Wolf Development acts in a very professional manor. They were on time for the initial visit to generate an estimate. Compared to other companies, they were more thorough in their estimate. The estimated price provided was in line with the majority of the other roofing companies that came out. Once I decided to have them replace my roof, they were responsive to my calls and proactive in communicating delays brought on by weather. The new roof looks great and they did a great job cleaning up when they finished. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a roof.

I had my roof and gutters replaced in the fall of 2023 on both my house and barn. Worked with Mason Hutchinson. This organization is very professional from beginning to end. They worked closely with me and my insurance company to work out all the details of my project. The work started on time. Mason was here every day. In fact just called me after the recent tornado and storm outbreak to check on the roof. He offered to come out and do an inspection if required. Above and beyond service. Based on my experience I would highly recommend Wolf Development for any roof and or gutter repair.

I recently had my roof and siding replaced on my house and garage.

We wanted to have Hardi Board for the siding.

My insurance company paid for the repair, but I only had that amount of money to work with.

So, I contacted many contractors to get the best price and experience in installing Hardi Board siding.

Most were way too expensive except Wolf Development.

When I contacted them, Steve came right out and went over every little detail with us.

He said they could do everything we wanted for the money we had to work with.

He worked with our insurance company to get even more money to use for the project.

When work started, David and his crew came out and did an excellent job.

The roof was a complete tear off and they finished installing everything in one day.

The siding went smoothly as well, and they always cleaned up after each day.

We were very happy with the results. Our home looks brand new now.

Wolf did a great job replacing my Grandmas siding and roof. Steven came out a number of times, was always helpful, relatable and honest. Would recommend this team.

I called Wolf Development to assess and eventually replace my roof which had sustained wind damage. Steven helped me engage with my insurance company and start a claim. My insurance company initially offered to repair the roof which would have been difficult due to the age and condition of the existing shingles. Steven appealed to the insurance company and we met with a second adjuster to look at the roof. After that meeting the insurance company approved a full replacement. Wolf Development did a great job and was a pleasure to work with.

I approached Wolf Development after dealing with a shady local company. Wolf were excellent from the get-go. When I was forthcoming about the fact that I was already in chats with another company, they still took their time to educate me on the correct way a company should manage certain aspects of a roof replacement, and on how the whole process of getting a new roof works.

We hired Wolf Development to install (James Hardie) board siding, Soffit, Fascia,Gutters & Downspouts. They are very organized & thorough, it was an excellent experience.

David came out to my property and provided me with a full inspection. Very professional and knowledgeable. I had bad experience with the previous roofers and this felt like a breath of fresh air. We will definitely be using Wolf for our future roofing projects.

They came, they conquered, they left.The only thing they left behind was a great looking roof and a water drip after a rain in one of the corners in the gutter. I called, they were to send someone out for the repair in a few days. Two weeks later, no one showed up, that I knew of. Then a rain storm came. After it stopped raining, I kept watching for the drip. It wasn't there. Then I realized I didn't need to be on sight for the repair. They came, they conquered, they left.

Wolf Development was an all around terrific experience from start to finish. Our home had hail damage and they handled all the leg work with my insurance company, did a fantastic job on our home in such a fast and efficient manner.
