Wollman Construction and Nathan Crick stepped up and helped me out when another roofing company did not come back to complete the job. Wollman made time for me (even thought the remaining job was small) and got me on the schedule within 2 weeks (I had been waiting a year for the other company to come back). They are punctual, respectful and I love that it is a family ran business. Thank you so much. Sioux Falls is lucky to have you guys.

This company completed my roof and window install. Firstly, with communication regarding my roof install I didn’t know they were coming till the week of. Never reached out to schedule with me. Nate was the primary contact. Additionally, I had them do my windows. I was quoted for $500 per window. I had 3 windows so $1500. Nate and one guy came one day and installed them but the basement windows are egress windows and he installed the trim so it would not open on either window. I notified him of the error and told him not to rush to comeback to fix it till he was ready. Came back a week or so later had to uninstall and reinstall the outside trim. So the windows would function properly and he completed the rest of the interior trim and left. The final invoice was $1929. $429 from his original quote, when questioned about the large difference from the quote, he stated it took longer than normal to install and the cost of materials. I don’t understand how you can be off on a quote by $400 when you’ve been to my property to see the windows and you should know what materials cost. It is atrocious to quote a price and be so far off.

I am writing a second review for Wollman. He has saved some of our properties on roofs and other leaks. He has done what it takes to get things repaired. He is a great resource. I trusted him so much I had him redo my roof in Harrisburg. Call him for sure!
