Tom did our roof a few years ago and at the time I did not realize how grateful I should have been for working with him. Absolutely A+ responsiveness, care for my property, and quality of work. The roof looks great today and I expect it will continue to look good in the future. So far he is the only contractor of the six to come work on our house that deserves praise like this.

Tom and his crew did such a wonderful job! I can't tell you enough how happy we are. We didn't have to do or worry about a thing except for choosing the tiles, which was difficult enough. LOL they were fast efficient and did an extremely good job cleaning up which was important to us because we have a small dog. Bottom line if you ever need a new roof, Tom at everything rooftop should be your very first call. I promise you it will also be your very last!

So if I'm starting from the beginning, we had a hail storm in my neighborhood and several houses in the area were affected. I had another roofing company come out and give me an estimate and the whole dog and pony show. I really wasn't happy with their approach, it seemed like they were trying to sell me a used car or something. But Tom's approach was friendly, genuine and down home. Not pushy at all, the whole experience was like a breath of fresh air. It kind of made me reflect on the old days when a hand shake meant something. They came out did the job all in one day. And they did such a fantastic job cleaned up after themselves and heck Tom even came back and hung my TV antenna because I don't like heights. Haha. I highly recommend this company. Tom and Karen and crew did a great job on my roof and gutters after the worst hail storm I've ever seen in my life on June 10th 2022.
I called Tom at Approved LLC immediately because of Tom's response to my leaking roof in May of 2020. I called six places for help and only Tom responded right away.
He came out, surveyed the problem, asked if I still had some shingles from the replacement done by a different company in 2009.
I said yes, got six out of the package and in about 3 hours had my leak fixed.
He has walked the roof before starting the repair. He stated I really could use a new roof, but understood my roof only had 11 years of use. I said I would like to get to 20 years of use. At this he said he thought I could get 3 to 5 more years and that might be a stretch.
I went with the repair and as it turned out 3 years later our big hail storm and I called Tom immediately and said new roof time. By July 14th new roof plus new gutters, down spouts and covers and 10 new roofing sheets were installed and all paid by insurance company because of Tom's documentation of the needs and processes.

Tom and Karen helped us navigate the insurance and worked with the insurance adjuster to make sure everything damaged was included! I am so happy I found Everything Rooftop, Approved LLC. I had a problem with water overflowing the gutters. Some companies were not interested because this was not a major project. The first company that responded propose a $2,500 fix. Tom came out looked at the job and came up with a $290 solution that worked great. After the 6/10/22 hail storm we interviewed a few ‘storm chaser’ out of town companies and Approved LLC, a local company. We chose Approved LLC because of their down to earth, no pressure presentation as opposed to the slick salesman presentations of the others. The work was done on schedule, neatly and courteously while nearby jobs of similar size dragged out. We highly recommend that anyone requiring roof replacement or repairs contact Approved LLC.

I hired Approved LLC to replace my garage and house roofs in addition to repairing breezeway racoon damage. They initially did not bid the work because they could not meet my time schedule which showed a lot of integrity. When I showed them the bid I was going to accept they returned with a very competitive bid on a schedule they could meet. I accepted their bid and they completed the jobs exactly when promised. I am very happy with how the roofs look and that there is no sign of any racoon damage. They did an excellent job and I am very happy I chose local contractor.

The Approved Roofing Company headed by Tom Berget did a phenomenal job. They work through out the Milwaukee and Waukesha County and even in Oshkosh. The company and workers are very professional and have precision work ethic making sure everything was done to the best product possible.
