They provided excellent service and the price was the best after shopping around for quotes. We had 2 basement windows replaced and a large window in the sunroom. They were always professional, on time, cleaned up and the windows look amazing. I will definitely call them again for future needs.

I had Luke from Mega Solutions install my windows in 2019. Today while I was cleaning my windows, I caused the top window to go off track and it kept sliding down. I tried fixing it by myself but couldn't get both inner springs to align at the same height. I called Mega Solutions, Luke answers right away, I explained the issue, text pictures, he is at my house within the hour! He places the window back on track in seconds and then teaches me (again) how to properly open, close, take out windows to avoid any further issues. He then asks me to do a return demonstration so he knows I fully understand and am doing it properly. He is awesome. I expected to pay him for this service call. He doesn't charge me! I couldn't believe it . He has great customer service. He really cares about his customers , not just new customers but past customers which is astonishing to me in today's world. Thank you so much Luke! I was stressed this morning and you fixed the problem in a heart beat. Greatly Appreciated!

Luke and his crew were amazing. There are 2 components of new windows. Quality of the product and quality of the installation/workmanship. I am highly impressed with both! Had 6300 Windows series installed today. Luke and his team were awesome. Luke was very helpful from the start and honest with me. He made the whole process easy in getting earl of the necessary permits in place. They were very clean and punctual and removed all debris appropriately. We just had all new windows installed by Mega Solutions last week, and our experience with them was nothing but positive! From planning to installation, Luke and his team were wonderful to work with. We used Luke and his team to renovate our family room, Mudroom and powder room. Their prices were competitive and they were very professional. As a interior designer I have worked with many general contractors, and this group was one of the best. From the beginning of the project to the end, Luke and Jack were were in constant communication and the project was quick and painless. Luke and his team were able to provide us with a new window and professionally installed in less than a week. Attempting to custom order a window was going to take 8-10 weeks! Not only was the response time quick, the quality of work was incredible. We will absolutely be using them again in the future.

Luke ands crew at Mega Solutions installed 5 windows in our sunroom. Delivery was quick and the installation was was done in a timely fashion and look fantastic. Luke was easy to work with and very professional. He kept us up to date with the process and worked with us on the installation date as we were out of town when the windows were ready to be installed. We stumbled across Mega Solutions by accident, and it was the best 'mistake' we ever made! Luke was prompt in arriving, detailed in his estimate and offered solutions to many of our problems. We've been in our house for 17 years, and were never able to open some of the windows. Not only do we have new windows now, the peeling soffits and fascia have been repaired and covered, and the awful composite siding is both covered and insulated. The house is so much warmer! The crew was meticulous and friendly despite horrible weather conditions. And Luke kept us updated and informed throughout the entire process. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

Luke and his teams installed a new roof and replaced 18 windows on my 30 year old home. He explained everything to me in detail during the initial consultation. The work was performed efficiently, cleanly and the quality of the materials and professionalism was excellent.

The shingles were rated Class 4 Impact Resistant and qualified me for a discount on my homeowners insurance! The windows were high quality, argon filled, double hung and now allow me to safely clean their exteriors from inside my home. Best of all, Luke had mentioned to me that outside noise would be reduced after their installation. Sure enough, a day after their installation, I noticed a significant reduction in street noise inside my home.

He was efficient and timely with the whole process, he answered all our questions and we signed the contract. He was able to complete the job quickly and it looks great, huge improvement on our home. Additionally, I had one adjustment for him to do after he complete the project and he came back to take care of it no questions asked within a day. Highly recommend.

We have had Luke and Mega Solutions out on two occasions now!!! First we had our Windows replaced and they did a phenomenal job coming in very affordable!! They also replaced all of the wood around our garage door!!! Looks AMAZING!! Just recently we called them back out to replace all of our soffits and fascia around the house!!! Luke did work for us last year (my husband’s review is below) and we were extremely happy. This year we had more work and Luke was our first and only call. Luke showed he can handle any project beyond just windows and doors and the other items he has noted on his website. We had Luke rebuild 3 sets of stairs for us, pour a concrete walkway, wrap our front porch columns and paint our front door. Everything came out perfectly. Especially the stairs which was by far the hardest part (pics below). We are so happy with everything and Luke is always going to be a contractor for any work we need in the future.

I have worked with Mega solutions Inc many times. Each and every time I was impressed by the quality of the work that they had provided. They have good pricing. The crew of workers who came in were polite, complete good quality work, completed the work in a timely manner, and they did an excellent job cleaning up any debris.
My most recent project was to replace windows on a three season porch. I am close to a busy street and had noise concerns, airflow concerns, and of course budget concerns. Luke was very patient and had many good ideas. He helped me to find the right configuration for the windows that meet my specific needs for the new windows.

One of my friends recommended Mega Solutions for some work on my house. I needed new gutters, some roof work, and some fascia work. Luke came out the day after I called him and was very professional, really nice, explained in detail what he needed to do and had a quote put together before he left. He also gave me a quote on some siding work that I need to get done. After accepting the quote, I learned that he did 3 other houses next to my friend's place and all those people had nothing but praise. We will definitely be using Mega in the future for other work that creeps up.

We saw a recommendation for Mega Solutions on the Nextdoor app so we had them remodel our master bathroom in Sep. 2019. We thought so highly of their work that we selected them for major renovations just this past month. They installed all new hardwood floors, replaced all interior doors, replaced all door/window trim, replaced all baseboards, installed new hardwood staircase, installed new sliding patio door and painted all kitchen cabinets - a very large overall project. Luke and his team were excellent! They were punctual, courteous and professional. We actually looked forward to interacting with his team of professionals each day. The most important observation I noted was the details of their work. Luke was here almost every morning, laid out the plans on a daily basis and then inspected every aspect of the job on a regular basis. Just got patio door installed and baseboards re-insulated. The men were professional and complete. You will get what you pay for! I definitely got my money’s worth. Now I have no more draft coming into the house and less cold air is coming into the family room. I’d highly recommend anyone for their services.

We have had Mega Solutions perform several projects for us including: siding, gutters, soffits, and a new front entry door. These guys are reliable, and do really nice work. Highly recommended!

I needed a sliding glass patio door and screen for my third floor condo, and when I called Mega I had just learned it was the day of the board meeting--at the condo this board has to approve a project, and they only meet once a month, which put an uncomfortable time crunch in the situation, knowing the board meets in five hours or so, or not again for a month.

I was pleasantly surprised to have Luke from Mega Solutions, Inc. come out that same late afternoon on such short notice to make the recommendations for the project, and the plans were ready in time to submit to the board by seven pm.

He understood the situation and did what it took to make it work that same day, and also to save an additional month of bureaucracy and red tape which easily could have happened. Had I known the board schedule, I would have allowed more time, but Luke made it work well anyway under the circumstances..

The plans were approved and the door was ordered. When it came the crew did installation in a couple hours under broiling hot sun. The patio door is better than ever before. All the crew who came out were polite and professional, any of my stuff in the area was protected, and cleanup took place.

Luke and his team were fantastic. They were friendly and professional and knew what they were talking about. We did not have an easy job as we needed a 12 foot bow window replaced. Mega rose to the challenge and we love the new window. We also had them replace our patio door and insulate our attics. Everything they did came out beautifully and we highly recommend using Mega.

They came when they said and finished early. Did a wonderful job in all aspects. One window pane was damaged in shipping. The lead drove to the manufacturer and back to get new pane so job would be done that day. Excellent service.

Luke has been so wonderful! We had some unusual issues pop up with our roof, and Luke very graciously came out to investigate several times, even though it's been a couple of years. (And here's the kicker: it was the fascia board, not even what he worked on, yet he still fixed it! Amazing customer service!)
Oh, and of course, the work itself... the contract was straightforward and easy to understand and he worked within the insurance budget. The crew was prompt, worked quickly, and protected my shrubbery from falling shingle pieces. My husband the perfectionist handyman says the roof looks perfect, lined up evenly, no overhang, spot on.

Luke is simply the best, and so easy to work with. - A very skilled yet careful crew who did not waste even an inch of the material I chose to provide (pre-finished casing myself)
