If you need someone to fight for you, they are the people. Our insurance company made it as complicated as it’s possible, with stupid denial reasons, way too low quotes and useless representatives, but these guys didn’t have it. It’s getting more and more complicated to fight them, so you need someone reliable, motivated and knowing their job. The working crews were fast and clean. Nice job!

Eric and Ivan with Optimal Solutions were great to work with. Them their completed full replacement of our roof, siding, soffit, gutters and skylights. Eric relentless pursued for full roof replacement due to wind damage with my insurance company who did all they could not to approve a full replacement. We used Ivan & Optimal Solutions to replace our roof. Our original claim was denied so when Ivan came to the neighborhood we didn't think we'd have a chance in getting approved. Upon the second attempt, they initially only approved for repairs, but Ivan was able to get our roof approved for full replacement, due to his working knowledge of the Village Codes and persistence with the insurance company! We are happy with our new roof & gutters.

Ivan and Eric were amazing, took care of everything from the start to the finish. Also gave me time frames that were met and exceeded, along with a great timing for materials. They did check the roof and noticed that was pretty weak and about to start breaking down. Took matters into there own hands and even seen the siding that I had put a bunch of screws in to hold it in place as every time a wind would come by and take half of it down… was greatly appreciative of Ivan and Eric’s dedication to get me taken care.. would recommend 10 times out of 10. Crew onsight working to replace every very courteous and helpful with all questions and concerns and even pointed out other issues that they were able to take care of… positive in my book. My parent’s roof was about 20 years old and needed to be replaced. Google maps had just updated the picture on there and I realize how ugly and old it made the house look. I helped my parents pick a color and the house now looks good as new. I wish I could change the new look on google maps. Dropped my rating to a 3 since they never came back to address a window weather stripping that was damaged when some shingles fell from the roof during the stripping process.
We even reached out with a phone call. They gave us a time and date and never showed up.

We had roof damage from the April’23 hail storm. Wasn’t expecting the insurance company to cover the cost. Ivan worked with them and they covered it all except for the deductible. The crew did a great job, professional and did a great job with the cleanup. About 4.5 hrs from start to finish. Owens corning duration shingles are high quality, and the slatestone gray matches the siding beautifully! Thank you, Optimal Solutions Roofing!!

After April 19, 2023 hail storm, Optimal Solutions was instrumental in getting insurance coverage for the hail damage.

of installing new shingles(Owens Corning Duration), new vinyl siding (Ply-Gem Camden Pointe) and new seamless gutters.
The roof was completed in less than a day. The siding was completed in 2 days and the gutters were completed in 3 hrs. All debris from the old roof & siding was taken away.
I’m very happy with the finished job. While other neighbors still just have contractor signs in the yard, I have a completed house.

Optimal Solutions did a top notch job from day one! We had roof damage due to a pretty big storm. After having a bad experience with a contractor years ago, we were a little skeptical about hiring a contractor to repair/replace our roof. Eric and Ivan were in our neighborhood, and we thought we’d give them a try.
