Did a great job replacing our old roof. Work was done super quickly, they even worked a holiday to finish up. They cleaned up even better than I was expecting. Fabulous experience and I will use them again.

After installing our new gutters, we started having water issues in certain areas. We did call and have the come over and evaluate the problems. Shortly after that they replaced the gutter screen with a different style and that eliminated all the problems. We are so pleased they listened to our problem and were very happy to replace what was installed with a product that fit our situation better. Thank you a bunch!!!

Their workers put in full days completing my new roof and siding quickly, cleaning up the property when done.
Their dumpster had wheels with tires on them which protected my blacktop driveway, I really appreciated that.

Absolutely AWFUL experience. They were on time taking our deposit to buy materials but 3.5 months later (and several follow up phone calls with no response) they finally scheduled our install. We then found out they never even ordered the materials. We asked for our money back from the owner who was less than pleasant about the experience. I would NOT RECOMMEND!

Quality workmanship, My roof was replaced and their crew was very efficient and the area around the house was keep very clean all debris picked up. Roof looks great. Installation done correctly. I only gave 4 stars because communication is not their strong point.

They did a nice job overall. They were quite late getting to my project and there caulking was a bit sloppy. I would recommend them overall.

Dudes never did my house in 2022 from hail damage, but they got in agressive verbal arguments with other roofing vendors in front of my children and wife. Not to mention there brick and mortar shop had literally been missing pieces of siding and fascia from their building for 3 years. Pretty unprofessional

After hail damage to our home and garage roofs. We hired Wolf Exteriors, a local contractor. A gentleman came out, conducted an estimate for us, walked us through the process, answered all our questions. Ultimately they worked with our insurance company through the whole process. We ended up needing a complete roof replacement. New deck boards, the whole shebang! The crew was cordial and cleaned up their mess each evening. We had a couple of trim pieces that needed repair. We called wolf and they reassured us that their schedule was full but someone would be out to repair...so we were patient, they came back and fulfilled that request. I also didn't understand our insurance docs and how payments are handled... the office lady Alex, was so helpful through my many emails and phone calls trying to understand something that the insurance adjuster wouldn't help me with. I would recommend Wolf.

Poor communication, execution, and quality. We had an installer leave through a partially completed project. Left debris in our house and damaged our siding without any apology or communication. Left holes in our roof without properly repairing. Was told multiple times that the owner would contact us, but he never did.

Awesome place for your shingles and siding especially the guy that delivers the shingles the ford pick up truck and fifth wheel trailer he delivers the shingles to all the job site uses a skid loader with rubber tracks on he does a awesome job his boss should take the time to thank him for doing a amazing job for him

I paid a lot of money for a roof replacement and a gutter added. I have been waiting for 7 months for them to fix a gutter that was installed incorrectly, which ultimately ripped off the house damaging my trim. They claim they will come to fix it, and then simply never show up time and time again. They never call back, show up on time, call ahead to schedule, or fix their install issues correctly. They will hire subcontractors to do some of their work who come unprepared wasting everyone’s time.

We contracted with Wolf Exteriors to repair trim and siding around two large windows in the front of our home that had damage after 20 years of home ownership. They were very booked out, but managed to fit us in when we needed it completed by, before a graduation party. They were very professional, and followed up, to make sure we knew they would repair our damage before we had family in town. The work looks brand new. We were so impressed. The owner even stopped by to check out the project ahead of time, and confirmed they would get the project done in time. It took them 1 full day to repair. I can't say enough about the quality of work, and the professional follow-up. Would highly recommend.

We've worked with Wolf exteriors on a lot of window & door projects, it's always a great experience. Would recommend!

My mother got a quote for gutters in June of 2021. They told her the gutters would be installed in early July 2021. She signed a contract and paid half down, roughly $1800. They never showed, never called, left many messages. Finally got an answer in September, they apologized for lack of help and said they would be out the next week. Still no show, no call, no answers. It's now end of October 2021, and nothing. I am leaving this review and contacting the Better Business Bureau. Buyers beware!!! They show up for a contact and get your money and then never answer. This isn't the first review of its kind this year alone.

My 83 year old Mother contracted and gave this company $9801.00 on 12/8/20 for a house siding job. She physically stopped in the Oconomowoc office on 5/1/21 and was told the material was in and it would be 2 weeks for the job start. 6/2/21 NO JOB START, NO DATE TO START THE JOB. Crickets...no communication, nothing...and they have her money. So very disappointing. I had to give @ least a 1 star for this to post but I have no reason to believe they deserve even that.

** After the above posting, a crew showed up the next week and started the siding job. As of today the job has been completed and my Mother said it looks really nice.

We needed some siding and potentially a roof.
We scheduled an appointment and moved forward and the crew showed up on time and was very friendly and we talked about the project and some additional concerns I had,The crew leader assured me it was all going to be taken care of. They finished the job and cleaned up everything leaving nothing behind. The job was done really well and I am very happy we hired them to do it.
It was two different crews that did the siding and we decided to get roof done too. We were going to wait on roof, but sales guy found mold in our attic, so they had to replace some of the wood under the shingles as well

I highly recommend you give them a chance to bid on your job if need some estimates. I will use them again and recommend them to others.

We needed a roof and gutters. We kept putting it off and finally started looking around. Settled on Wolf.
Local company which we like and all things considered did quite a nice job. I would like to also say the owner was real nice, can’t remember his name but he was down to earth. All the people we dealt with were good. Thank you.

I called Wolf Exteriors the first part of June to get a quote on getting my gutters cleaned, to repair if needed, and to install gutter guards. It took a week to get "Patrick" here and the quote signed. We were told 2-3 weeks before they would be out to do the job. After two weeks past, I called Patrick and left a phone message to ask if we were on for sometime the next week and did he know which day. He did not return my call. So, I called again the next day. He said they had a break down of their truck, so it would probably be the first part of the next week (week 4). So, the beginning of week 4, I called to see if we were on the schedule. When he finally called back, he said it would probably be the next week, the rain during the week had put them a little behind (week 5). The next week I called again, he said probably Tuesday, Wednesday for sure. On Wed, he stopped at the house, said they had a couple of guys sick (not sure if it was Cov-id), but for sure by the end of the week! (Week 6). No one showed up by the end of week 6 and no call. On Monday of week 7, I left a message with both Patrick and their answering service that if it wasn't done by Wednesday, I would go elsewhere! (Week 7). The owner "Jim" came out on Tuesday morning and said "Andrew" would be out later and he was here around noon! Andrew worked very hard and was very helpful with my questions. He was done in about 3-3 1/2 hours! I did not want to give an ultimatum and I do understand that all the excuses could be true. But, when the excuses add up after so much time, it begins to seem like scheduling is not one of their priorities. Work was great once started!

We developed leaks inside the house. They came out and listened to what was going on as well as looking at current / previous problem spots. The guy who came out went up on the roof and took pictures of the problem spots. This was very helpful so that we could see for ourselves the problems. This was also very helpful having the pictures of the areas while he explained what would need to be done. He was super polite and made sure we understood what they would need to do. Very reasonable and fair pricing. We would definitely contact them when the roof needs replacing.

in 2012 we had a new patio door and insect screen installed on our house from another contractor who is no longer in business. The fiberglass insect screen door material needed replacing and I could not remove the door in order to install the new screen material. The screen door is top hung which means the door hangs from the top rollers and the bottom rollers are simply guides. I tried numerous times and even contacted the manufacturer. They sent me a diagram and explained how to remove the door. No matter what I did, I could not remove it. I went to Google and found Wolf Exteriors because they handle the patio door brand we have installed. Patrick agreed to come over to see if he could help. He was having a very long day and kept me informed of his expected time of his arrival. of course it was raining when he arrived but he immediately went to work. He too was having difficulty but determined the problem and was able to remove the door with our damage. I asked him what I owed him and he said "nothing". I insisted that I pay him something for his work and time. We were his 8th customer that day! What a great guy!! When we are in need of any remodeling or other work he performs I will be calling Patrick. Thank You!!

Great experience so far– absolute professionals (job in progress). From the start of the interview phase in March I am very impressed with Wolf Exteriors, who we learned about while doing extensive research on Cement board and LP siding to replace failing cedar siding. Patrick came out several times to discuss the project, ask questions and make recommendations, and always provided options and alternatives, as well as offered completed projects for us to look at. Patrick also respected our budget, gave us time to discuss and process without being pressured. We met with Patrick and Jim (owner) and transformed our vision of a project to become reality. We decided to replace aged cedar siding as home would no longer successfully hold a paint job for any extended time. We choose Diamond Kote LP and as color starts to come to our vintage home so does its revived beauty. In addition, we decided to replace two roofs and replace 9 windows in our 3 seasons room. We felt that not only Patrick and Jim (owner) but also everyone from Wolf Exteriors was working as if it was their own home. Wolf's install team, especially the crew on my job, Jeremy and Jay are very talented, hardworking, and masters in the field. There is a lot to be said tackling an 1870 home and wolf has the experience to make it happen. This job requires individuals with vision and passion to complete this complex home from rough framing, roofing, to finish carpentry, to siding install, it is evident that the final product starts and finishes by the same Crew. Wolf is very competitive and stepped up when a few other contractors would not return my bids. Project leads and crew regularly ask for preferences when I didn’t even consider that I had a choice. i.e.) At one point, while working on Sofit and Fascia and dealing with crown and frieze board, they created 2 different “looks' ' for me to choose from. One was what I had “picked”. The other was one they thought looked better – they were right. My project is taking slightly longer than expected but then again you can’t rush a masterpiece. Crew is here everyday weather permitting friendly and the site is very clean.

These are some things that stand out from other contractor relationships we’ve had: I am so glad I hired a local contractor and glad it is Wolf.

Really disappointed with my experience with Wolf Exteriors. Called and scheduled for a Rep to come out and quote us on the installation of an egress window for our basement remodel. The Rep was very friendly, showed up on time, took measurements and pictures, then stated he’d get back to me with a quote the following day or Monday at the latest (he came out on a Thursday). He gave me his card with his contact information and left. 1 full week later and I still had not heard from him so I reached out via email. Still NOTHING. He completely ghosted me! What a complete waste of my time and his! So unprofessional. Needless to say, we took our $5K elsewhere.

Wolf Exteriors recently replaced the roof on our house. We had a poorly installed roof previously with shingle valleys and delaminating shingles. Patrick came out to our house and was very upfront and honest about what we needed to do. I really appreciated his transparency and we could tell he had our best interests at heart. We chose Wolf over two other roofing contractors, and are very happy we did. The team arrived on schedule, and worked 10 hour days to get our roof done on time. This is an honest group of people, that do great work and stand behind what they say. Big shout out to Patrick for all his help coordinating everything and getting back to me quickly on questions or updates. Also, their pricing was very competitive, and the roofing system they use is top notch. 10/10, would use again.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! I called about a home rotted window. A sales rep. came out and said he would give a quote and get back right away that afternoon. The owner came out as well to look at the job and also said they would be on this job. A week has gone by and my rotted window and job has gone unanswered. I stopped by the store for a return call and still you replies. I wanted to deal with a local company and give them the business. A $3500 window job lost and I decided to replace my windows on my house from another company that was more professional and attentive to the customers. BUYERS BEWARE!!

I called Wolf Exteriors, after hours, due to an emergency on the exterior of my house. One of the employees showed up at my house quickly and provided a temporary fix. He was extremely helpful, prompt and did a great job at a fair price. I will reach out again when I have work to be done at my home.

I wanted to get some estimates to replace my roof. They really were prompt and very accommodating in setting up a time and date. I had talked to others who had total removal jobs done. I felt very comfortable with their sales representative and signed the contract to start the job. It was done promptly and finished professionally. Would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

We contacted Wolf for an estimate on our gutter/fascia/soffit replacement.
Their estimate was reasonable and the work they completed was outstanding. They were on the job site every day they said they would be and never left a mess. Efficient and courteous workers with a friendly attitude. I would highly recommend Wolf to anyone.

Wolf installed new siding on my home earlier this year. Jim and his team were professional and responsive. My wife and I love the new siding and and plan to use wolf for a metal roof this spring.
