

I can’t stress how important it is to hire an Ohio company that is a small business. Others wanted a ridiculous amount of money for an inspection and would not come out without giving them a credit card. Buckeye was different and they sent their Toledo technician, Jared, who was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable, humane, explained everything he was doing in detail, and charged us fairly. I was very happy with the manner in which he removed our raccoon mom and babies, checked to see if there was any damage, and repaired the entrance. He was educated and extremely personable and communicated his timeline and any delays in a very helpful manner. Jared will be called in the future if we ever have another animal issue and if it were possible, I would give him more than 5 stars!

Jared came out when he got the work order. He was very professional explained everything to me as he walked my entire small property, including behind my garage. He did not see any other areas of concern so he set the trap. Jared came back to check the trap 2 Days later and disposed of the groundhog that was in the trap. Austin came out for a raccoon in the attic of our shop, he was very nice and quickly jumped into action with a great plan to trap the raccoon which was successful the following morning. I feel the price was too expensive but most things are these days. If anything, maybe a case by case pricing would be beneficial.
